    Caston Flatbread

Stopped here on a Tuesday night recently and had beers and dinner cheap! Caston's red ale is $2 off before 6 o'clock. It was much better than Caston's IPA in my opinion. I had the flatbread which was 1/2 price if ordered before 6pm and was good not great. Pepperoni, cheese and sauce. It is nice inside with a rustic feel. The service was very good even though our server was covering a lot of tables. Dinner and two 16 ounce beers was $21 and change. I left a nice tip in cash. I will be back.

Not fresh celery. It didn't even break when I bent it.

I live in the area and have been to this establishment for over 8 years. I went today with 3 of my friends and this was by far the worst experience I've had here. Initially was told what NOT to order on menu, ALSO no soda was available, and that food isn't that good bc they continuously run out of things. We came bc we thought it was under new ownership. Tacos were ok, wings DO NOT come with FRESH celery or ranch, burger is overcooked and gross. Server doesn't want to be there, drinks take forever and the water like always, taste like they grabbed it out of the reservoir and squeezed a fish in it. I mean will anyone ever save this restauarant?

Yikes poor brunch experience. Sold out of almost everything. Service was mediocre. Should probably let customer know when items are sold out verses having customers order multiple times due to items being unavailable. (No waitress fault but poor communication from kitchen to up front staff) Ended up with eggs over easy which came over medium and their chicken and waffles. Chicken and waffles was sold as having a signature butter, syrup and jalapeño waffle. Well none of that was true. Not to mention the chicken was grossly over cooked. Ordered mimosas and those were excellent but way over priced. $35 for a pitcher, maybe for 4 glasses out of that.

Caston & Main is nice because it's one of the only restaurants in town that isn't a pizza place or fast food. That said, if you're coming for food, it's just okay. The food was extremely expensive for what it was, and it didn't taste that great. I spent more on a salad here than I've spent on salads in San Francisco, Chicago, or NYC. I felt like I had to eat it because we spent so much, but I threw half of it away. We had a big takeout order for my family, and they missed a few things. Which is fine-- things happen. The only item I got a picture of was their pretzel, which was the best thing we ate. Staff is nice. The ambience is great for the area. Location is good. I just wouldn't come here for the food.

    Nice family brunch!

My only disappointment is that they've taken items off their brunch menus. Not sure if it's temporary or not but less choice if some good items is disappointing

Went for brunch with friends! Nice patio with a covered and uncovered section. Enjoyed all of the food options and had great service. Would definitely go again!

The supposed fried sunny side up egg (not) for the burger that came out as we were getting our check.

First time going to this place. The service we got was terrible (waiter-Brandon). Got every order at our table completely wrong, we waited an hour, we had to ask for our server to come to us as they never came back. When we finally did get our food, every plate was wrong and the food was cold! To add insult to injury to all of this was that Brandon (the server) and the manager did nothing to try to make it right. Just said, "oh sorry, and walked away." The pics of the eggs were suppose to be sunny side up. The breakfast burger (support to come with an egg) came out after she was done with eating the burger! The pancakes-were suppose to be normal pancakes came out cold with chocolate chips in them. The Breakfast Platter my dad ordered was supposed to also have sunny side eggs came out hard fried and cold. Then to top it off, one person at our table didn't even get their food because he didn't order it! Like how does all of this happen? This waiter should be fired. At the end, my sister-in-law asked for a little box for the egg they brought out after her dinner. The waiter brought a styrofoam container with the lid half torn off and (once again) just said, sorry. I usually don't like leaving scathing reviews like this and like to give businesses a chance. But, given the fact that they didn't seem to care or want to make it right, I thought it best to do this review. I will never be back and would never recommend this kind of disrespect to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves. Nice decor, but sad business. Terrible!!! If I could give a minus -5 I would.

Don't even look at a menu for brunch, you MUST get the eggs Benedict with fried green tomatoes. Probably one of the best brunch dishes I've had, The hollandaise was PERFECTION. They do mimosa and Bloody Mary flights and there is plenty of room For social distancing. We will definitely be back!

I've had 35 Brix about 5 or 6 times in the past year - once eating in and 4 or 5 times catered at work. I could have sworn I would have posted a review of my food from 35 Brix by now, but according to Yelp, I have not yet. Long story short, it is a nice place in Uniontown, Ohio with a pretty extensive menu and are okay at catering work lunches, but the food always sounds better then it actually tastes. In the 5 or 6 times I've had lunch from 35 Brix, I have been disappointed in my food 2 or 3 times. The one time I have eaten in, I got a chicken flatbread pizza and enjoyed that very much. However, when ordering my catered lunch of choice, there have been as many hits as misses. Memorably, the reuben sandwich was wayyyy to wet and a bit weak on the meat. Fries can be floppy and unseasoned as well. I do remember enjoying their Cobb salad and was impressed at the freshness of the produce. However, the one time I ordered the Berry Crunch Salad with Blackened Shrimp, I was disappointed to see how stingy they were on the shrimp. For $21, I was expecting more than 3 little shrimpies. As for the lunch from today, (February 11th, 2026), I was feeling like being a fatty but also a health queen and ordered the prime rib wrap (light sauce) and a brix wedge salad as my side (no blue cheese or dressing) which has an upcharge. I had ordered a brix wedge salad back in August 2025 with feta instead of blue cheese and it was quite good. Sadly, my wedge salad was not a winner this time - too few vegetables and they put the blue cheese in there, despite me asking for them not to include it! It was very hard picking out the blue cheese and kind of ruined my salad experience, ngl. My prime rib wrap was a little better. They listened and put the sauce on the side (#healthqueen) but this $16 wrap was a bit skimpy on the prime rib. Tasted good though. So 35 Brix isn't a 5 star joint for me, despite some of the good meals I have had here. They tend to mess up orders from time to time too. I do recommend trying their food for yourself though! Some of the items are quite creative, like the sweet potato pizza or the bougie pierogies! I do wish to try one of their cocktails too!

