After looking at the detail on the wedding band, the detailing was completely different. The sales women say "they look so close in comparison". I'm sorry if I can notice a difference, it's your job to notice these things. Yet she has the audacity to tell me she's good at her job. Later to find out the OWNER, she usually sits at the front desk looking at her nails and all her jewelery placed the order incorrectly. When the owner originally placed the order she told us maybe 2 weeks. It took the incorrectly ordered ring 6 weeks to come in. When I had said she ordered the wrong ring and would rather look at her nails, the sales person and manager yelled at me. Yes the whole store could hear their unprofessionalism. Customer is already right regardless of who signs your paycheck. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Their customer service shows that they only care about themselves rather than taking care of what used to be loyal customers for 45 years. After that traumatic and scaring experience, I got a refund and wait straight to their competitor. ALWAYS choose Long's, much more professional and they will not yell at you.
