Crumbs on a table in the dining room

Food: good Service: good Ambiance: decent We came here on a Sunday around 10am and this place was quite busy. Due to that, the inside was a little dirty with debris on the tables and counters since the staff has no time to clean with the rush. We ordered a vente black coffee, bacon and egg sandwich, tall pumpkin cream cold brew and a spinach feta and egg white wrap. It took about 15-20 minutes for us to get everything and we had to go to the counter on follow up with the staff on the cold foam drink we were finally waiting on. Other than that, the staff was welcoming and pleasant - just swamped with keeping up with all the orders. Perhaps it might be beneficial to order ahead online and show up for pickup.

first of all, the worst and slowest customer service I've ever experienced. Second of all, I ordered a strawberry açai refresher with no berries in it. I did not order light pink water. This drink is six dollars. I did not pay six dollars for light pink water. The service is beyond slow for very poorly made drinks. unfortunately, this is not just a one time thing, this has now happened to me multiple times at this location. i will not be returning.

I don't normally write negative reviews, but I guess this experience frustrated me enough that I felt compelled to share. It wasn't anything extreme -- just a situation where, having spent a lot of time in the customer service industry myself, I know a better experience could have occurred. I walked into this Starbucks around 3:45 PM. It wasn't busy -- just two people sitting down and a customer at the register. Three employees were working. They acknowledged me and took my order quickly. At 3:48 PM, I ordered an iced tea lemonade. I had about 25-30 minutes before my party was meeting me, so I planned to grab my drink and get a little work done. As I waited, I noticed the drive-through line getting busier and drinks being turned out. After what seemed like an unusually long wait, I locked eyes with one of the employees. She asked what I was waiting for, and I let her know. She explained they were having trouble with the sticker machine and said they would get it right out for me. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I continued to wait -- and wait -- and wait. My party eventually arrived, and after a brief conversation with them, I returned to the counter, assuming my drink would finally be ready. It wasn't. At that point, with no real reason to stay, I decided to request a refund. They were polite about it and offered to make the drink, but I declined and took the refund instead. This was at 4:11 PM -- over 20 minutes after I placed my order. Here's where the frustration came in: * The store was not busy inside the entire time I was there. * I was standing at the counter, clearly waiting, for a long time without much acknowledgment. * When an employee finally addressed the delay and said they would handle it, they still forgot about it. * Problems happen -- I get that -- but attentive service matters. Doing what you say you're going to do matters. * If it had been me behind the counter, I would've made the drink and refunded the customer to make things right without hesitation. It's unfortunate because it could have been easily corrected with a little more attention and empowerment from the staff. That said, now that I've written it down, I feel a bit better -- and I'm currently enjoying a raspberry iced tea from QuikTrip instead.

This place is pretty busy and the getting in is always challenging since you can only turn right into the parking lot. But inside is clean and fast and the workers are always nice. They don't have as much sitting room as other Starbucks do and they can get loud, but after 1 or 2 pm it I dead inside and is easy to work at!

Super friendly drive thru service. The drive thru can be a long line at times but moves along well. Located conveniently right off the exit by the Chick fila. Updated on the inside and cute area to sit outside.

Faith is such a pleasant barista - I would consider them the ideal staff at any cafe, in my humble opinion! We were one of those (as I say myself) annoying drive-thru folks asking for multiple customizations and 2 separate orders since we have two separate Starbucks accounts completing different challenges. They were very patient and delightful nonetheless - so we thank you for your fantastic service and attitude. Of course, my doppio/ double espresso was also on point (though perhaps made by her teammate) with just the right amount of "splash of cream" and our double-blended, extra shot espresso Frappuccino with less syrup was quite strong enough to keep us alert for our drive back home. Not a local so it is unfortunate we can't call it our go-to, but thanks to the wonderful team here for the awesome experience! Will aim to come here when we are in the city.

Maybe the slowest Starbucks around 6am plus the staff also gives you the wrong drink multiple times in a month. This bucks needs help.

When is this place going to be open again? It's under construction.

