My friend and I get breakfast here after church nearly every Sunday. We never go anywhere else, cause that would just be weird. I love the vibe of it here and I always feel better with an amazing cup of coffee. Yah sure it's on the expensive side, but it's soooo worth it. The employees are amazing and honestly I don't know how they do it sometimes. I have the upmost respect for them, making all of these wild drink orders and they're always perfect. They don't just have coffee though, the food is great too! So are the teas and lemonades. Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

Wow! This Starbucks used to be a well run business. In the last 60 days, their service has become terrible. Now it takes a very long time to get your drink.... Very disappointed in service here. Got home with frozen drinks that were wrong. Called and spoke with the manager and she told me I could bring them back to be re-made. Drove back, she took the bad ones and re-made new ones and sent me on my way. I told her the customer service was terrible, and she just looked at me. The customer is only as important as the employee, and vice versus. Starbucks apparently does not invest in it's employees or customer service anymore. This location is very convenient because of its proximity to the highway. Hence, it is almost always busy. I've been here multiple times over the past 4 years and while its busy a lot of the time, they have never once messed up my drink and the baristas are always very friendly and quick. This is one of the worst Starbucks I've been to. I decided to order inside since it might be faster than waiting in the drive thru. I was wrong, my order took 22 mins and that's only because I had to ask for it. Actually, at least 3 people had to ask for their orders since we waited so long. However, this experience was the slowest Starbucks i have ever been to. It took almost 20 minutes for a simple frap and they weren't even busy. Have been here maybe 7-8 times since I moved here last month. I remember the second day I arrived to this town I went straight to Starbucks before going grocery shopping. I ordered my fave, Vanilla bean frap. I ordered a tall since I barely finish it, i pull up to the window and the cashier says they had made a mistake and gave me a venti size. What a great way to start in a new town! Every time I go they are always so friendly. Ive never had to wait in line. I even became a member and now accumulating points for free beverages/treats. However this Starbucks either doesn't filter their water or doesn't use as much coffee grounds as they should because their coffee is really weak. Service at the Ardmore OK #Starbucks is consistently the slowest of any we've been to (and we've been to MANY:). They've taken their customer experience to a new low when it comes to mobile ordering. It doesn't work if you have to ask when you walk in, and then they pull the ticket off the printer (that's not anywhere near the bar) and start your drink then. The partners are always friendly and I think good people. So the real failing grade goes to management for creating a culture of low morale and the lack of training/systems. Stopped here on road trip for a restroom break and some coffee. Restroom was filthy, dining area was dirty, service was ok and coffee was served warm and did not taste like it should. The people that work there are really nice and the place is always busy. There's lots of seating including tables and couches but sometimes not enough parking. I was told I could park in the parking lot of the burger place next door and not get towed which worked out fine. Great place to get some studying done since it's not too loud. read more

This Starbucks is always my pitstop when I travel from Dallas to OKC. It's conveniently located on the east side of I-35 right off the highway. The bathrooms are always clean and available. The coffee is pretty standard for Starbucks and the baristas are most pleasant. read more

Star fizzle is the happening spot even in Ardmore America aka Oklahoma. As an Okie I'm proud to see such fine establishments outside the metroplex. Starbucks is located off of exit 31 on I-35. Equipped with caffeine, Wi-Fi and clean restrooms one can twit, facebook, and take care business at the same time! So frap-a-lious good. My daughter was on her way in, I'd given her a picture of my Starbucks card so that she could get a birthday drink on me even tho we aren't together today. I called & explained the situation & asked if they could tell her Hapoy Birthday when she came in. They agreed right off.
