I've been going to this location for years and have always order the same thing, today my pink drink with light ice was completely watered down almost opaque and was filled with ice. The dragon fruit lemonade I ordered as well was completely watered down. Overall poor quality control. I didn't have time to have them remake it as I was already running late but was hoping for a quick and precise Starbucks run but was instead regretting not going to Dutch bros, disappointed. read more

Okay, so we allllll know what's going on with the COVID-19 ish right now. No contact, no dine in, the like. Right??? Well. Went over to Starbucks on 58th and Kipling during our brief drive around with the kids this afternoon. Wanted a pink drink and thought it'd be a nice treat for the kids. I go to hold my phone out my window for the girl to SCAN my phone for payment (zero contact, ya know) and this CHICK TAKES MY PHONE FROM MY HAND BACK INSIDE THE BUILDING TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION. Girl, idk where your hands have been, if you're sick with anything (unknowingly), what say you. What would have been easier? Physically take my phone to your register inside or scan my phone through the window with no contact? If your scanners busted SAAAAY SOMETHING, if it's not, no reason to do what ya did, sis. Not to mention when this chick handed me my drink I said "thank you" despite being a bit disgusted/shocked, and she just turns around and walks away? Okay sis. I know it's silly to try and review a Starbucks because of how many there are - being that this location is pretty close to two others .... This bucks is the best of them all lately ...I love that it's open later because around 6 is when I get the craving - it's hard so say no... so I drag my hubs to get a coffee...the kids that work here are so friendly to me and are chatty more then usual (which I like).. I'd probably come back regardless but it's nice that they make the trip worthwhile...plus they don't mess up my order- I come a lot ..I guess I start checking in everytime... I have stopped at this Starbucks when I am in the neighborhood. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The service has always been a bit rude but tonight they lost a customer. I pulled into there driver thru at 655om and they close a 7/ The car ahead of us just sat there for almost 5 minutes but I pulled up to the microphone and got the recording that they were closed at 659pm. I was ok with them being closed but pissed that they made me wait for them to shoot the breeze to wind the clock down. When I pulled around the corner she was yakking with the car ahead of us. The young woman in yelled at me to turn off my bright lights. They were not on. She was extremely rude and it took her another 5 minutes to get paid and bring the woman in the car her ONE drink. No I'm sorry we're closed. No I'm sorry I am making you wait. "Just turn off you bright lights!" She gave me a dirty look when I told they were not on. I do not see how this store has stayed open so long, they hire rude children to work there. read more

If I could I would rate this Starbucks a 0 star. Kyle was the gentleman who took my order and I asked for 7 shots of expression, 8 pumps of classic sweetener and extra cream double blended with whipped cream. He told me that, what I'm ordering is a complete different drink and he's going to have to change it. He gave me a blended vanilla coffee and I was extremely disappointed. When he handed me my drink they forgot to put whipped cream on it. I reminded them, just because it's early. However I was not pleased with the customer service or the drink that I received. I come here almost every single day and order the exact same thing all the time. I'm just disappointed to spend money on a drink that I didn't want. Very upsetting. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks. read more

My favorite Starbucks location! The drive-thru line is super quick on most days. Staff is incredibly friendly and honestly is the reason for me visiting at my current rate. Keep up the great staffing, incredible service and loving on the pups in the drive-thru. read more

I went to this drive thru starbucks today as usually they were very busy. we waited in line for probably 5 minutes before ordering. The lady was very nice and made sure all our drinks were correct! she even gave us 2 puppuccino for our dogs and of course they loved it!! read more

i come to this starbucks everyday, and today i've had the worst experience. they messed up my drink, and refused to remake it unless i paid for it, and then after paying the second time for the drink they still messed it up, no customer connections or trying to make the situation right, and i heard the lady at the window tell her other partners how annoying i was. i'm sorry i just paid $15 for nothing. read more

Went through the drive thru today and ordered a mocha frap. I went to the window and the woman working gave me a hot drink. I understand mistakes happen so I let her know that I ordered a frap. Out of pure laziness the woman poured the hot drink on a cup of ice with no shame. I received the drink and the new cup which was hot. I had been waiting for 10+minutes and couldn't wait there all day. What a waste of my money. read more

Had my mobile order ready when I arrived, only 2 mins after placing it. I have had numerous problems with the mobile ordering, mostly because they never have the drinks ready in the allotted time it says. Barista's were also very friendly when I picked up. read more

Employees are all very nice and drinks are always great! However, if you are in a hurry for coffee on your way to work, don't bother. I was in the drive thru this morning waiting for 7 minutes just to get to the speaker and there was only one other car ahead of me. 10+ minutes at the drive thru in all is unacceptable. It used to be you'd get offered a free drink coupon if you had to wait, but those days appear to be gone. I've recently had to wait longer than I should have (I was the only one in line and waited 5+ minutes) because I ordered a breakfast sandwich. You'd think they'd have enough staff to pop it in the oven once it's ordered! I stop at this Starbucks only because it's on my direct route to work, but will be searching for another one. read more

i asked for light ice in my drink this morning and my whole drink is filled with ice. i hate when i take 5 sips of my drink and it's gone because the entire thing is just ice. i also brought my reusable cup, which gives you 10 cents off on your order. i told the girl at the drive through taking orders and she seemed new and didn't know how to apply the discount. she sat there for a moment looking around for another employee to help her but she seemed to timid to ask anyone. then she told me she can't do the discount because of covid. i knew she was lying because other stores have done it and i literally watched her just stand there too scared to ask someone for help. if she didn't ask anyone about it, how would she know they're not doing the discount? any other time i would've just said okay and gone without the discount, but i literally watched her make the conscious decision to just lie. i told her other stores have done it and she finally asked someone to help her. it was just annoying that she sat there and tried to lie to me just so she wouldn't have to ask someone for help read more

The coffee always tastes weird. Almost like straight up 1%milk with a splash of coffee. This Starbucks is more convenient for me being that I live across the street. You want a good Starbucks? Go to the one off of i70 and Kipling it's worth the drive! read more

There isn't much to say about Starbucks drinks or variety of foods since there are so many out there and everything in the stores are really the same. However this location is always constant. They may be small but their staffs is well managed and they produce quality service in a timely fashion. I have been to other locations that are poorly managed and yet have a larger staff and more space to be able to do more things and yet they cannot pull off the amount of drinks or offer the same service at this location can. There really isn't much room inside of this location and so a lot of people are on the go either quickly getting their drinks and leaving or going through the drive thru and I don't ever have to wait for a long time could get in my order. Good night there were only two workers and they watched them do about ten different drinks and less than 5 minutes it was incredible. Kudos to that staff. read more
