She also did not bust her ass at all so I'm not sure where that came from. The manager and servers could all use some better customer service. We never received our to-go boxes either after promised they were coming for over 20 minutes. I lived on Dutch Bros when I lived in Idaho and this is basically the same concept - lots of options and many ways to create a very high calorie drink! I ordered a medium cold brew with a shot of sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup and almond milk. The syrup and milk were free additions which is very good as the drink itself is so expensive at $5.25!! Sadly, the syrup made my drink almost undrinkable - that syrup is very bad. Do not choose this! I thought it would make my drink taste like my favorite type of pop-tart, the delectable brown sugar cinnamon, but it absolutely did not! And I wonder if i got the sugar free version anyway... it was so sweet! Ugh. But I can tell that underneath it is a pretty decent cold brew so I am giving this 4 stars. The staff is mostly young and gets you in and out the drive thru quickly. I do wish both sides of the two lane drive thru had the sign with the prices. I had to ask the employee there for the prices of a few drinks and didnt want to be annoying so decided to get one of the ones she listed off. Anyway, it looks like they have a good rewards program.
