It's very spacious and industrial interior, I love the aesthetic and the staff were very nice. The drink I got, was one of their seasonal drinks and it was good. If you like an earthy matcha with a taste of creamsicle, you'll love this drink. I can't understand why the price for a small is the same as a price for a large. And my one other complaint is the wait time for drinks is abysmal. Obviously this location is popular as it's the only Starbucks in the area but the line was insane. My two grievances took off two stars but I would still recommend. Maybe coming at a less busy hour. So less traffic. read more

This location consistently provides poor service and always seems unkempt compared to other Starbucks locations. This morning I stopped in to pick up a mobile order: a lemonade and a bagel with butter. No straw was provided with the drink, and when I opened the bagel bag, there was no butter included at all--just three plastic knives. When I asked for a straw, I was met with an attitude and told I would have to pay for it. The customer service here is consistently unfriendly. During my visit, I also overheard a barista openly complaining about how much they hate making Frappuccinos. I understand every job has its frustrations, but customers shouldn't have to listen to employees complain about the products they're ordering. Unfortunately, the staff always seem miserable, and that attitude carries over into their interactions with customers. Even though this location is within walking distance of my house, I'd rather drive to another Starbucks than deal with the service here. Management seriously needs to address both the customer service and overall atmosphere of this store. read more

My dad threw away the coffee because of how watered down it was....sooo This location gets my order wrong almost every time (three times now). I even watched my drink being made incorrectly, yet the barista still insisted the espresso shot I paid extra for was included. Messed up the promoted protein beverage. Directly from the photo on the board.... On top of that, it took about 10 minutes to get a basic coffee with a single espresso shot -- nothing complicated. I'm glad that this Starbucks is in the neighborhood. It is a convenient location to get to for those of us who live on this side of Brooklyn. It is pretty decent in size and has plenty of seating to accommodate customers. I can definitely see myself here doing my homework with a grande caramel Frappuccino by my side. I've been patiently awaiting a Starbucks in this neighborhood and this one is finally here! This location has been open for about 2 weeks. The location is easy to find, there are plenty of parking but no drive thru. However as you can see with my included pictures the inside is very spacious and accommodating. I like the art on the wall and it has a very relaxing ambience. The service is good, I think the speed will get as better as they work out the kinks. I came here the Monday after they opened and a week later. They recently added mobile ordering as well as adding this location on the app. However the morning staff is attentive I get here before 7 and they've always getting my order right and has me out in less then 5 minutes from start to finish. My Caramel Macchiato, what I normally ordered has always been prepared as I expected and tasted very flavorful. I look forward to making this Starbucks part of my morning routine and recommend this location Especially if you're in the Mill Basin/Canarsie neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Declining quality. Specialty Coffee Drinks are watered down, with little to coffee or syrup. The barrista's want to argue with you or roll eyes when you bring a beverage back. For $6 a pop, it should be done correctly. COVID doesnt mean less quality. Be happy people are frequenting your establishment and serve quality items.