Everyone else in our group got a hamburger, steak, halibut, and kids grilled cheese. I ordered the halibut with broccolini. It was rather salty, the same for the kids, grilled cheese and steak. Overall service and ambience get five stars. I really hope they lay off the salt next time I go.

I'd give this a 4.25 stars. If you read my reviews, you know that terrible car accidents happen to me after work dinners (see review on The Industry for one such example). Thankfully, dear readers, I did not have any car incidents after THIS specific work dinner. Haha! Anyway, The Bistro of Green is in a strip mall five minutes from my work office and is an institution for locals in the area - people in my group were reminiscing about coming to Bistro multiple times a month before Covid, back when they were open for lunch. The menu seems to change often. They do have a couple specials on a board outside the door that are not on their printed menu, just FYI. Our dinner took over 2 and a half hours, starting with complimentary bread and our drinks of choice. The free bread was fine. I ordered a seasonal cocktail, the Apple Cranberry Sangria, despite cocktails not having a price listed (see menu picture). I tend never to order things that do not have the price listed but the cocktail sounded too good to resist. It was yummy and very sugary and fruity, with added mint leaves that definitely brought it up a notch! Our party also split 4 appetizers: the hot peppers ($13), baked provolone ($14), calamari ($16), and flatbread ($16). As the portions are not meant to be shared between 10 people, I only had a little bit of each. I wasn't into the peppers (too mushy) but the calamari was my favorite! I could see myself ordering this as a dinner just for myself in the future. Two thirds of the hot pepper dish was ignored by the group in the end. For my main, half of which I took home as it was getting very late and my drive back home is almost an hour, I chose to get the Bistro burger (medium rare) and fries ($18). This was chosen based on cost alone - even though I really wanted a chicken or steak dish, I just could not afford them. I am only a lonely assistant, not a CEO! I debated getting one of the other sandwich options, also both $18, but the lack of pictures either on Google or Yelp made me just stick with a burger. My lack of funds kept me from being too adventurous for this dinner, sadly. Next time, I'd be down to try their fancy grilled cheese (or steak, if someone else foots the bill). The burger was good, although not amazing, and the fries were that nice mix of just oily and crispy enough. Service was okay. Things apparently got busy at the bar, so it took longer than it should have for us to get our drinks and food throughout the night. As for vibes, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, lights were dim, and Christmas music played softly in the background. No complaints here! In the end, for a sangria, burger, fries, tax, and tip (plus a 3% surcharge for using a credit card), my dinner cost me over $40. Can you imagine just how much worse the bill would have been if I hadn't gotten the cheapest thing on the menu? Next time, I will also remember to bring cash. And choose a more unique dish.

The steak salad was nice size with fresh ingredients and the ranch dressing was good. The steak was done correctly but had a fair amount of fat and some portions were grizzled and hard to cut. It's worth noting that they share a space with Magic City Brewing and when walking in, it wasn't immediately clear what we were supposed to do. The only bartender on staff wasn't particularly talkative/welcoming in the sense of explaining what was going on or how things worked ...and the Cult Kitchen staff are behind a window past the bar. (I dont necessarily blame CK for the MCB bartender, but they're choosing to share that space and it's part of the experience so it seems like it's relevant.) We sat down at a booth and realized was a small table sign with a QR code for the food and drink menu. Below the codes is a small line of text that explains to go to the Cult Kitchen window for food and go to the bar for drinks. This isn't necessarily a bad setup, just had to adjust our mindset as it's more casual and in line with a food truck experience. ...like going up to the window more ketchup (it's in little lidded containers) for all those fries ...and cleaning up after yourself, as there is no one busing tables. Again, the food was very good but the overall experience was just lacking. It seems like it could be something really special if the hospitality and service was there!

We opted for pretzel app which were tasty and a very big portion resulting in us not finishing them. I would say that app could easily serve 4. Slider special was tasty but considering the heavy portion of fries not everything on my plate was finished and neither was my coworkers meal. Eyes were bigger than our stomach. Place has about 10 (?) tables/booths and then folks sitting around the bar at the brewery side. I imagine on a popular day of the week (we went mid week before the dinner time rush) it could get crowded and loud. Feel of the place is grunge/biker though clean and well kept and without feeling 'theme restaurant'. I would say it has its only unique personality. Had we been more prepared from the restaurant's website for what the place was we might have more enjoyed things. It's just feels more 'out drinking and getting the nibbles' than a destination meal.
