Brought in my 18 k gold cross from Lebanon to be repaired- a circular piece fell off of it and I needed it securely placed back on. When I picked up the repair, the original circular piece was replaced with a cheap looking piece of metal that was clearly not the 18k gold piece I gave them to be repaired. The repairman was extremely defensive. Whether they lost or stole the piece is undetermined and will be further investigated. I would not trust Naser Diamonds with another repair or purchase. read more

I brought a couple of watches in to have the batteries replaced. I asked the guy there to please glue on one of the little gold devices that had fallen off the face of the watch and was rattling around. When I returned to pick up the watch, they replaced the batteries, but "the jeweler" told me that he couldn't fix the face of the watch. His reason: "They weren't watchmakers and the watch was too old." I went to a street vendor who repairs watches and he fixed it for $10 bucks. Probably my worst jewelry experience ever!! I went in with a small charm like disk & the loop to attach it to my bracelet. I wanted to have the loop solder so it wouldn't fall off like it had once before. The first time he brought it back to me, the puzzle piece was facing down & couldn't be seen, so he went to fix it. He came back with the puzzle piece attached to the open/close clasp (not a good place for it). So he took it back for a 3rd time, yup you guessed it, the puzzle piece was facing down again, grrr. I finally said never mind, asked how much I owed & almost fainted when he told me $32.00!! All this aggravation for a single drop of solder & my puzzle piece is still face down!!! What caught my eye is how real these guys are. They tell it to you like it is and really just want to make you happy with ur purchase. The jeweler is highly skilled and can practically fix and make jewelery in his sleep. I never had a problem with these guys and have always trusted them with my most prized possesions. I'm beyond pissed off with Naser diamonds in plaistow nh. I've been going to them for the past couple months because my gold chains have been breaking. I just went a few days ago and they fixed one of my chains. Yesterday they got tangled and I carefully was separating them and one broke! So I was like ?? Ok that shouldn't of happened and started actually looking at the soder joints and notice links were either melted together or have nics in them so no wonder why they were getting caught on my clothes. No time was put into the job. They we're hacked together and I honestly feel like they were trying to beat me out of money. What upsets me the most is that the price ALWAYS changed. I would definitely NOT recommend this branch for repairs and the customer service sucked. They are rude and ignorant here. I tried to post pics but can't figure out how to do it. read more

Exceptionally satisfied. Because of my work, I had to stop wearing my wedding ring, and my wife had stopped wearing hers, as well, because it was getting much too tight. For our 50th anniversary we wanted to do something really special. But when we tried putting on our rings - they wouldn't fit. A phone call to Naser Diamonds assured me the problem of resizing could be resolved. Because our rings were so tight they couldn't be stretched. But no need to panic, we were told they could be repaired. We found the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they realized how much this 50th anniversary meant to us. We left the rings one day and were able to pick them up the next. The repairs were perfect! Plus, they were polished so they looked the same as brand new. I can't speak to their jewelry as I've never purchased anything there myself (although my stepfather has bought several pieces for my mother there), but I recently stopped in because my diamond in my engagement ring was loose and the prongs needed tightening. I happened to be in the area and just swung in knowing they had a good reputation. The gentleman who helped me (whose name I neglected to get) was so courteous and professional. He fixed the prong on my ring in about 5 minutes, cleaned the ring to a brilliant sparkle and barely charged me for the service. He was friendly, helpful and informative the entire time. Even though the ring was not purchased there, he treated me well, and I didn't feel that because I wasn't one of their customers that I didn't get the same level of service. I am originally from Boston and moved to Haverhill 14 years ago, I always went into the Jewelers builiding for my Jewelry, but since moving up here it was hard to get in and out of Boston. Joe and his Dad George are FANTASTIC. SO trustoworthy and honest. I have purchased everything from Pandora, Alex and Anni to having them re-mount my inherited Jewels from my Mom that are worth thousands of dollars. They did the best quality work and told me exactly honest opinions on what to do and what not to do. I feel like a lot of jewelers out there would just do things for the money, but NOT them, they give great advice and do perfect quality work. My wife and I moved to our home 3 months ago and have needed to go to Naser Diamonds twice - once for a watch repair (women's Bulova watch) and the 2nd time for a engagement/wedding ring resizing (they are welded together). The watch repair was finished the same day we brought it and the wedding ring was done 1 day later. And wow, what an amazing job they did on both! Joe was incredibly helpful with advice, the prices were honestly much less than I expected given the amount of work that was needed, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. The repairs were explained ahead of time (with the price quote), and ready when promised (I left my diamond ring, and was able to come back in a few hours). My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and our wedding rings at Naser. The staff was very friendly when we were purchasing our rings but then my rings, engagement and wedding band, both needed repairs, at different times. I had my wedding ring for a short time when one of the side diamonds fell out. I took the ring back to Naser and they repaired it by putting in a replacement diamond, that the only way I can describe what it looks like, is to say, the diamond appears smaller and black, and there is a gap when you look at the ring between the diamonds on the side. I did voice to them how unhappy I was with the repair job, I was told unless I wanted to trade the ring (upgrade only) since they cannot provide me with something of equal value because they would lose money, there would be nothing they could do about it. I again told them how unhappy I was but we left it at that since I am not about to upgrade my almost new ring. They said the upgrade would be at least a few thousand dollars. I went on my way noting to myself I probably would not be shopping there again. I have had the flaw pointed out to me a few times, it is that noticeable. Well, then this April, my diamond wedding band lost a diamond. I took the ring back, they said they can repair it for a fee. That is fine, I just wanted it fixed. When I got the ring back, they told me 3 of the diamonds fell out as they were repairing it. They fixed it, and again, it is so noticeable. I brought the ring home, wore it for a few hours and noticed another diamond missing that was not missing when I put the ring on. I took the ring back to Naser and have never been treated so rudely. When we went into the store, with the repaired ring, I told them I had only worn the ring a few hours and noticed the missing diamond. I was told that I am very hard on my rings and that the rings were five years old and this would be normal wear (losing diamonds) on a five year old ring and how long did expect my rings to last. I stated, they are wedding rings, I expect longer than five years. I was told again, I was too hard on my rings and that I am expecting too much. I then told them I would like to trade this diamond band, that is no longer wearable, for a plain band that will not lose the diamonds and will last. I was basically laughed at since all they could tell me was I was too hard on my rings (I work as an analyst all day, typing) and that I must bang my hands when driving, wait, what? I then went on and looked at the only white gold bands they had (I think they had two that were thin like I wanted) and when I did not like the sides of one, I was told I was too picky and would never be satisfied. With that, I got really upset and just wanted to leave the store but I still have a wedding band that I cannot wear. So, the owner looked at the band and said "The diamond is not missing, it is broken, and I am not saying you did this but I had a customer that pried the diamonds out of a band and then brought it back stating they fell out." Okay, read back where I payed for the repair to the ring!! I left the store broken ring and all. I will never go back and I have decided to wear both rings in the condition they are in. When someone points out their flaws, I will tell them where I shopped for the rings. read more
