We hit this location while road tripping and it was a solid stop. A full Starbucks next to a gas station? Yes please! They had seasonal cups on sale and I got one I've been wanting. i went 06/23 at 7:30 in the morning. the staff seemed to be a bunch of high school girls with no concept of customer service. their backs were turned to us when we walked in, they acted like we were bothering them by being there, and the girl at the register was slow blinking at us as if we were asking for something insane when our order is pretty normal. we asked for our drinks to have no strawberries and light ice (came with a lot of ice and strawberries), our sandwiches were sloppily thrown in the bags, and they didn't give us the srirachas we asked for. also, the prices there are more expensive than a regular starbucks. read more

Ordered two 3-pump mochas. They were made in good time, however too hot to properly taste until we hit I-95. No espresso! Turned around at the next exit and asked them to remake them, 3 pumps mocha 2 shots espresso. They were remade while I watched and I am guessing he hit the 4 shots button for both of them. This is a regular stop of ours every time we travel this way. Starbucks has coffee for my husband, water for me, and some food choices that are not unhealthy. We really like the egg white, turkey bacon sandwich or, if that's not available, we go for the egg white frittatas. Plenty of seating both inside and out. read more

Attached to a Travel America gas station. Obviously having employee issues as everyone else is. Very very slow. Out of 50 % of all beverages and food selections. Do not customize your order they do not know how to change things. They use the old system of writing on The cups and she had to ask over and over what does this say. This location is inside a truck stop so be aware: no drive-thru. The line wasn't too bad and the drinks came out pretty quickly. There are plenty of stools to sit on by the big glass windows, if you're not in a hurry and want to people watch. Will definitely keep this place in mind next time I'm heading down to Florida. read more

Really small Starbucks that's connected to a truckstop but at least there's lots of parking.it has a nice patio to sit outside but no seating in the shop itself. You get all the drinks like a normal Starbucks but no drivethru. There's plenty of seating in the truck stop foodcourt. read more

They were out of white mocha, couldn't do iced coffee, & heard them complaining that they were down to only 3 bottles of another flavor. Coffee was made incorrectly, i went back to have it remade and the order was even more wrong the next time. Ladies working were nice though.

They served my tea lukewarm and got the order wrong. And the barista was wearing a mask around the chin instead of over the nose and mouth. I recommend you get your caffeine elsewhere. read more

Employee from subway cut us off in line and went behind the counter. Then the person taking orders ignored us for quite a while. When we asked for a specific product that was in plain view, they claimed they were out of it. The pastries we ordered were dumped in our hands - no bags and trash cans were overflowing while the subway employees continued to cavort with the Starbucks employees behind the lines. Very surprised the corporation allows this location to have such low standards. The drink orders were also wrong, and the amount of ice in one of them was far beyond standards that I am familiar with as a frequent Starbucks patron. read more

This Starbucks is inside of a travel center, and they really need to get it together in there! The girl at the cashier had no personality what so ever, and she shouldn't be working around coffee or food with her eyelashes looking like wings on her eyes, they were entirely to long to be working around food, but let's talk about that! I went to order a biscuit, and she informs me that they have no food what so ever in the store, HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF ALL THE FOOD! There was another girl mind you none of them had name tags is why I am referring to them as employees who guessing is new since the manager asked her if she new how to make Frappuccinos, this girl WOW she was not thrilled to be there at all, she actually rolled her eyes when being told what to do, she never even cracked a smile, not even once! She looked completely miserable to even be there. She definitely needs to be working somewhere where she is not in the public eye! Worse Starbucks experience ever! It's a Starbucks! In a gas station that is open 24/7 However it loses stars because of the short hours, and they will not honor starbucks points or starbucks cards. They have a paper sign saying that they are not equipped to handle such transactions. Nobody would leave after ordering and waiting in line, but if you were looking to use that free after 2 pm drink recept or bonus stars, do not go here. Oh Ya , BUT they do sell gift cards. This Starbucks is connected to TA truck stop (gas, food, restrooms, mini-mart store). Gave it one star because they do not use the scanners that can be used with my Starbucks App. So no stars for my purchase and I had to use my cash on the road. I rarely carry cash. Plus they did not offer the full menu. No where on the signs did it state it was an express store. Starbucks needs to get them a scanner, so they can get with the times. read more

First off I want to say that I am an avid starbucks fan and have been to many all across this great nation of ours and almost all of them have had upbeat, courteous, and amazing customer service. This one is the complete opposite of that. I've been here a few times and each time it seems to get worse. When I came in I wasn't greeted. The "host" Jordan just stared at me, when I looked over to another girl, she was super friendly and said hello with a big smile. Jordan, on the other hand, treated me as if I was a burden to her. I placed my order and she slung my starbucks card at me. For NO reason. I understand that everyone has a bad day but to act so unprofessional at a job she obviously chose, is unacceptable. I was also informed that they could not honor any of my rewards at this location. Why is that? I think they need to clean up their crew. Some people are just not cut out for a customer service position. read more

Okay! FIRST! I have no idea why these people got a bad review. They're so polite and helpful it's crazy! I wanted to point out that yes! They do not redeem rewards or whatever little percentage you get off of your rewards BUT they do apologize sincerely and are more than wiling to do anything they can to make sure you will want to go back and see them. There were a couple sweet baristas I'd like to point out for example; Savannah! She was extremely tactful and helpful throughout the service! There was another one name Jordan, she was sweet and very polite especially having to deal with the rude people in front of me. They made me feel at home and it was a great experience! Some pepole complain just to complain. I am a gold card member. They take my card and I get points for every purchase. The girl luly that works there is always kind to me as well as the rest of them. We stop here several times a year with an RV, and appreciate the ample parking. It's also easy on/off I-95. The service has always been prompt, courteous and professional. They do accept the Starbucks card so you can accumulate stars for purchases. read more
