The snackin bacon is almost 5 dollars my bacon was hard, burnt, old and cold. yuck! My life coffee drink was good the service was alright!

My previous reviews of this Starbucks store have been glowing with solid 5 ratings. What a disastrous decline in customer service recently. Whereas this store has always been a stellar example of customer service, it has gone completely and irreparably south! Forgotten orders, claims of being "slammed" when there are only 2 customers in the store and zero in the drive through. The shift supervisor just needed an excuse for her and her team's laziness. On top of the service decline is an air of "attitude" that says, "we don't care about anything...customers, cleanliness, correct orders...nothing". Advice to store manager and regional manager...take some time to observe and monitor what is happening at this once very busy (and profitable) store and reverse the decline, or don't, and then witness the closing of this location by Corporate. As a long-term Starbucks shareholder (since 1992), I am appalled by the very essence of this store. It needs to be fixed or closed within the month. read more

Worst employees attitude ever. Just bad human beings. On purposely turn the music up before 7 to make customers leave and very rude answering anything we had to ask. Im sorry the closing time said 7pm and it was 6:30. Put sign closing time at 6:30 if you're going to act like we came in at the wrong time. Why even work in customer service area? This place is so new that if you didn't know where it's located, you might have some trouble getting your GPS to acknowledge it's existence (unless, of course, your GPS is amazing and has already been updated with this street address). If you're driving north on Long Shoals, make sure you make the turn into Biltmore Park, because if you drive towards the giant Starbucks sign you'll be going on I-26! This is a nice new Starbucks right off the highway, very convenient for travelers. We stop here every time we are driving through Asheville. They have a clover machine, so you can get pretty much any coffee you want made on that. I wish they brewed the blonde roast, but they typically only have Pike brewed. read more

I'll go with my standard review for Starbucks (which is pretty positive). It's a Starbucks. There isn't anything fancy or different that makes this one stand out. But there also isn't anything to detract. That being said, if you like Starbucks you'll dig this location. If not, I'd suggest going elsewhere. read more

Stopped here for a little Christmas Coffee cheer before the movies. It was a great experience. Our beverages were all made perfectly to order. Peppermint Hot Chocolate ... yum! Brewed tea ... hot and delicious. Caramel Macchiato smooth and creamy. This store is clean and the staff was cheerfully pleasant. We were glad to have this place to stop at on Christmas Day! read more

Pro - the lady we ordered from was very friendly and is why I gave it two stars. Cons - extremely dirty bathrooms. Both had pee/liquid all over the floor around the toilet. One had a pile of wet paper towels all over the floor. The other had no toilet paper in the dispenser and one almost finished roll sitting on the rail (which had probably fallen in the floor at some point). It was just gross and I wondered how it go so bad. Menu was out of almost 6 syrups including vanilla. It's July in 2021 we can't blame it on covid anymore. Just a bad Starbucks experience. read more

Not good, guys...not good. The baristas were either overwhelmed (even though things weren't that busy at 4PM) or very new. They forgot the woman's order who was in front of me in line making the excuse, "well we never got a sticker." They agreed to "re-make" her order (in a huff - they were not apologetic), then remade it wrong. When she informed them of their mistake, the barista offered to remake it but due to time constraints the woman said she had to leave. The barista gave her attitude, saying something along the lines of, "well I tried to help you." My drink took a very long time to come out and was not well made- they barely shook my iced green tea latte and all the powder sank to the bottom immediately. I watched my barista dump milk, then powder, then ice into my cup, shook it once and handed it to me. I was sipping on balls of matcha powder for the next hour. The bathrooms were also fairly unkempt. Not a great experience. read more

This is where I always come to study because: great service, great atmosphere, and great coffee! The baristas always seem so happy too, so that's a plus. They do have drive thru but it's pretty spacious (and very artsy) inside. I would recommend coming here for studying OR catching up with friends/family. It's a nice Starbucks! read more

This location has always been my home away from home. It is also refreshing to see newer employees working so hard! They seem shorthanded but served with a smile on their faces. It looks like a newer store manager has started and I am really excited to see what she can do for this location! I have seen her supporting constantly and always with a genuine smile. She is a great addition to the store. I know this location has been under a lot of stress, as the employees have mentioned a lot of turn over. I know this can be frustrating sometimes, but they are handling it so well! They work so hard all the time. This location will be booming with all of these wonderful new faces. Well I gave it a few months and I think the first cpl of times I was impressed w my drink but the last few visits well,whoever is on bar shouldn't be on bar ...anyway ,as a former employee,I remember my manager telling me "you have to fill it all the way,bc they are paying alot of money for a coffee" and so i always did-i actually know exactly what it should weigh in my hand so when they hand it over I'm already disappointed before I take a sip! Ughhhhh...starbucks please don't be stingy!! It's not like you have to milk the cow yourself hahaaa I will go back bc it's a drive thru but if my latte is "light" I will be sending it back and prob not going back unless I have to. By far the best Starbucks location in the area - Much friendlier service than my old hang out at the Parkway Centre location (1378 Hendersonville Rd) and on top of it: Cleaner than the Parkway Centre store, they can make the carbonated, sparkling teas, and the location is much more accessible. Thankfully I won't need to return to Parkway Centre Starbucks! read more

This is a very comfortable store to work at. I get a lot done here. The new manager seems to be energetic, gregarious, and fun. Everyone who work at this store are welcoming and cheerful. This is quite possibly the "slowest" Starbucks on the planet. We were in the drive thru today at 4:40 pm with no one in front of us and it easily took 10 minutes to get our 2 drinks which were made incorrectly. They did offer to re-make the drinks but we did not want to wait another 10 mins. WTF!?!?! Also, they were out of coconut milk. read more
