Was CRAVING Starbucks and thought I wouldn't find one around until I checked yelp and saw this location. So glad I found it. Located inside a supermarket called Albertson's , this Starbucks is right infront and you do not have to walk far to find it, right inside the door! Brigitte (I think that's her name) was excellent. Super friendly and provided fast and super service. Not sure why but prices were actually lower here than a "normal' starbucks store. Very welcoming. They don't have EVERY starbucks drink but they do have the popular, essential ones. I get the Strawberry acai refresher and Brigitte made it perfectly. My dad got his usual standard medium roast coffee with a cheese danish and all of our items came out super quickly thanks to Brigitte. They have a bathroom which is the supermarkets but it's a very short walk down a few asiles and very clean. Lots of parking outside too! Centrally located near a mall and other shops. read more

More than a coffee shop I consider this a gossip column. The employees are so busy talking about each other and people that they don't have time for service. My wife walked out after an employee told her just give me one second but was sitting on the side, talking to her employee gossiping about people instead of helping what a good way to show professionalism at a place of business. read more

My favorite location in Alexandria for coffee. I'm sad they don't have more hours because when this one was closed it was hard to find a good spot! They were friendly and service was quick. I had to order drinks for 8 people and they did a great job! It's clean and they have a good seating area in the store. They have a good variety of merchandise too! You can use your Starbucks gold cards and apps here which is great for us! If you can't make it to this Starbucks I suggest going to the Target Starbucks, but stay away from the Kroger Starbucks (it's so nasty in there!!). read more

Well, it's got a spacious seating area inside Albertson's supermarket, the barista was very nice, the store has great free WiFi unlike the other 2 in the city, and I enjoyed it, BUT like the other Starbucks locations in Alexandria (both also inside stores) it only has a limited selection as far as food and some of the latest drinks. They have been kind and wonderfully enthusiastic every time I visit. The drink that I get every single time is absolutely perfect.

We only came here because Tamp and Grind hadn't opened yet that day. I'm still kind of miffed at them for that, but I'm sure I'll forgive them when I am next in Alexandria. Anyway, for you out-of-towners, this is not a free-standing Starbucks. It's like the Starbucks in most Targets. They have almost all the same drink options though and will do when you are desperate. In reality though this could be said for just about any Starbucks, franchise or store located. This is much better than Hastings though. The people here don't seem to have an issue with following directions for example while I can't say the same for Hastings. read more

You can hardly call what they serve here coffee. I have been to MANY Starbucks and this has to be the worst. It is inside a grocery store that is run down and old, but I won't hold that against them. It's the coffee. Everything I have ordered from there has tastes like a melted candy bar or like an old pot of coffee that has been sitting there over night.
