I had a very unpleasant experience at this Sharetea location on June 18, 2026 in the afternoon. After I placed my order, I went outside to my car briefly to grab something. When I came back, I saw the female employee putting the shaker/mixing container directly into my drink. The outside of that shaker looked visibly dirty, and it did not look like it had been properly cleaned before touching my drink. This made me feel very uncomfortable and concerned about the hygiene standards at this location. read more

Sharetea is usually my favorite boba shop, but this location was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor from start to finish. This evening, I visited the store where three employees were working -one female and two males. I ordered a total of 7 drinks. One of the drinks I ordered was the halo halo for the first time and politely asked if it could be remade to have a taro flavor, as the drink tasted primarily like plain milk with toppings. Unfortunately, there was no taro flavor at all, which is not what I expected. A traditional halo halo should have a noticeable coconut and/or taro taste. As you can see in the photo my drink is white like snow. There is no purple hue, don't get this drink unless you like a snowy milk drink. One of the male employees stated that it was against store policy to remake drinks. When I expressed my concern, he told the other two employees to handle the situation in front of me, instead of addressing it himself. The female employee did not respond, and the other male reiterated that he could not remake the drink due to store policy. He stated halo halo has one scoop of taro powder and they cannot add another scoop of powder. When I asked if the store would not correct a drink that a customer disliked, I was again told it was against policy. I believe that when a customer is dissatisfied with a product, especially when it does not match its description, it is reasonable to expect the issue to be addressed. This was the worst customer service experience I have had, the employees were rude and because of it, I will not be ordering from this location again. I believe that good customer service includes helping customers feel satisfied with their order when possible. This experience was disappointing, and I hope the location can improve its customer service in the future. read more

Coming from the SGV, finding different Asian foods has been a challenge. I was so excited to hear that there was a Sharetea in Beaumont. I have been to Sharetea multiple times in college, so I am so happy it's nearby. The inside was SO cute!!! They have this floral photo wall with a neon sign. It's adorable, I love it! They have the menu printed to the right of the register. I personally love having the menu closer so that you are able to look at all the details. All the menu items look the same from other locations. I personally usually get the Okinawa pearl milk tea. Sometimes I switch the boba with herb jelly - that's really good too. It's consistent with the milk teas at other Shareteas. However, their boba was a bit tough and undercooked, and the red beans were hard too. Went in yesterday sometime after 4. Was greeted by loud rap music that had expletives blasting everywhere. On the television was the music video for the music that had the subtitles on showcasing such expletives. While I am not a prude in any way, this is not the type of environment to walk into with children or seeing children in such an establishment. This place is great for offering sweetness levels alone! This is very hard to find especially in specialty drink places. I had the semi sweet taro with boba and it was still good! The staff were friendly and they have so many different options. This was my first time trying it because I didn't know I have ones near me but this will be one of my new go tos for boba drinks. The ambiance is pretty much the same as all the other place. A few tables and a line to order. I recommend trying this place out especially for ppl that watch their sugar intake. read more

I always order the strawberry fresh milk with pearl and it's around $5. The boba can be a little filling, but it's very worth it. Honestly not sure why the employees are made to wear masks, it's extremely difficult to hear them talk, voices are muffled. They could be a bit more friendly, seems like they don't really enjoy there job. Anyways, for as new as this place is, it feels dirty. The windows needs a good soap and water! Looks like someone tried to clean everything with a greasy dirty towel. Floors need a good sanitary mopping! They are dirty, the area the employees work is dirty. Absolutely loved this place. I get in the mood for a Boba and it's so hard to find a place that has a good selection. I was driving back to Palm Springs from Los Angeles and wanted to find a place that was close off the freeway that I could just get off and get something and get back on quickly to go home. This completely fit the bill. Not only was the Boba tea fabulous but I received excellent service with very nice employees. And it was a cute little shop with a photo wall perfect for social media pics. I will definitely have no problem driving the few miles back just to enjoy more of their drinks, they have such a great selection. Buyer Beware. Hand mixed Taro tea is not purple sweet powder, but raw ground taro root. I started coughing upon drinking the tea, and I called Share tea confirm the powder was raw and then to warn them of this issue. Please be aware raw taro can be toxic and cause choking. I used to live in Kauai, where there were many Taro plantations. "Why is taro root toxic raw? "Symptoms: If any part of this plant is chewed or eaten raw, it can cause immediate burning pain and swelling of the lips, mouth and tongue. Swelling may cause copious salivation and difficulty in breathing, swallowing or speaking. Intense gastric irritation may occur if swallowed. In spite of its popularity, all parts of the taro are toxic if consumed raw. This is due to the high levels of calcium oxalate; a crystal like poison that can cause kidney stones and mouth irritation in the form of numbing, burning, or an itching sensation." Today was my second time here, and I ordered the exact thing as my first visit. A mango passion fruit black tea with 50% ice and 50% sweetness. This time my drink has seeds floating all in it. (Yes I'm sure it's not boba, I strained it when I got home) It's not a good shock drinking and having something rock hard in your drink. I dont know if the first visit it was wrong and supppse to have seeds or if this time the person was lazy and didn't take out the seeds. Either way I won't be back i dont want rock hard seeds in my drink that cost $6. Ill continue getting my teas in Redlands at Chaca Tea Bar where I know I won't have any surprises. read more

Went to their soft opening, and it was understandably packed. What wasn't understandable was their complete unwillingness to make a custom drink. It wasn't anything too difficult -- take one of their normal drinks and add one ingredient (which they already have on hand) to it, and that was that. The cashier was perplexed at this request -- which again, I get that you're new at this, but is it that odd to request a custom drink? The person in charge then refused, simply stating "we can't do it." No further explanation. When pressed further, the cashier said "that's not our recipe," which of course, that's why it's a custom drink request. I mean, this was really odd as it's a drink (chocolate milk tea, or milk tea + chocolate) that I've ordered at every other boba place everywhere. Most have it on their menu, and those that don't just make it with the ingredients they have on hand. But yet, Sharetea wouldn't. I suppose maybe it was a first week thing, and they didn't want to trouble their employees with making a custom drink. But if that was the case, then just say that and don't tersely reply "we can't." Shame too, since their base milk tea did taste pretty good. Oh well. Hoping maybe my next visit they'll be a little more reasonable. Otherwise, I'll just have to patiently await Chaca coming over to the area as well, since they are more than happy to make the same drink. read more

Finally a Sharetea in Beaumont! I was one of the first customers to be served soft opening day and I was very pleased with the service and drinks we bought. The ambiance and cleanliness was an A+ The cashier, Jenna, was very welcoming and recommended a blended iced mango with ice cream and it was delicious. First time trying something new besides their honey milk tea and i'll definitely order again. My daughter also loved her taro boba slush which is her usual. While there were a lot of customers waiting in the lobby, I didn't have to wait too long to get our drinks which was surprising since I usually have had to wait at least 10 min at other locations when busy. Not sure if this location has mobile order yet but will probably be using that next time to get my drink faster. Overall, I'll definitely be back and I'm so happy I don't have to drive to Redlands for a boba fix anymore.
