There's always a line and you would never know that there's 15 cars backed up because they are so fast. The service is also immaculate. Sometimes I like to go inside and their staff is very knowledgeable on the different types of ones that they have that month. Also, it's cool to talk to master barista's because they love to talk about different things with coffee. This is cool to hear their journey and what they did to get their apron. Overall, this location is a great place to sit and work. It does always look busy, but they are very efficient. That's why this is my favorite location. read more

This is hands downs the best Starbucks in the Apple Valley and Lakeville vicinity. That's including all stand alone stores and ones located in Target or Hyvee. That's because the drinks are always consistent and they are the fastest. Also they are the only ones that has the latest close time. Drive through until like at 11pm! I used to go here all the time, but then they ripped out the fireplace and removed the comfy chairs. I have a bad back. I won't go anymore because it's much smaller and the only chairs are the hard high-backed ones. It's a shame because it's the only 24 hour coffee shop in the area and I work overnights from home. Lots of seating and unlike most Starbucks they do have a fireplace and nice comfy lounge seats around it, however, if they actually turned on the fire place it would probably draw in more people to relax in the lounge area drinking Starbucks wonderful coffee creations. I blame whoever opened up, it should be part of their job to prep the entire store including turning on the fire place. On a cold day like today it would have been nice, oh well. Drive through is long, but I'm assuming they just need more staffing to do so. The average wait time here is about 15-30 minutes in the drive-thru. Totally understandable for no longer doing in store pick ups for COVID. But they didn't turn it off in-app. So you have twice as long Drive-Thru lines. read more

i was skeptical of this location when it first opened because it seemed a little secluded compared to the other fast food locations in AV, and there's an established caribou coffee just around the corner. but i've been proven wrong on more than one occassion. DRIVE THRU-this is one of the longest drive thrus ever twisting around the entire strip and the menu can be a little hard to read. but they always get the order right and give you the benefit of the doubt if anythings amiss. ACTUAL INSIDE-there aren't that many tables as compared to other starbucks in the area, the main floor seems to be taken up by merchandise and wholesale coffee. they have a lot of 2 people seats on the side which are perfect for studying and combined with the sounds of coffee mixers/blenders/espresso machines, it creates the perfect background noise. there is a really small fireplace off to the very far left, and has comfy chairs wrapped around it. the outlets in the place are numerous. as for the actual coffee/food, its your typical starbucks so if you like starbucks you're not going to be disappointed. they always seem to run out of cake pops tho, and other treats especially at the end of the day. i've only come in on the latenights-its open till 10pm. and theres a bunch of highschoolers doing homework or group stuyding, but they sometimes turn the music up a little too loud late at night. the parking is a little cramped because it combines with a mattress store next door. the staff at this starbucks smile nonstop, so much so its infectious. ive never been to a starbucks as friendly as this specific one! try it if in the area, its not to disappoint! read more

I don't know why I keep giving this location a try, it's always awful service, slowest one I've ever been to. Today I thought I'd try again after a 4 month hiatus. Pulled into the drive thru behind one car, thinking "great! This will be quick!!" Sat there for 15 mins. Car in front of me sat at the drive thru menu, Not moving. I waited and waited as cars piled behind me. Finally had my daughter pop her head out of the sunroof to see if she could see what was going on! She said there are no cars in front of the car in front of us! I waited a few more mins, then finally got OUT of my car and went to the car ahead of me, to ask if they could please pull up so I could get out of line!! Totally inadequate parking (employees get the best spots) and super slow service despite typically staffing 5 behind the bar plus a manager. Staff tends to ignore patrons as they busily chat with each other on their headsets. If it wasn't so convenient, I would never visit this location. read more

OK, it's Starbucks, so you can generally assume you'll have a pretty good experience. The product quality is consistent with other locations, and like I said, it's Starbucks (I love Starbucks). The only challenge I have here is the super narrow drive-through lane... so, if service is moving slow (let's face it, this does happen sometimes), you are stuck and can't escape. I have had times where I am in line for 20 minutes, and that can be enough to make you late to your destination if you are on a schedule. This said, I have found that ordering via the Starbucks app in advance of arrival (DON'T TEXT ORDER AND DRIVE), makes it much easier, as I can just pop inside when I arrive, grab my items which are almost always ready and waiting, and I can be on my way. read more

I miss going inside and ordering my venti, half-whole milk, one quarter 1%, one quarter non-fat, extra hot, split quad shots (1 1/2 shots decaf, 2 1/2 shots regular), no foam latte, with whip, 2 packets of splenda, 1 sugar in the raw, a touch of vanilla syrup and 3 short sprinkles of cinnamon. I miss sitting down by the fireplace, doing work or hanging out with friends. This place was not just a coffee shop to me, it was a home. I can't wait until you reopen. if i could give this starbucks 0 stars i would. today, christmas day i had the worst experience of my life at this starbucks. i had called at 1:30pm and asked when they were closing and a worker had told me 3pm. my mom and i drove to the starbucks and got there at around 2:20pm and waited in line to get some starbucks. we later see an employee take their car and block off the back half of the line after the fact we had all been waiting patiently and we called inside and they had told us to order online which we had tried to do. while on the phone i spoke to an employee who was very very rude. i had asked questions like whether we were able to order inside or not and as i was speaking the worker cut me off and said "have a good one" and hung up. that was not only unprofessional but very disrespectful. definitely not how you would want to treat a customer. i later get out of my car and go inside the starbucks and i had asked an employee after waiting 10 mins trying to get help if they were taking mobile orders and the employee said yes and i had told them it said it wasn't available and another employee overheard and said it wasn't available after historically laughing like it was a joke though i was very frustrated by the lack of customer service and respect that the employees had today. today is about joy and positivity and this starbucks definitely ruined it for many and hopefully lost many customers. don't come here. everyone have a blessed and safe merry christmas read more