It was supposed to be open again Saturday the 23rd but looks like they must have had some setbacks as they were still closed this weekend. The location had disappeared from the Starbucks app, but it did show up again Monday the 25th. I think it…

One of my favorite weekend traditions is exploring a new coffee shop every Sunday somewhere around the city, and this week I decided to give Rev Coffee a try. While I didn't order any food, several menu items looked tempting and worth trying on a future visit. I ordered the Iced Banana Pudding Latte, and it was delicious. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff had genuinely positive energy, and the cashier was especially helpful in sharing his thoughts on the different drinks I was considering before making my choice. As someone who enjoys writing and working from coffee shops, my only suggestion would be a larger bar-style workspace for laptops and those of us who like to stand, pace, and type while working. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. They also don't offer a military discount, but that's fairly common and never something I expect when visiting a coffee shop. Overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was enjoyable, and the staff made a strong impression. I would definitely recommend Rev Coffee, and it has earned a spot in my regular rotation of coffee shop adventures.

I visited on a weekday afternoon and even before 10am, there were other guests buzzing around this little coffee shop. Bolivar is located within a grocery shopping plaza, meaning they have tons of parking which is always great in ATL. The coffee shop itself is so beautiful! The decor, plants and art all channel Colombia, all by way of Atlanta. There were a few tables inside and outside, allowing space for those there to work, chat and lounge if desired. It was really easy for me to find a comfy seat next to an outlet to settle at for a few hours. I started with a hot latte and a Pastel conquistador and was so pleased by both. I didn't even realize that I had sped through my first cup of coffee before I was onto the next. The ladies behind the counter were helpful in sharing their favorites as I decided on my next orders across my 5 hour visit. Each order was better than the last. Service: No complaints about the service. Despite the busyness, I didn't stand in line for anymore than 5 - 7 minutes and probably waited less than 10 minutes for my order. Pricing: Pricing was very reasonable, with drink pricing ranging from about $4 - $8. From what I could see for food options, prices were all under $15. Food/Drinks: Regrettably, I skipped the food this time and only tried an iced matcha. They had a summer version called the Tropi Coco, which combined toasted coconut, coconut milk, and coffee or matcha. However, I don't think the Matcha version included toasted coconut, at least not the one I tried. Unfortunately, the drink didn't quite hit the mark for me. I mostly tasted coconut milk, with some Matcha flavor, but the flavors didn't blend well. Perhaps it was a matter of the ratio. My sister ordered the same drink and experienced the same issue, although hers seemed to have even less Matcha than mine. While I'm not sure I'd get the Matcha again, I'm still open to trying some other menu items. The empanadas and tasty looking Colombian treats were calling my name, so I'd like to go back and give them a try! I'd imagine if you're a coffee lover you'd want to give their Colombian coffee a try though!

Sitting in yoga pants on a counter in a restaurant where food will be passing over. Nice. Neither acknowledges me or greets me, but I'm off to the side reading the menu. Fine, not a big deal. I decide what to order and approach the register, front and center. Lady in the back continues cooking. Lady sitting on the counter continues to sit and look at her phone. Doesn't look up at me. Occasionally will look around the store blankly but never at me. Charitably, I assumed she didn't work there, maybe a friend of the cook keeping her company. Maybe the cook would be out to take my order when she's done. After at least a minute or two, the cook comes from the back. The counter lady puts her phone down and stands up. Sweet! Finally I can pay $8 for a very mediocre bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. Now they're both standing in front of me, yet to say a word. I say hello and the counter lady says hi. And that's it for communication. They stand there blankly staring at me. I'm standing there experiencing the absolute oddest interaction I've ever had in a restaurant in front of two people who don't look like they're experiencing much at all. They looked at me but wouldn't say anything. They stood there for probably a solid 2 minutes staring at me. Finally I just turned around and left. If I were the owner and saw this interaction I would fire both of them. What an absolute terrible way to present your business. I will never come back. I will never recommend this place. If someone asks me about it, I'll tell them to actively avoid it. It's overpriced to begin with so you'd expect there to be something to make up for it.
