This is a super busy location. Good service, but expecting a long wait. Order ahead if you don't want to wait. They have all the standard drinks , food and merch that Starbucks offers. Inside: Open space with adequate seatings. I cannot comment on the cleanliness of this location given the crowd I ran into and did not get a good chance to take a look at the cleanliness of this place. But I did observe two spillage while I was waiting for my drinks . One was a spill of a milky drink all over the pick up counter, shortly after someone spilled entire container of Matcha powder on the floor. 2 restroom stalls on site, which is convenient. read more

I stopped coming to this location all together bc their mistakes kept making me late for work(literally every day) . I had no choice but to come here today and well yet again the drink I ordered and even asked for an extra Expresso shot in is literally half a cup of coffee the rest cold foam. I never have this issue at any other location? it tastes like yesterdays coffee water and the woman at the window was extremely rude (I guess bc I don't let them give me half as* drinks and actually ask them to do it right ? not sure but super annoyed . if they can't make drinks by now maybe they should look into another profession bc this is ridiculous with the amount of money you spend on the drinks to begin with??? read more

Drinks often come out wrong, asked for iced comes out hot, asked for small comes out medium... Got a caramel macchiato, didn't have any caramel drizzle in it at all.... Compared to other locations I've been to the drinks from here taste bad. Would strongly suggest going to other location if you're looking to get Starbucks. I ordered drinks via the mobile app on my way to an event. I made sure to order with plenty of time before the "estimated pick-up time." However, when I arrived to the store I ended up waiting over 15 minutes in the cafe for a damn iced coffee. Very nice Starbucks! I come here about once a week after the gym. Usually it's busy on Sundays and a lot of people go through the drive through so in store it can depend. But the shop is always staffed with a lot of people, they take the time to make the food/drinks right and fast. I appreciate that the employees care. Today I noticed this box of kindness they have set up and I think it's such a great idea! I've never seen anything like it at any other shop before. Happy to support this initiative. read more

It's been hot and miss with the Brookhaven Starbucks with their cold brew. But lately their cold brew have been made horrible. Today I picked up two cold brews and they were very dark and I ask for more sweet cream to see if that would help and it did not do any good. The coffee taste watery and just not good at all. I didn't go back cause when I do I get an attitude and have to wait until someone can make me new cold brews. I been throwing away a lot of coffees and it is becoming very costly since I am unable to get replacements and drive to a different Starbucks to see if their coffee is any better. read more

My girlfriend and her friend come home after going to get frappaccinos only to tell me how the girl at the counter made them wait a few minutes to gossip with her coworker. Not only that but when my girlfriend was trying to figure out her drink size (since starbucks uses the odd names e.g. tall, grande, venti) the same counter girl goes "I was gonna, can you speak english?" Absolutely ridiculous. When her friend went to order after her the counter girl then says "oh... you're ordering too?" super condescendingly. Horrible, horrible customer service. Whoever was working should have been fired; genuinely don't know any other business that would ever accept a cashier behaving this way. So I come to this Starbucks often because I often drive by here going to points southwest. I generally get a four star experience so I have left my original (and first) review of this location stand--until today. Service was exceptionally slow. I ordered two drinks via the drive through. Besides the five minute wait in line for two grande cappuccinos (no add ins, or special order) I got one and then got another two minutes later. I had to ask for a receipt, and since my significant other was with me, we each tried the others when I tasted soy milk. Sure enough, one was regular 2% milk and the other soy. Because we were in a rush to get to our next location, we did not go back for a correction. However this is a pretty egregious error that could have serious consequences for someone. read more

In the past two-plus weeks: Order on mobile, get to the store, the cafe is closed. I didn't have time to wait in the LONG drivethrough line, so I abandoned the order. (Went online; Starbucks refunded me, thank you.) Stopped by the next day, cafe closed again. Another day, cafe open, went to the counter, waited over a minute while being completely ignored by the staff, so I left. Today I went back, mobile order for a Nitro Cold Brew. 7+ minutes after the "drink will be ready time" I asked. The order had been placed to a side because they didn't have any cold brew. This is by far the Best Starbucks in Delaware county. Maybe even Pennsylvania. All of the baristas are so nice. The store has such a positive atmosphere. All of the baristas deserve a raise. They work so hard and genuinely care about customers. I was helped today by Jonathan in the drive thru, and he provided me with the best customer service I've ever had at Starbucks in my life. I asked for a Chai tea latte with almond milk, the girl didn't hear me so she asked I repeat the order which I did. After leaving and tasting the drink I realized it was made with milk. I have a milk allergy, although it's not an anaphylactic allergy I get extremely itchy and terrible stomach pains. I called the store to just say if she didn't hear me the second time I wish she would have asked me to repeat myself instead of guessing my order. The person who took the call must have thought themselves a comedian because after I explained what happened she was like oh I didn't get any of that can you repeat yourself. A simple I'm sorry that happened we can refund or made you another drink would have been fine, but nope making fun of someone who has an allergy because of a careless mistake on their part is how they choose to respond. read more

A brand-new, super-clean, SORELY needed, Starbucks with a busy drive through in "Brookheaven". Brookhaven had nothing like this shopping center - until now. A new Giant, a wine/spirits (State) store, Smashburger, Hand & Stone - and finally - a real Starbucks. My advice? Waking my Yelp account up specifically for this review. Having spent perhaps too much time at too many starbucks, I can say that this Starbucks has the nicest staff and is the cleanest Starbucks in all of Delaware county, probably Philadelphia as well. I've never had an issue with my drink being wrong. Never hard to find parking, either in front, on the side. I've never had to park by smashburger but that would be another option. Gets pretty crowded closer to lunch. For anyone who has criticized this location, they can go to Glen Mills, Media, Springfield, Villanova, Bryn Mawr...Or really any other Starbucks with an angry disinterested staff that can't be bothered. The Brookhaven location feels like it's a totally different company. read more

My boss LOVES Starbucks so when we get together for early morning meetings, we have been getting together at this beautiful,brand new Starbucks in Brookhaven. The location is perfect - right there in the new Giant Supermarket plaza, next to the AT&T store and the Smashburger,closest to Middletown Road. This is one of the biggest Starbucks in the area. We love the large tables but there is plenty of seating all around the coffee shop. Wifi is free and it connects quickly to all my wifi eating devices: pad, phone,laptop. The coffee is typical Starbucks. I am more of a Dunkin Donut's coffee guy but here there are three choices of regular to blend into the largest cup they have - that one cup lasts for the whole meeting. There are many more coffee choices as well as some food choices as is typical of a Starbucks. read more

I'm really frustrated that they give you the option to order on the mobile app and pick up in store and then they post signs on the door saying you have to go through drive thru. This has happened multiple times. And anyone who goes here knows that the drive thru is crazy long. I always order 30 minutes ahead because I know it will take forever. My favorite drink is the venti iced caramel macchiato. I always ask for extra caramel and rarely do I get messy drinks. This barista poured too much milk into the cup. So, after the espresso was poured and she went to add the lid, the drink poured over the lid and out of the straw hole. I asked for an extra lid to replace the messy lid after mixing my drink and the person who took my order made a smartass response about there being extra caramel, like it was my fault the barista made a mess. First of all, they barely gave me extra caramel. And second of all, don't blame me for your fuck up and carelessness. I was polite and nice when I asked for the lid.
