Took 30 mins for two drinks and a water they are genuinely slow I don't get how it wasn't even busy !!

If you feel like wait an hour then this place is for you. Went into the drive through for an order this afternoon. Showed up at 3pm ad the line didn't move for almost 20 minutes. Then I left the drive through and put in a mobile order at 3:18 only to walk in and find about 20 people all standing and waiting for orders also. It is now 3:4 waaaaay to long to be waiting for an order smh. Went to the barista to ask about my order only to hear that "it was probably missed" This has happened here one too many times and I'm honestly over it. This place needs more staff ASAP....it's absolutely ridiculous to have spent almost an HOUR waiting for a coffee. read more

I think I'm just spoiled with the excellent service I get at my local Starbucks. I come into this one when I am shopping in the area. I have never had a real issue, but it seems like the employees somehow always make minor mistakes on my drink. Last time I came in, I ordered a hot beverage. The Barista made it a frapp. I had to wait an extra few minutes for him to correct the drink. No big deal, but it has happened more then one time at this particular location. I will say this, they are fast! They are also very willing to correct the problem quickly and without any complaints! Props to them for this aspect. I do continue to go here! They are friendly enough to make up for any type of slight flaw. read more

I love this Starbucks. It's close to home, they always have my drink ready when I order using the app, the baristas are friendly and they always welcome guests as they arrive. I visit this Starbucks twice (or so) a week. As most (if not all) Starbucks, there's a Pokestop and I've caught lots of Pokémons here. They are always busy early in the morning which makes sense so order ahead. read more

This Starbucks is never fully stocked. -no whip cream on frapp because they were out if dome lids -no dark caramel to make a Carmel ribbon crunch frapp -no bananas for banana foster frapp -no mango for a mango and lime refresher. Out of all the above in one visit! Not my first time going and them being out of items. I understand things get busy. Take note and order the correct amount of products needed. Supply and demand. Baristas are nice, not as energetic as most Starbucks baristas, but then again- they probably have to deal with irritated customers since they can't fulfill drink orders. read more

horrible...horrible...horrible...waited forever for my drink...i am a pretty patient person....so i waited a couple minutes more and finally a barista asked what drink i had and she looked for it then said oh it's coming up....(lies)...everybody even my husband got their drinks and we were on the same ticket....no customer service whatsoever! just because its starbucks does that mean that is not important? seems like people keep coming back despite the bad coffee and bad customer service...fyi i ordered an extra shot because i knew my coffee would be weak....it was still weak ! i will not be back.....im going go give my biz to a small business that actually cares about the customer and is in need of the money more than starbucks! read more

Well being in here many times I have never been treated rude or had a long wait time due to the employees. If I ever have to wait it's because people don't know what or how to order a drink. I also read a couple reviews complaining about the price, if you can't afford or want to pay for a 5.00/6.00 drink hit up McDonald's and get one of there nasty couple dollar coffees. Bad customer service. I'm a gold member at Starbucks. Never had an issue with Starbucks. I was passing through the area. I had finished my iced coffee and wanted a refill. Saw this was the nearest one on my way to Palm Desert. Went inside the store and asked for a refill. The young lady who worked today at 5:30pm told me, "refills are only given if your previous drink was ordered within a 2 hour window and that you remained in the lobby". I told her I'm a gold member for the last few years and never heard that before. I even showed her the refill policy on the Starbucks app that says "same day" and doesn't have a 2 hour window. I have to say I go to this Starbucks VERY often and today I was disappointed with the service in the drive through. I ordered a latte and by my mistake I forgot to say iced . When I got to the window I commented " oh no I forgot to say iced , no big deal " and laughed . The lady in the window commented " oh no we can fix that for you no big deal " and I replied " oh that's sweet thank you , I'm sorry about that !" Well with her back turned she mumbled "it's only been the 3rd time today and the 3rd drink we have thrown away "while her coworker then replied "yeah they really need to get it together " . Ok for one yes it was my mistake , 2 I was going to take it no problem and didn't ask them to remake it and if I did I would have kept it and paid for another ! Clean place but slow. Took over 10 minutes just to brew a fresh new batch of Caffe Verona. I've worked for Sbux for many years and know how long it takes to brew fresh drip. Only 3 minutes. Service was slow and being served by automatic baristas. Though, good place for free wifi and quiet spot to get work done if needed. read more

Best customer service ever!!! I just got back from a Starbucks run and my barista named Alexia was the cutest and kindest person I spoke with today. She helped me choose a new Frapuccino and let me try it out before taking it home. (It was the Grasshopper and if I didn't like it she offered to make a new one.) She was super sweet and helpful. I've never had an issue with this Starbucks when it came to great customer service until yesterday morning. I kept trying to get an older ladies attention and she completely kept ignoring me until finally she turned around and rolled her eyes while stating the word "WHAT" // @ that point I didn't even want to ask what I wanted to ask because she was being rude! I get it, it's about 6am in the morning but I AM A MORNING PERSON and if you know you arnt then you should be working a different shift because you are most likely going to be everyone's first interaction to what's suppose to be a good day BUT this was not the case there. Once I got rung up I asked the younger lady what the older lady's name is and she said Carey. So here it is... Carey PLEASE ask to change shift times because I could tell you hated being up that early. Your attitude was very snobby and I did nothing to you, you weren't even the one who took my order, you just so happened to be right at the window as I pulled up stocking. I just hope this type of interaction never happens cause like I said I have NEVER had an issue with this place up until seeing her FOR THE FIRST time yesterday. read more
