Danielle is a great baker!! Everything I have tried is so so good. Favorites are the coffee cake and the breakfast muffins. But seriously this place is a must visit for everyone

In town for a concert. Decided to check out the local bakery…read more Service was fantastic. Woman behind the counter talked me through my decision making process. She was kind, patient and talkative. 5 stars Atmosphere: kind of a strip mall mext to a gas station. Clean inside and out. No seating inside. Beautiful, well displayed goods. Easy to find and parking is sufficient. 4 stars Baked goods: while not the best bakery i have been to (I have been to a few), this one had a very strong showing, especially for a very small town. I had a few things. 1. Small bite sized chocolate cake (don't remember the name). 5 stars. The best value and in a small package. Raspberry fold over. Fresh and light and tangy. I really enjoyed this one. 4.5 stars. Lemon bar was solid but not anything exceptional. 4 stars. Pecan sticky bun was also solid but a little dry for me. 4 stars. A coconut dish that looked like an ice cream scoop of coconut on a bed of dark chocolate. I wish it had a higher chocolate to coconut ratio...maybe dipped in chocolate instead of drizzle on top? Other than that, it was really good. 4.5 stars. My friend enjoyed his cinnamon roll and also loved the bite sized chocolate cake. 4.5 stars. Very well done.

And always friendly, high quality staff. What's more is that they embrace the role of community uniter, sponsoring countless community events, and hosting gatherings like the weekly community open mic night where musicians of all ilk are welcomed and appreciated. Oh and they also feature an adjacent, highly-curated fine wine and spirits shop, and an upstairs speakeasy to boot!

The front has large windows, a couple of patio tables, and bright yellow mums that invite you to step inside. Once inside, it's a big space with a chill vibe. The order counter is large, with a few seats and a good view into the barista area. There's plenty of seating for different-sized groups, plus an elevated seating and stage area at the back. It was late Monday afternoon, and there were only a couple of other people inside. I got a friendly greeting from the barista and help with my order. I went with my usual London Fog Tea Latte in a mug (little lavender, little vanilla, extra foam). I also wanted some bakery, but the only options were cookies and brownies, so I chose the Molasses Cookie. Along with that, I ordered a Peach Mango Refresher. The beverages and cookie were good. The refresher was made with half coconut milk, which added some richness. The London Fog was decent, and the cookie was chewy and flavorful. It made for a very relaxing time, sitting on a sofa and reading a book. On the way out, we browsed the small wine and grocery room off to the right. Lots of interesting spices, wines, vinegars, and gift ideas. This is definitely a place I'll stop in again.

Well, I would call this almost a "perfect" coffee shop experience (read to the end for my very…read moresmall complaint). Been here several times before and it has always been a very good experience. This time came with a friend on a Wednesday morning. The place is cute with plenty of character. It's a converted bank and still has a vintage/old-time feel to it. Big windows in the front. There are doors in front, or the rear, with an outside patio area. Inside there are plenty of places to sit, ideally for groups of 2-4. Parking on the street, or they have their own lot in the rear. Got a super nice, genuine smile and greeting from the barista. Ordered a London Fog (little lavender, little vanilla, and extra foam). They didn't have any scones, so I ordered an amazing looking Morning Bun. Got the drink in a china mug, and the morning bun warmed up. Both of these items were made perfectly (maybe I am being to hard on this whole scone thing !) The place was busy, and there were people coming/going the entire morning (we were there for nearly 3 hours). Everybody was having quiet conversations, so it was easy for us to talk. And even though it was rainy/overcast, the big windows brought in plenty of sunlight. Definitely a place that I would recommend and return to. Now if they served a "real" scone that would be simply incredible ;)

I did the Lucky Charm and yum was it good! Small inside but plenty of places to sit. Could easily grab coffee and walk by the river in the summer. They had breakfast sandwiches.
