I don't post reviews often. This is insane. There are 5 people working, and I have been standing here waiting for a single caramel macchiato for 25 minutes. The staff was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in, and continued to be rude when I asked where my drink was. Wouldn't come back here if the drink was free, because I'd waste my time waiting. Really long wait times for drinks, even when they appear to be slow. This location tends to be closed at random times, and it's just not a warm and inviting atmosphere. While some employees are friendly, many employees are a little too 'woke' and make me uncomfortable as though I could insult them by sipping my drink the wrong way, and I feel like I need to tip toe around them with regard to what I say to my husband or if I'm on the phone. Go to Spring House or East Norriton. I worked as a Shift Leader at the first Starbucks to open in Berks County (Wyomissing) back in 2005-06, and we did not run our store the way many are being run today. It used to be all about making the customer happy, not vice versa. If someone had to wait more than 3 minutes for a drink, they got a coupon for a free drink. Now a wait of 10 minutes isn't unheard of because they're so tight on labor. Go to a mom & pop coffee shop, that's what I do. read more

The service is amazing, and they make my favorite order perfectly! Everyone who works there is so sweet and kind. Sometimes I'm more excited about talking with the kind workers than my order! The other day was red cup day, but I didn't know and ordered mobil. When I walked in I was like "Oh it's red cup day? How do I qualify maybe I'll stop by later?" And the kindest worker said "You need a holiday drink, but you're sweet so you can just have one" IT MADE MY DAY! I was having a bad day already and she just made it so much better. This is a great Starbucks. The employees are good, and friendly, too. The inside has the modern but comfortable look and feel of new Starbucks locations. And they keep the place (including the bathrooms) clean. Most importantly (for the purposes of my Starbucks rankings), they have a number of electrical outlets, including a pair of outlets (plus a pair of USB charging ports) in each of the four legs of the communal table. This location has a respectable food selection and the surprisingly good nitro brew. They have consistently gotten my order right. It's everything that I look for in a Starbucks. FTR, they also have a drive-through. I don't do drive-through anything, so I can't rate that, but they seem to manage it decently since it never spills over to cause problems for the customers inside. read more

The Good: Every worker I encounter at this location is friendly. Stopping at this location multiple days a week, my order is 99% correct and in the 1% chance that it's not, it is fixed with a smile and apology. The location is clean. The Not-so-good: The app often lists that they are out of items when they actually aren't so always be sure to physically go in or go through the drive-thru to order if you encounter this issue at the Blue Bell location. read more

I have never been to a Starbucks that has been this rude and not put together. There were 5 workers helping the drive through but would not help up. We were told by one "I'll help you when I have time." Everyone clearly saw us standing there but just kept walking by. As we were about to walk out they finally came over to help us. The employees at this Starbucks are so pleasant and helpful. They made me sample a drink I had been wanting to try for free and chatted with me about various drinks on the menu and other ordering tips when the line was slow. This location is so convenient for me because it is right near Center Square and it is on the way to many places that I go. The staff here is friendly and the service is quick. Their strawberry Frappuccino is so good especially with extra strawberry syrup. They have nice places to sit while you work too. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks and it's nice that they have a good place to get drinks in this center because my experience with Nektar juice bar was terrible. read more

This is the worst Starbucks in the area consistently, during flooding post Ida I figured it'd be most likely to be open. Somehow they were closed until 11am due to Ida without any flooding or lost power in the area and Lansdale was open and got me my order promptly even though the street adjacent to their store was closed from flooding. Yesterday for National Croissant Day there was a very nice option to donate a Croissant to the Landsdale food bank, myself and many of the customers in line, obliged the offer and donated a Croissant. After I left it dawned on me that this is not a good thing. We paid FULL price for the Croissant, which is around $2.60. I am sure Starbucks out-of-pocket cost per Croissant is likely much less than $2.60. Essentially customers donated more to Starbucks than the food bank. While I am glad that someone will enjoy the croissant that I donated, I truly do. I think Starbuck just increased their sales of croissants that day by ten-fold. This was a nice gesture but I think it would be better to give $3 directly to the food bank with out there being a profit for Starbucks. Or maybe Starbucks could donate the difference in price. This is the most convent Starbucks for me to go to, it's the closest to my house, so I can't describe my happiness when it opened. However, since Starbucks opened in 2017 I have yet to receive a correct order. I have on multiple occasions gotten into a back and fourth with an employee about not steaming the milk in my tea. I never knew getting regular tea with sugar was such a complex order. The reason I'm writing this post today is that I have had enough rude interactions and messed up order , today I ordered tea and a breakfast sandwich all of which we stark cold. I'm fed up with the lack of respect and incompetence the employees at this location has consistently given to myself and my family after almost a year of patronage. read more

This is an excellent Starbucks in terms of inventory. Unfortunately, there is an African American woman with a deep voice who works there who insists on CONSTANTLY inflicting 120 decibels of her voice on all who decide to give their business to the franchise, disturbing those who come to experience some reasonably quiet co-presence with others. Unfortunately, she belts out her voice constantly, and there is no relief from it whatsoever. Management, at whatever level (regional or otherwise), should get her to stop (consistently) or get another job. Unbelievably rude and inconsiderate. Kinda bummed. I went in to redeem my 400 points for a free cup which I recieved but when I order my venti pink drink LIGHT ICE I definitely didn't get light ice. It's very convenient to where I live so I stop here often. However, the drive thru takes about 17 years. I have been in line since 8:50 and it is now 9:09 and there are still three people ahead of me. We have not moved and now have to leave the line to get to work on time. This is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I keep trying to make it work, but I've never wasted so much time waiting for my order before. On one occasion I had to ask for my drink 3 times before it was made, the woman kept picking up my cup and then putting it down to attend to drive through orders. This is my first time being here and most definitely my last!! The employee at the register didn't seem to know what he was doing. I ordered a venti hazelnut iced coffee with cream. PRETTY SIMPLE! I then received my drink which looked like it was just milk. When I tasted it it tasted like milk and hazelnut, no coffee? My boyfriend and I stopped by the Blue Bell Starbucks this morning before work-- just like we have been for the passed two weeks. We went through the drive-thru like we usually would and we started to get annoyed when we noticed a customer was taking forever to give their order. She was there for almost 10 minutes before pulling forward. The next car stopped, had their order taken, and pulled forward shortly. We we approached to have our order taken, we kept yelling, "hello?" into the speaker for over 5 minutes before we noticed the note on the board that told us to pull forward for assistance with our order. It took over 20 minutes before the person in front of us got the 1 drink that they ordered. When we got to the window, we informed the lady that no one answered to take our order & that the note told us to pull forward. She proceeded to tell us that they we closed when we tried to order & that we messed up their line... but how come the person in front of us got served and we did not? She told us to pull around again and then she would take our order. We had 15 minutes to get to our job, which usually takes us 25-30 minutes to get there on a normal day. We told the lady how we felt about their poor customer service and drove off with nothing. Will not go back to this Starbucks again, they're never consistent-- they suck. read more

I stop at a Starbucks at least 3-4 days a week, I must say I have never had such a consistent positive experience as I have had at this location. Every single time I have gone through the drive thru the staff have been extremely friendly ( awesome customer service every single visit) and they always make my drink to perfection.
