If I could rate it zero I would. I have a favorite drink that I have ordered all across the nation! I've ordered it at numerous Starbucks locations. And I get it in a Venti cup. It's several different things that I use for my diet. And I order the exact same recipe every time and it always is exactly the same except for this particular Starbucks. This was my first time going to this particular Starbucks, even though it's in my hometown. I ordered the drink online and went through to pick it up. She handed it to me and it was in a Venti cup like I requested, but there was only 4 ounces at most and then filled up with whipped cream, but still probably three or 4 inches at the top that had nothing. I asked her about it. She said it's against our policy to fill it up. If the recipe is the same and all the other Starbucks hand me a drink that is full to the top why does this Starbucks have a policy that says they can't do it? I would definitely not recommend this particular Starbucks. read more

Okay no problem, so I asked for a skinny frap, nope, they don't do that either, so I got a fat free milk frappuccino. This is the closest location to me but I refuse to go there again...every visit they are out of something. Out of peppermint syrup, out of gingerbread syrup, out of food. It's always something. The employees always seem rude and angry, which can't be said for other locations in the area. This is my favorite Starbucks in Tennessee, it's a little bit of a drive for me, however any Starbucks is a little bit of a drive for me here in Tennessee. They always make my drink exactly right, (Trenti black ice tea no water no sweetener splash of passion )the barista's are friendly and best of all the outdoor seating is very relaxing and a great place to just escape for a bit. It is across the street from the airport so if plane watching is your thing there is ample in the sky. The big Japanese maple blows wildly in the wind... just awe! Why oh why do you always destroy the crema? I ask and ask. I make it clear that a Tall Black is espresso added to water, and yet the barista shoots the espresso and then adds water as she is talking to me. I thought I would save time (& fossil fuel) by not going through the drivethru. Mistake. If you go to this Starbucks, go through the drivethru--they seem to cater more to this aspect of their service instead of face-to-face customer service. This is the most poorly managed Starbucks in the area. The lock was broken off of the disability bathroom stall in the ladies restroom and they were done the previous night. Management did not think to make a sign for the door stating please knock. Since it did not lock I had someone walk in on me while using the restroom. The response from the African-American gentleman managing the store today was quote "we do not break our own locks ma'am." But I would think that if you managed a store you would think you would put a sign on the door stating please knock first correct? And this gentleman did not even apologize for the error. He went right back to writing on his laptop and ignoring me. The rest of the staff there are fabulous and have always treated me with the utmost respect as I would them. This gentleman needs some training on how to do proper customer service. Oh and possibly conflict resolution. I will not come back. read more
