Vegan pancakes

This location in blue bell is always hit or miss. My last visit was amazing however, this visit the staff overwhelmed and didn't have a good handle on dealing with the volume. Kitchen was backed up and waiters were just standing around. I sat at the bar with no place settings for at least 20 minutes. When my food finally arrived it looked great and tasted good.

Breakfast Combo

Turning Point just turned into my one of my favorite breakfast joints. It's upscale diner vibes were great and we were very impressed with our service. Seated right away on a Sunday morning, and were blown away with the vast menu options. It was like a First Watch but way better. What we snagged: -French press coffee. Very great concept. Very fresh coffee. -Healthy juices. Twas a LONG evening before and needed some quick hydration. Very tasty and flavorful. -Breakfast Combo. VERY big breakfast and the pancakes were some of the best we've ever had! -Wilbur Skillet. We'll done meal here. Packed with great flavor. Overall, solid experience at Turning Point. Will 100% be back for breakfast in the near future.

Definitely a good breakfast/brunch spot with some fun seasonal options! Inside the restaurant was spacious and cozy, our waitress was pleasant and attentive. My other half enjoyed a peanut butter cup hot chocolate which was delicious! I had the pumpkin cold brew which was also great. For food he had the breakfast combo and added the specialty pumpkin spice pancakes for a small upcharge which was well worth it, they were really good! I had the shakshuka which was very enjoyable, eggs poached well with a savory tomato sauce that had a bit of heat to it. Hubby and I agree we will be back!

G.O.A.T Omelet with Side Mixed Greens

I had been looking forward to going to Turning Point for quite some time. We decided to stop in for brunch on Valentine's Day. It was extremely busy, which I expected. When we finally got our meal, it was delicious! The cold brew came in this HUGE pitcher, with a cold brew ice cube, and I got cold foam on the side. It was fun to prepare myself, and was an absolute steal in terms of price for all that coffee (for just one person! Lol). I got the GOAT omelette which was delicious as well. I will 100% be going back. However, the ways in which this place is ran is questionable. We waited to be sat for about 15 minutes. Once sat, we waited probably 25~ minutes for a waitress to come over. Again, it was busy. But what was frustrating was that the entire front part of the dining area was empty, and every table was dirty and waiting to be cleared. I did not see one table be cleared during the 15 minutes we waited for a seat. And more and more people were coming in, and yet no tables were cleared. There were only a few young girls waiting on the entire restaurant (!!!! That's hard work !!!!), so I do not fault them for that! But I saw what appeared to be a general manager running drinks and coffees to tables. Just drinks and coffees. It felt unfair to the waitresses for their boss to be stepping in when they're so overwhelmed but not help them clear tables so that the growing crowd could be sat. After finally being sat, I saw our server clear 2 tables in the entire time we were there. I wish that the people working there had the help they needed to be able to fully support the restaurant when it's that busy. TO BE FAIR! It was Valentine's Day AND the Eagles parade, so there were probably several unplanned for call-offs. Either way, wish that manager would have helped them out more. Anyway, I will definitely be going back! It was delicious with a fun atmosphere. But I would not necessarily go at a time or occasion I expected it to be really busy.

Everything we had was delicious. Like over the top amazing. Very spacious restaurant. The decor was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bacon apple thing OMG! The lemon pancake and the cinnamon roll pancake was fire. The big breakfast thing was a lot of food, everything prepared excellently. The goat omelette was everything! The shrimp and grits savory with a hint of sweet. The lobster toast drool worthy (fresh salad that accompanied it made my mouth water). The coffee was good. The lemonades were delicious and the milkshake smoothie too. This place is my fav.

We went with our friends yesterday. Honestly, I don't see the appeal. Everything seems average and slightly overpriced. The chicken in my panini was quite dry. The service is subpar: 1) they sat us at a wet table, so we asked if they could wipe the table dry--we were told to let the table air dry on its own; 2) we waited for a solid 15 minutes before the waitress remembered to take the credit card. There's no obvious reason for the long wait. She even came close to our table to check on others, but never bothered to see if we are ready to pay (the bill came at a normal time).

The skillet breakfast.

Looking for a comfort food breakfast in a new-to-us town, Yelp came through. This classy, friendly and stylish eatery drew us in. We both ordered scrambled eggs, my friend is super fussy about how they are done, and he gave their take high marks. I had a "skillet" with my eggs and have to agree - the chef knows his/her trade. I had OJ and it tasted like fresh squeezed. Yum! Great atmosphere, airy and inviting without too much kitsch! Good wait staff, prompt and attentive. The only disappointments were the bland home fries. I'm used to Jersey diner fries - greasy, yet crispy. We were their first customers on Sunday so maybe the grill needed a few more orders to season up? And the English muffin was not Thomas' - the best around. Nice place, lots of happy locals were noshing. Give it a shot.

