Really great experience. Theres a barista who works here pretty often and I recognize her because she has truly flawless skin. Any time she's working I know I'm going to get exactly what I ordered how I like it and fast. She knew exactly what drink I was talking about, made it perfectly, and fast all while running the place solo. I also got a little bullseye cookie for free from a Target coupon and they must know what they're doing because the cookie was so good that I'll want them as treats in the future. This Starbucks location is convenient and usually amazing. Just don't order two coffee travelers at 0830 in the morning with no other customers inside and only two cars have gone through drive-thru. I placed the order aro0827, was given an estimated time of 11 min. I pulled up to the drive thru at 0840 just to be told to come inside since it's another 10 min wait. Just a heads up, if you're ordering coffee travelers give yourself a 20 min waiting period so you're not sitting out in your car waiting for coffee with a screaming baby. I pulled back up at 0853 and my order was ready. It was rudely handed to me but it was what it is, I got the the travelers after almost 30 min of waiting. read more

The drinks at this Starbucks are usually pretty consistent, which is what you want. Food is always hot and usually in stock. You've gotta try their Cheese Danish; it's so, so good. My only complaint is their drive-thru wait times. There is often a long line and it can take up to 15 minutes to get your order. I don't know if it's because they're short handed or what, but that's just my warning if you see a huge line of cars. Otherwise, the baristas are always friendly and apologetic for long wait times. read more

There was three employees there and it took then 10 minutes to take an order. All just chatting it up and not acknowledging the line that was piling up. And to make matters worse, the girl who gave us our drinks made them with such an attitude, and they weren't even good like the usual. How do you mess up a simple frappe? I came by here yesterday afternoon to get more studying in for a couple of hours. This Starbucks is located at the end of Muldoon Rd. in the large shopping center next to McDonald's and across from the Firetap Restaurant. The seating area is smaller than the other locations and it can be hard to get a decent seat or table during busier times. There are a few living room chairs and a sofa in one corner of the area, but the chairs are in too close of a proximity to the tables to actually enjoy sitting down and to relax for a little while. I decided to get a seat by the counter until a table opened up. Unlike the other locations, the counter does not have outlets for your laptop and you are literally right next to the espresso machines so concentrating while studying is impossible when sitting here. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait long for a table to open up by the chairs and several outlets here were readily available on this side of the café. The internet connection is an open unsecured Google connection with no password necessary. Be aware that this location is one of the Starbucks in town where I've had an attempt by an unauthorized user to access my laptop shortly after I connected to the internet. If this ever happens to you, the safe thing for you is to disconnect right away and find another coffee shop with secure Wi-Fi. Aside from that, the Wi-Fi here is fast and I have had no other issues in terms of speed or accessibility. I decided to go with two stars rather than four this time around because of the behavior and aloofness of some of the employees. Rather than being greeted right away, I had to stand there for a couple of minutes when I was ready to order before they slowly made their way to the register to help me. (I understand that every now and then, an employee would come across a customer who is rude and difficult to talk to, but employees shouldn't make that assumption of everyone who approaches the counter.) I decided to go with a Venti Black Cold Brew and a Chicken Chipotle Wrap. The guy behind the counter seemed friendly enough and quickly placed my order but told me that the sandwich was unavailable because his manager left them in the case last night.... (If I was in his spot, I'm not sure I would give an explanation like that to any customer who walks in. That just sounded unprofessional on his part.) I said it was no big deal and I asked what was fresh and available. He told me that the Spinach and Mozzarella Wrap was available and I thought that was a good substitute for my original choice. The Cold Brew was refreshing especially for the warm weather which topped at 80 degrees as the afternoon went by. The sandwich was also good and they were quick on my order which only took a few minutes for them even though there were a lot of people in the café. The focus of this review and the two stars are not necessarily for the coffee and food, but more on the seating area and the attitude of the employees as they were helping out customers. I noticed some of the employees were clearly unhappy when dealing with people and eye-rolling as well as annoyed looks were clearly visible to me and others. There was one employee who started his shift around three and this guy was the only one greeting customers as they walked in with a smile. This location was so pleasant to hang out back in December on a previous visit, but the crew and management has changed steadily over the last several months. Even though this is in a good centralized location, it bums me out that I may not come back here for awhile after this visit. read more

Pleasant and efficient staff. Kids love their vanilla steamers and we adults shared a venti toasted caramel white chocolate latte. On other visits we've tried their sammies and cake pops. Easy snack option while doing chores with kids in tow. I havent been inside yet since I love the drive thru for kid outings. Sam's Club and Kohl's and, oh yes, Kenny's Kitchen are my usual stops in this shopping center. read more

This is one of the 3 closest locations to my house. The other 2 near me are only shops and not true Starbucks. This one has a cozy interior I inside and is close to MANY shops and stores. I use the drive through too. The only thing that I'm not too cool with is the amount of foam on my chai. I order soy chais without water, and I swear it just seems watered down compared to other locations. It's kind of a shame since I go here more often the other locations, and twice it seemed better. It might matter who makes it. People seem to love this location. It stays hoppin'. read more

Though going through this drive through for a few years they never have ever seem to ever get better about making the correct drink. I always assumed i didn't say what i had wanted correctly but they never ever get the drink correct. I was previously a barista and I understand what is going on behind the coffee bar so I don't understand why it is so hard to make the correct cup of coffee for the correct customer. read more

The Venti Mocha Coffee is good anytime I stop in for something hot to drink. I notice that many people order this drink in the winter. The Chocolate Croissants are the best compliment to the Coffee if you can afford it calorie wise. read more

Love this location. The baristas are very friendly and cordial and all my drinks are made just right! One thing I loved was that when I brought my dog with me in the car, they gave him a "puppuccini" (tiny cup of whipped cream) for his birthday. They pay so much attention to detail and take alot of pride in their job. read more

Service is almost always very nice, the location is convenient, and pastries are always warm and delicious. But I have to knock stars because this Starbucks has a serious espresso problem. The past FOUR TIMES I've come here, they've given me and my party drinks with dead shots that have turned our drinks bitter and we've had to reorder. If it happened once, I would be understanding, but four different times, with multiple drinks tasting bitter each time? After they politely remake the drinks, they come out tasting fine, which leads me to believe they just aren't paying attention to drop times when they make them the first time. Would much rather go to the Starbucks on base or at Fifth Avenue, but I guess I will continue coming here for my morning coffee, if only because its the closest to my house. read more

My experiences here are mixed. About half the time they get our drinks right, BUT they are always friendly and quick to correct the mistakes. I like to buy whole beans here and enjoy the coffee, but baristas need better listening skills or better training. I'm sure a lot of wasted product has gone the way of my family. read more

Came here with a friends who hasn't been to Starbucks before so they had a lot of questions and the staff was more than helpful and very friendly! They were very knowledgeable and honestly blew my mind withy the different drink combinations they had.
