Visited this Starbucks location via the drive through for some much needed caffeine today! I ordered on the mobile app and relayed that to the individual working the drive through. There was a line of cars when I arrived, which moved quickly. My drink was made well and tasted like everything I ordered was present. My sandwich was warm and tasty. The staff members I spoke with at the drive through and at the pick up window were both friendly. read more

Went in today (Saturday) for a Venti Hot Chocolate with 3 extra pumps of chocolate. (I asked for the temp to be Manual 190 degrees because if you don't specify it ends up coming out at a luke warm 140ish. The lady behind the counter said she could do this) The total Should be $5.25. The young man at the register decided to ring me up for 3 Hot Chocolates coming out to over $15.00. (Strike one). Then when they (It took a few of them to figure this out) finally corrected this error my hot chocolate was done. I took one little sip and it was just above luke warm no where near 190 (Strike 2). But at least they remembered the extra 3 pumps of chocolate. So a young man wearing a baseball cap came to the counter as I reapproached and said sorry, I was told you guys knew how to get this drink really hot but sadly it seems you don't. He seemed to be in charge as he was telling the other people behind the counter what to do. He said he would remake the hot chocolate at Manual 190 degrees. As he was doing so I reminded him about the 3x pumps. He said "yes". He handed me the drink and I could tell it was already way hotter than what I was served at first. So I thanked him and left the building. Making my way across the parking lot I took my first sip. It was plenty hot enough but the "man in charge" forgot the additional 3 pumps of chocolate. (Strike 3). Which brings me to the writing of this review. I am not the kind of customer to cause a scene in the store. But I will write about my experiences so others can make their own informed decagons. read more

Short man with the facial hair was incredibly rude. I have never been refused a drink in a larger cup, especially when willing to pay for it. I was so taken aback that I didn't even finish ordering everything my family wanted. As if being rude to someone placing an order wasn't enough, yelling at a small child is absolutely unacceptable. My son started to reach for a mobile order bag and as I was starting to tell him that it wasn't our bag, the same man snapped at him "THATS NOT YOURS!". My son is 5 years old. If there wasn't a group of teenagers sitting in the lobby, I would have shared both my opinion and feedback with this employee in the moment. Truly disgusted by the attitude of the employee and if I lived locally, certainly would be called the manager to complain. I have never been treated this way in a Starbucks and if my local branch wasn't so great, I would likely never step in a Starbucks again. read more

I am a repeat customer, I usually come on Friday mornings to get a pick me up. I don't normally do the drive thru but had extra time on my hands. I had absolutely INCREDIBLE service . The drive thru checkout cashier was a ray of sunshine and absolutely made my day with his upbeat energy. His name is Eon and he is such a kind young man. This Starbucks is almost always packed, whether it's the drive-thru or in-store. The employees really bust their behinds to keep up with the demand. I had to take one star due to some of the wait times. I understand it's not fully their fault and limited to both machine and staff, but waiting 15+ for coffee can get a little ridiculous. As this is a newer Starbucks they have themselves together. Again, this is more on the company, they probably should've picked somewhere with a bit bigger parking lot. The line can wrap around pretty ridiculous. Creates a bit of a traffic hazard throughout the parking lot. I recommend, staff are all friendly and as I said before they really try their hardest to keep up with demand. I've never walked in and saw anyone just standing around. read more

I placed a mobile order at this Starbucks for an iced coffee and a coffee cake. I completed my mobile order about two minutes before arriving however my app estimated that my order would be ready within 4 minutes. When I arrived, there were no other customers at the store. I pulled in the drive thru and let the woman working the drive thru know that I had a mobile order. At this point no other customers were in line still. The woman spoke with such an attitude and very passive aggressively told me "we just received your order one minute and (however many seconds) ago. What I'm gonna need you to do is pull in the parking lot and wait for your order to say done. Then you can pull back in the drive thru." I would understand this if I had a big order or had ordered something more complicated and there was a line of customers but this was literally an iced coffee and coffee cake with no one else in line and was also estimated to be done within one minute at that point. What is the difference if I place a mobile order and wait in the drive thru or I order when I get there?? Are they going to make me pull around and wait for it to be done then?? No, I would wait at the window like a normal drive thru. It just felt like she wanted a reason to be rude and waste my time. I wish I had asked for her name because I'm sure not all employees at this location are rude but this is not the first time I have come across a snarky attitude at this location. Imagine $6 a pop and to get poor service. Had to call dm over summer, thought maybe it was poor Staff. Nope. Racist. I walk in and no one comes to the counter after witnessing others before me services speedily. Brad from my old camp hill location comes to the rescue because God knows he don't want to hear my mouth/ Heaven forbid you ask for Your grande drink in a venti! Considering the close proximity to my house, I expected to be more excited about this location. Perhaps they still need some time to iron out the kinks. 9/10 times when arriving after placing a mobile order, they haven't even begun to make my drink yet, and are instead focused on the extremely long drive thru line. The issue with the drive thru is that once you're in there, you're stuck. If this line is taking long and you have to get to work, don't expect to make it in time. That being said, the baristas are very nice and friendly. I'm hoping once the weather becomes warm again, their outdoor area will be a nice little spot to relax. read more

I like this location it is convenient for us to stop by after work. The only disappointing thing is the fact that there are always high school kids that hang out inside and outside and are very disrespectful to other the patrons that come here to have a social or relaxing time. I've been going to this Starbucks pretty much once a week since it opened. I have to say... this is one of the best Starbucks locations I've been to (I'm a big Starbucks person). I think it's mostly because of the staff - they are always up beat, friendly and helpful. Even when it's busy drinks are made quickly and if there is a lag they're always apologetic. I have yet to have a mediocre drink from this location. I would like to see the bakery/food case have more options but that's my only suggestion. read more

So. I have have travelled a lot. Most recently to Tokyo Japan. One of the biggest cities in the world. I find it hard to pay nearly the same price for a Venti Pike Place in Camp Hill PA as I do in Tokyo Japan. My office is 5 miles away from this location. the price there for the exact same thing is 1.00 less. Stay away from this location. read more
