No one talked to us again so we left and got brunch at another nearby establishment. I still hadn't had any coffee later that afternoon so I stopped by to try an easier scenario, and I had an excellent iced drink called Absolutely Alice. Perfect sweetness level for me; I like it sweet while still being able to get coffee flavor out of it. So I would definitely return for a coffee. The corners of the building that are meant to be associated with the coffee shop part of the business are nice; lots of plants and homey touches. So, I stepped away as the other woman behind the counter got the female customer to swipe her card again. Everything eventually was sorted out.
