Every time I go there I get the same thing, today they told me they don't sell that. I don't know if the girl was new. So I simply and nicely pulled it up on my phone to show her. She than rolled her eyes, put it into the computer than interrupted me when I asked for a bakery item. Finished my order and when I said "mama I also need a butter croissant " she rolled her eyes again and rudely finished my order. I normally give the girls at Starbucks tips cuz I know how hard it is to working there as I've worked there before. She was disrespectful, and I did not like her attitude. I did get her name from another worker, and I will not be going back to this place. You guys are dealing with people on the mornings, you are the first people some people talk to , learn to be polite and smile to start someone's day off good. Get better employees. read more

Whoa. This place was worse than expected. The store smelled like fish upon entrance. The store was super messy and unkempt. I went there 45 minutes before closing and no one was to be found. I left and never got a drink. So sad this was a representation of such a quality brand. read more

This location is inside Kroger. My Order was made fast and correctly. I have to say however, the barista Was by far the lease friendly I've encountered at a Starbucks location in a VERY long time. I go to this location ALL THE TIME since I work right down the road, but NEVER AGAIN after today. I walked up to the counter and the barista proceeded to ask the man behind me if he was ready to order. She said "he was here way before you". #1 He was not here WAY before me because we walked in the door at the SAME time, and #2 he wasn't even standing at the register, he was still looking at the menu deciding on what he wanted. I am a very regular Starbucks customer. I order the vanilla sweet cream cold brew daily. I had a barista argue with me today that it did not have cream it in just cold foam (which is not true cold foam is a topping you pay extra for). After telling her exactly what I wanted she still argued with me telling me "it's the same thing" and made it how she wanted. If I wanted a coffee made how she wanted I wouldn't pay for it. read more

This is not a starbucks corporation store. This is Kroger managing the starbucks coffee in their own store. The individuals who work at this starbucks are not trained very well and do not know what they are doing. The coffee was terrible and there service was just as bad! Has to be the worst tasting Starbucks I've ever had. I was driving through on a road trip and needed a pick me up, I probably drink Starbucks 4-5 times a week and we purchased 5 drinks today at this location and 3 went in the trash at the gas station 5 minutes later as we filed the car. The absolute worst. The girls inside this Kroger/Starbucks have no idea what they're doing. Waited 25-30 minutes for them to have to remake my coffee 3 times.. And still didn't get it right. I had an iced white mocha. Nothing insane. It wouldn't have been a huge deal, had I not received an attitude by the employees. Want a Starbucks? Go to Albertsons by the mall. read more

Rachel and Chris are wonderful people working at this location. However, if they are not on duty You should just leave. The service is awful and you wind up waiting in line far too long for a simple coffee. There is a second Starbucks across town in the Albertson's store. Service is better and the machines aren't always out of order like they are at this location inside Kroger. read more

I dont know what these 1 star reviews are going on about. I travel a lot and I visit many different starbucks all across the land, and I've never been served more consistently great drinks. Maybe the other ones have gotten lazy sitting on their haunches, but these guys are great! Don't be fooled just because it's in a grocery store. read more

Pros - They have 2 good baristas Cons - But every other barista is TERRIBLE. Worst customer service ever received, and I've gone to walmart a plenty. Two women in particular are god awful. They don't do anything. I've seen the white girl's phone up at the counter go off as she was ringing me up. Not on vibrate. On ring. Loud. How very rude! The other one will text while ringing me up! Neither of them will let me know when my drink is finished. I just look up and what is possibly my drink is just sitting on the counter. How did I know it was mine? I've asked. The black girl looked at me like I was an idiot. I call ahead to see who is working so that I can avoid these horrors of customer service. I advise you do the same. Tim, Justin, and David are the only 3 good baristas I have had here. They take time to actually make my drink properly. I don't know how it's supposed to be done at Starbucks, but the fact that those two are still employed is a disgrace to all starbucks, Krogers, and general human populace. read more

I have NEVER written a review about any store, restaurant, or place in my life. This location is by far one of the worst places I've ever been too. The staff were absolutely positively the rudest people I have had to deal with. Snappy, rude, and really don't seem to even care what customers want. No empathy whatsoever. The only thing besides the rudeness that you can pretty much guarantee is that this location is out of basically everything on the menu! Man oh man do i wish I could give this location a BIG FAT ZERO stars. I advise anyone even remotely considering going to this Starbucks DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!