CROSSFIT OMELET

Could the wait times be improving here? Showed up on a Saturday between 11 and 12. We were 3rd in line to be seated and got seated within 10 minutes. Food was exceptionally good here as is their norm. My mother was raving her CrossFit omelet which is an all egg white omelet with veggies.

I have been to other Turning Point locations before (Warrington and Upper Dublin) and saw they have this location in Blue Bell. My friend and I were looking to meet up and were trying to find the half way point, and saw this restaurant. The parking lot was pretty crowded, but I was thankful that I got a spot second from the front. When we walked inside, the hostess seemed to be walking around really busy and told us she would be right with us. We waited in the entrance and chatted to each other to pass the time. We were probably waiting around 7 minutes (which isn't too bad). The hostess finally approached us, but seemed a little annoyed and said "Are you ladies ready for your table?" She probably didn't mean anything by it, but to me, she had a tone of agitation. We agreed and followed her to our table. We were seated at a booth (which is never my friend as a plus size person). Thankfully I was able to get in, but I don't believe the tables moved (it looked like they were bolted to the wall, which doesn't allow people to make room). I wished we were seated in the main dining area, as the booths were off in a little corner with five other booths and seemed to have plain walls and no decorations near by. I have been to many Turning Points, but this was my friend's first time at a Turning Point location, so I wanted her to have the best experience with ambiance. Our waitress (Amanda) was super kind and friendly! I ordered the London Fog (one of the seasonal drinks) and it was absolutely delicious!!!! I wish they could keep that on their regular menu! I also ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast. It was good, but I've had it better at the other locations. All in all, my friend and I had a great time and if we meet up again, we will probably go to this location again!

Tbh this is my second time coming here. The food is good. Servers are friendly but not super attentive. It is what it is. Bathrooms are private so five stars for that. I love to see it. However everything on the menu has a ton of calories so I have to knock it a star for that.... Unfortunately......

Does this restaurant take reservations?

Has anyone gone to this place for lunch and liked it a lot? It seems to be really good for breakfast only.

Lunch is good too. The food here hasn't been a disappointment. The service has been hit or miss but the past few trips has seen an improvement.

I love seeing young people who take pride in their work. she's a sweetheart and always professional. And then there's Rachel; my girl, the Biscuit Pusher . She's a ray of sunshine with such great customer service. She remembers me every time, and her energy is just unmatched. I might have to get her a pin that says Biscuit Pusher because she owns that title! The cashiers are friendly, management is attentive, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. If there's ever an issue, they fix it right away. Tara, the owner, is amazing. Even when she's busy, she makes it a point to check on guests and ask how everything is going. She makes suggestions to make your biscuit sandwich selection go to another level. That level of engagement goes a long way. The quality of the biscuit is always on point. My only issue is that they tend to fall apart when you try to pick them up. I usually have to eat mine with a fork because they crumble so easily. I'd love if they could adjust the texture just a bit so they hold together better. If they did, they'd be perfect! If you haven't gone yet, get there. Let me know how your experience was. I'd love to hear.

The biscuits for their sandwiches are flakier and much better. If you think you have twenty-years left to live, you might want to knock out a few things on your bucket list before ordering. They have a sign that says something like this isn't fast food and there isn't anything fast here at all. The staff and customers all agree with that slogan. No one is hiding it. A few weekends ago, we waited over 45 minutes like idiots for our food. I had a $50 gift card, most went to this meal, and I was ready to walk out. Sadly, I didn't complain to management, because the line was longer than the line to order food. They said refunds would take one week and the people who said they really would never come back, had the managers get their food quicker than ours. It's an interesting business strategy to ensure the angry customers who won't return got their food first, but I get it. If less people frequent this place, then the lines won't be as long. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying. No utensils, napkins at the tables, just people sitting there waiting for their to-go order and then freeing a table later. If you are one of those weekend people with nothing to do until you have some structure at work on Monday, this is the perfect place to waste most of your day, to get you that much closer to work. Sweet treats are alright, nothing special. Breakfast sandwich could be worth it, but you could also go to the worst grocery store in town and make your own better biscuit and sandwich in the amount of time you have to wait. $8 left on our gift card and in a perfect world I'll misplace it.

The coffee and the food are both incredible, super tasty, and I really enjoyed it. The coffee was not overly sweet, the eggs are actually scrambled versus microwaved, incredible. My issue is that if you're there on a busy weekend like I was, a lot of times it is hard to hear when they call out names. They are also not writing the name on every drink. I happen to have the same name as somebody else there with different spellings. If they're not consistent on writing the name on the drink, then it is super easy to end up taking somebody else's. They also do not write what kind of drink it is so God forbid two people have the same exact name and a similar drink, you'll never know who's who's which can cause an issue with allergies. If they were consistent on braiding up names, and the order I probably would have bumped this to five star
