This isn't a special Starbucks location, but it seems to be one of the more organized. This location has very big windows, which lets a lot of sun in. It keeps the whole store bright; probably why there are so many people working here! It's EXTREMELY busy around 9-10am. It was hard to find an open seat. Fortunately, I was able to snag the table in the very corner with a big outlet. Most of the tables are next to the windows also have access to outlets as well, which is great for people who are here to work. It's not the cleanest Starbucks... a lot of the tables weren't cleaned up after people left, so the table I sat in had a lot of crumbs from the previous customer. The service was pretty good. The baristas were nice despite the long line of people and all the drinks they had to make. One of the downsides is that they only have half-and-half on the counter. If you need any other kind of milk for your coffee, you need to wait for a barista to be free at the pickup counter to ask. Overall a very nice Starbucks to work at! :)

I thought it would be prettier.

I went because I had a gift card and I wanted to try this violet drink. I'm not a frequent flier here, I think they are expensive and the coffee just fair. Not knowing how to order the barista was very helpful and didn't let me stuggle to hard with the proper lingo for sizing. It's an odd little set up, you don't get a warm cafe vibe in here. Maybe it's the shape of the store, I feel it's more suited for take out. There are much coizer coffee shops to work, study or catch up with a friend.

I love this store!! Tanner remembered me even after a week of absence. I was in town for an extended amount of time and frequented this store during my stay with my mother-in-law. I never waited long. As a Starbucks partner I do keep my eye out for that Starbucks standard of treatment and service. You guys nailed it and I couldn't be more proud to be your partner! Keep up the good work :) PS totally showed my store manager your food menu sign and asked when we will be getting one. You are all amazing and beautiful people.

So many Starbucks locations to choose from and I've never had an issue! I got the pink drink which is one of my favorites (I probably should've asked for light ice) and then had the chicken caprese sandwich. It was delicious. I love that I could pay for my meal with the app since I had gift cards. I'm giving 4 stars because of the wait. Other than that Starbucks is fantastic!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

It was a Saturday morning and while street parking was plentiful, the line inside was pretty long. That said, the line moved at a reasonable pace and tables seemed to turn over fairly quickly. By the time our coffees were ready, we were able to grab a seat without too much trouble. My mom ordered a black coffee while I opted for one of the seasonal lattes. Both were smooth, well balanced, and what we were hoping for on a cold winter morning! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the food selection. We were hoping for a light breakfast but options were limited to cookies and a few small pastries. The items that sounded most appealing were already sold out for the day which was a bit of a bummer! This is definitely not a full breakfast spot. Prices were on par with what you'd expect from a craft coffee shop, especially in the Williamsville area. While I enjoyed the coffee, the overall experience on a busy winter morning felt a little too hectic for my liking. All that to say I'd absolutely return, just at an off hour and after having already eaten. Overwinter is popular for a reason, and with better timing on my part, I know it would shine even brighter to me!
