It is such a cool concept idea as 2 of the locations are small drive thru, like a backyard shed size. I was confused trying to find it at first because looking it up I didn't see what it would look like. The options for drinks are as endless as if you walked in to a coffee shop and they even have some breakfast food and bakery items on certain days. I pulled up 20 min to closing and was a little worried but I'm so grateful they weren't cleaning and closing everything up yet. The employee was the sweetest and made my drink super quick. Their seasonal options all sound so good and look amazing, I got the headless horseman and subbed the pumpkin whip cream for pumpkin cold foam. They are definitely Instagram worthy coffees!

I am going to be honest, I have had coffee over the years from their standalone kiosks and have found most of their drinks to be overly sweet with barely a taste of coffee. I did have their regular coffee several times and it was good. I know they have a good following and this is just my preferrence to have flavor but still a good coffee taste. I walked in and noticed how clean and comfortable looking everything was. It's not huge inside but there's a decent amount of seating if you want to sit down and enjoy your coffee. I didn't realize they had food as well so I will definitely try some next visit. I asked the barista about any homemade syrups, because I like to find interesting flavors and some unusually delicious combinations. They have a full selection of bottled syrups but the barista pointed out that if there are homemade syrups they will be featured on the drink specials. I selected the special Matcha Latte with espresso, homemade fig syrup and homemade plum bitters.....WOW!! It hit every note for me. Unfortunately, my friend ordered an americano. When I saw the barista pumping a thermos into his cup, I asked them what they were doing. They said "Oh, we pre-make it so it's easier for us." I didn't know that coffee shops are made to be easier on the purveyors. And they clearly don't know that within 15 minutes, the precious and delicate and delicious qualities of espresso disappear. I'm still shocked by their response. Also, his Americano wasn't hot as most of those thermoses don't keep things hot enough. I hate to write a negative review, as this review is solely based on one employees poor attitude who it seems has received negative reviews on other platforms. There are numerous other issues, but it is solely you who caused this review. In the Cafe industry some standards should be set, you have to have good coffee and employees who are kind and respectful to customers. To complain the majority of the time you are working and say no sorry we don't do that to nearly everything that is at a typical cafe is not sufficient to be a barista. If you are asked to use a smaller size cup or for a drink to be not filled to the top, that should not be an issue. Respect goes both ways, and disrespect will not get you anywhere. Here are some things that NEED to change. Espresso is brewed into glass, not the steel canister used for milk. Steaming milk is not a set it and forget it while the steamer vents off into an unattended mixer. Americano's are made with steam, not hot water from the faucet. Fresh breakfast Sandwiches are not ones that sit in a plastic container rotating under a heat light for the entire day. When a customer walks in an empty store, they should not have to wait while you unload a box and restock shelves. To be a barista you need training as there are standards and methods to brew individual drinks. Whoever owns this place needs to learn themselves how to actually be a barista and train the baristas on how to actually make proper espresso, americano, cafe latte, etc. Do NOT advertise fresh made breakfast sandwiches for the garbage you have rotating in plastic containers for eight hours. Step your game up, this place is absolutely pathetic as it is. Soon someone will open a decent coffee spot to sit and drink if standards here are not changed. To the younger women who work here your customer service is excellent. Thank you for being kind and friendly. I've come here a few times in the past few weeks, and after dealing with the rudeness this morning I will not come back.
