My daughter was on her way in, I'd given her a picture of my Starbucks card so that she could get a birthday drink on me even tho we aren't together today. I called & explained the situation & asked if they could tell her Hapoy Birthday when she came in. They agreed right off. My daughter approached the counter, they recognized her from my description and the barista said "oh hey! Happy birthday Brianna!" Completely took her by surprise!! It was great!! Worst managed Starbucks ever!! Stopped for coffee half way from Dallas to OKC. It took 25 mins to get one cup of coffee. Six employees behind the counter, two working hard, one on drive thru, & 3 who knows what they there job was but watching others work. I counted 17 customers waiting for orders! Windows looked like they had not been cleaned in a year & bathrooms very marginal. Find some place else to get coffee, especially if you're in a hurry!!! read more

I have been to this location many times and have been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately the last two times have been less than ideal, & the most recent just made me mad. I'm giving them 3 stars because they've done well in the past. I ordered a drink for my girlfriend to surprise her with a coffee at work. She drinks a Quad Iced Venti Caramel Machiato. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, the gave me the total, like normal. When I get to the window, the lady tells me it's more money, & hands me a Grande (smaller size) version of my order. She told me they were out of the Venti cups (for the 2nd time in a row). I asked why why it was more money then? I was told that they changed my order to the Grande (which comes standard with 2 shots of espresso) and added 2 more shots to make it a quad, like I ordered. I said it's the same amount of espresso as I normally order, with less milk, a smaller cup, and it costs more money? The lady's reply was "that's the prices ... If you don't like it, call corporate" It's not worth the hassle to call corporate for the extra 30 cents. It's not about the money. It's the dismissive attitude, & lack of customer service that blew me away. I'll go back, because I like the coffee, but it might be a while. read more

Why is it that Starbucks locations have drive throughs that are EXTREMELY efficient and fast EVERY time, and some are the complete opposite? This was the longest drive through experience I have EVER had at a Starbucks. I can understand if they were understaffed and having a rough day---but if that's the case I expect to hear "I'm sorry about your wait"......I mean my time is valuable! But instead we were greeted with the "hi I'm going to help you but I hate my job" attitude. My husband could tell I was upset so he ran in to *nicely* mention it to a manager and he got "oh it's Saturday what do you expect" from her. Clearly not a well run location. read more

One star is over rating this Starbucks location. Staff was more concerned with visiting and playing around with friends then tending to their customers. Couldn't get staff to answer me when I asked if the drinks on counter were ours or not. The drinks were weak and not hot. With 5 shot of expresso it was really weak. read more

Slow, rude and dirty. No soap or hand towels in men's bathroom. That's just gross. Once like this, okay. Twice like this, hmm. Third time like this, not coming back. Also, when I was going into the bathroom a female employee was coming out of the stall and left without washing her hands. Of course how could she. There was no soap. read more

This is usually my go-to order from DFW up to Norman/OKC. But oh man...they really lost a customer this past Saturday. After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes (with only two cars in front of me, each getting only one drink), I received some sloppy, watered down, light brown "cold brew" that was just horribly made. I asked them to remake it, in which the drive thru clerk looked horribly confused and downright annoyed, and it came back THE EXACT SAME WAY! How does a cold brew come up a caramel color and have no flavor but straight water? I was so mad I drove off and dumped out the drink before leaving the lot. Worst Starbucks experience I've had by far. I drove around the location 3 times to find parking. Still had to park illegally. I was the only person in line and the cashier walked away. I waited for 5 minutes until someone else walked up and said "ughhh can I not?" She couldn't help me either because she wasn't clocked in yet. Understandable but completely rude and unprofessional. I told the cashier how to spell my name 3 times. And waited another 10 minutes for my order. I won't be stopping in this location again. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a iced caramel macchiato with 2 pumps of caramel, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes, just to have them rudely tell us they were out of caramel after we were already at the window. Disappointing. read more

This Starbucks is extremely slow, 35 minutes for 4 cars. The coffee is weak and tastes different compared to other Starbucks. Not worth the time or money. read more

Poor service. Noon time. Stood at the counter...only one in line. Plenty of employees (5) there busy doing their work but not one of them acknowledged I was standing there. No 'be with you in a sec', or 'hi welcome to Starbucks'...nothing. Very disappointing. Turned around and left. This location needs some customer service training. read more
