I can't lower my star score, because this Starbucks is still excellent for service and politeness. Just wanted to note that I stopped in here for my usual mocha latte, but decided to have one of their egg, Gouda and bacon sandwiches for breakfast. I took one bite, and knew that I had something organic that I was chewing! Absolutely no flavor, not even a saltiness. The bread was crispy, and the sandwich was hot. That's all I can tell you. I will never order that sandwich again ... please take it off the menu. Otherwise, service was impeccable. read more

Placed a mobile order and showed up earlier than I had anticipated. I jumped in line thinking it would be fine. When I informed them at the kiosk what my order was they responded that I ordered it "like a minute ago" and that it would be a bit. I said that was fine and they asked me to pull around. When we got to the window they asked if it was a Mango Passionfruit for my name and I told her no that wasn't right. I started listing off our Chai Lattes and Shaken Espresso drinks. She then rudely turned to us and said, "that is what I said". It sure was not and you don't need to be so rude. This location is so frustrating sometimes. read more

I have an appointment in Burlington at 5pm. I drove 30 minutes to work out of this Starbucks so I was close by. As soon as I sit down, set up my laptop and get my headphones on, a barista tells me they are closing the cafe early and I have 5 minutes to leave. There is no other coffee shop or Starbucks for miles that is open. read more

visiting from GA, stoped grab a coffee and was pleasantly suprised by the outstanding service, especially Baristas Jackie and Stephanie. the staff was very welcoming with the exception of one barista, Pam that seemed unhappy to be there. she waited on us and failed to secure the lid which led to my husband getting burned and our car being drenched with the steaming coffee. Overall the experience was outstanding with the exception of the unsecured lid. The service is 100 times better then where we live in Georgia. Keep up the good work! read more

Apparently when training employees on how to make a ice guava ice tea, it's different then the way they train them to make it in lake geneva because it's never made correctly at this location. Very rude staff... every time I come to the window the staff is extremely rude to me. I have called and talked to the store manager about it... attitudes never change. I work in the fast food business so I understand being flustered or having a bad day, but you should never take it out on the customer. read more

Not sure what's going on here but it's not the normal upbeat Starbucks baristas. It appears that they may have hired locals who are friendly to those that they know. The supervisor was fine but the baristas were frigid like a Wisconsin winter. Starbucks usually does so much better! read more

Nice new place and much needed with a drive through. Ordered a simple venti hot chocolate - got a white hot chocolate. It not that hard - would have come back through the drive through but it was busy. I'll own it. One job read more

Love Burlington Starbucks! They do get busy, but they have several baristas working, so you usually don't wait too long, even on BOGO Thursdays. I have come around 3 pm to see the place PACKED, and decided to come back when it was less busy, and that's fine. The staff is super friendly. You can order ahead too on the app, though I haven't done that yet. read more
