My partner and I were staying in a motel near this Starbucks for a weekend and this Starbucks was our go to for coffee. I have to say that the staff really create the Starbucks experience here! They are attentive to their customers and friendly. They came to recognize us after the first two days of coming in for breakfast and coffee each late morning. It was nice being treated like a regular even though I was a tourist. And even though they acted familiar, they were still enthusiastic and warm when we came in. The drinks and food were also always quality! (And it is Starbucks, so luckily you know what you're getting!) but with food items that were difficult to open, staff would be quick to help and break out the scissors. Generally I'm at Target when in the area. Those Starbucks really depend on the quality of the Target. Staff that care, clean aisles etc. In the area so I thought I'd give this spot a try today. Drive through was empty, generally it's fairly busy. Reading tips and reviews it seems the drive through generally takes their time. Something to keep in mind in a hurry. To date I've NEVER used a Starbucks drive through. Isn't part of the experience seeing a barista you know? May as well stop at a gas station and get coffee if in a hurry. Outdoor seating with umbrellas. Larger than most nearby locations squeezing seating on the sidewalk. Inside was spaxious and new. Believe this spot recently received a facelift. New ALL BLACK ERRY THANG. Shiny and clean. Lots of seating from couches to tables. Groups could certainly meet here to study or work separately while waiting for friends. Did a mobile order so I just stopped at the first counter. My drink was ready in three minutes! Seemed like an efficient location but they can all get overwhelmed from time to time. Don't get me wrong, these starbucks drinks are great. However, this is the first starbucks I've ever been to with awful service. Was wanting to place two separate orders, so as any normal person I said, "I have two separate orders". The girl then proceeds to say see you at the window, so I said that I meant I need to place two separate orders. She proceeds to bite my head off with a, "we'll when you say that it confuses us and makes us think we have mobile orders". I get the service industry is not easy, but the way she spoke to me was just out of line. This could've been a super easy fix and handled way differently. read more

Please retrain them or at least hire someone with a good attitude. They don't know how to make a drink right or take their time and listen for your order. They waste your time and money. I used to love going to this location cause it's close to my house and it's near Target, but after they talk to you like to a dog I don't want to be back. If they can't get an order right after 2 times you really need to take your time and retrain your employees. After working at Starbucks myself for a few years and seeing how customer service should be there, you gotta hate your job to treat your customers this way. Maybe find a job you girls like. This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, which is great because it's an awesome Starbucks! It's so great that is has a drive-thru for those early mornings when you're on the run. It also does have some outdoor seating for those nice spring and fall days. And for the heat of the summer and cold of the winter the indoor seating is spacious and plenty, and it's always been clean whenever I go in there. Starbucks are seemingly all the same, however, you can tell the difference in the location's management and attention to detail within the workers. I have been to this location twice. They have friendly servers, however, they haven't every gotten my order correct. Either a drink was made to big (not a big issue), or too small (they compensated a with a treat). They have always been polite and fixed the issue, however, I feel that they are losing money, not that it really causes a ding to a company like Starbucks. However, it does show poor teamwork and management. I have had several friends ask to skip this location because of their inability to get orders correct. I think they need to be a bit more careful in their service. read more

I think I found the least friendly Starbucks in Denver. No hello, no thank you, no politeness from anyone. All business. drinks and food are your standard Starbucks fare, so no surprise there. The space is clean. It's a little hard to get to, add you have to duck through construction and avoid the traffic for the new Sprouts. I like that this location is located so close to my house, but I honestly am fed up trying to come here. I'm a partner myself, and I have never once had good service. The baristas are always overly mean and have such an attitude. I don't know what it is about this location but every employee except for a few exceptions (Sebastian,Chris, one lady who is a coffee master) has given Starbucks a bad name. I've had this experience about 20 times now. They fail to make my drink right most of the time, how hard is it to click the button for kids temp? There's also a barista who has been working at Starbucks for a fair amount of time and I still need to repeat my order about five times. Im more tolerant of it because I work here, but imagine how frustrating that is for someone who doesn't. I'm so disappointed in this location. I'd much rather drive farther to a different Starbucks for my coffee. read more
