Same menu, same layout, same rhythm behind the counter. Order, wait a few minutes, grab your drink, move on. No surprises. The coffee was fine. Not amazing, not bad, just consistent. And that's really the whole point here. You know what you're getting before you even walk in. Sometimes that's exactly what you want, especially when you're on the road and not in the mood to gamble on something new. Service was polite enough. Nothing stood out in either direction. They got the order right, moved things along, no issues. It's not the kind of place you go out of your way for, but it's reliable. A quick stop, a predictable cup of coffee, and back on the road. Poor service dirty facilities and ambiance is trashy with cobwebs and dust. The food also did not taste like normal Starbucks almost taste like some things were possibly expired. Went back to talk to management and apparently management was not available. BS. They probably screwed up and didn't want to get caught. I'm usually not one to review a Starbucks the ubiquitous and homogeneous worldwide, commonplace and prolific coffee house. But in this instant, not that their coffee or other products served is better than any other Starbucks, but the staff are admirable! This Starbucks is located at the crossroads of Highway 26 and Route 17. This is an intersection heavy with vehicle traffic heading four ways to a multitude of destinations with a multitude of people desirous of the products this shop has. So much so, that at every visit in our travels through here (lots of times) I have yet to see these folks slow down - they're constantly busy. At any given time of the day, they hustle their goods with finesse, hospitality, graciousness and professionalism - and the place is always clean. These folks deserve kudos for what and how they do it. If there is one thing I hope with this writing, is that they get due praise from their management and corporate for a job extremely well done. Tipping the drive thru? Really? I ordered 1 breakfast sandwich in the drive thru, and when paying with my card, was asked to select the tip percentage before even before getting my food! When I said, "no thanks" I got a dirty look from the, well what is he? Not a waiter. Tip? For what? You're not seating me at a table of my choosing, bringing me a menu, a glass of water, and drink or my meal on fine China. Bad Experience. Waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks. They forgot our order. Then 2 times the drinks were goofed and had to be made again. Is this McDonald's or Starbucks? I swear I saw the Siren logo and not Golden Arches on the door when I walked in.... Came into this store and not long after a rush of customers followed. GREAT, we beat the rush! Au Contraire! When we ordered we sat for almost 20 minutes as we watched everyone that ordered after us get their drinks and went their merry way before we had even been served ours! We asked the staff for our drinks and they couldn't find our order. Apparently they forgot to do our order or it was lost. We had ordered 3 blended/Frappuccino drinks but after they finally got them out, discovered they were made wrong. After the 2nd attempt one was still not made to the specifics of the order and had to be made again. 25 minutes later... 102 babies were born internationally, 112,500 burgers were served world-wide.... and we got 3 drinks. I understand that it can be busy, but what is inexcusable is if you see a group standing there for 15+ minutes without their drinks, and none of the staff bothered to ask if we were waiting on something. Why did we have to initiate service at that point?? This location needs to step up their service. Also beware that you may not get the drink as ordered. read more

I am a regular customer to this Starbucks and I order a Venti Strawberry Açaí refresher. The female Barista (dark hair, pony tail with pink tips ) needs to be re-trained I have watched her several times on that bar only shake the drinks maybe three times when I know (because I used to work for Starbucks) that these drinks MUST be shaken TEN TIMES! I even told this girl she needs to shake the drinks 10 times and her reply to me was "when we are busy we only shake them 3 times" I told her Corporate Policy on cold drinks is 10 Times ALWAYS ten times unless specified differently from the customer. This Barista was quite rude in her manner and just blew me off and continued to NOT shake these drinks correctly. This is one of the reasons why drinks will taste different at this Starbucks! Notorious for missing mobile food orders! The nice things about this Starbucks is how convenient it is between Flag/Sedona and Phoenix. Not sure how this Starbucks location has such low reviews, but I had a solid experience. This is a quick and easy stop if you're driving to/from Sedona and Phoenix and need a caffeine boost. They even have a drive-thru available!! There wasn't a line when we drove by around noon on a Saturday, and it took less than 5 minutes to order and get our drinks. Placed a mobile order for this location as it is easy to swing by and get back on the interstate quickly. When I arrived, the door was locked with a sign that the store closed unexpectedly and mobile orders could be picked up in the drive thru. The line is around the building and this adds an unnecessary delay. They should have a different way to pick up orders. Go to Taco Bell for your coffee. We stopped here on our way to flagstaff. The restaurant was closed due to COVID. Mobile orders only plus drive through. No restroom, is that even legal? I thought restaurants had to provide restrooms, the seating area outside is open. Just ridiculous, this is January 2022 not March 2020. I switched to black rock coffee long ago, and I'm so glad. In my review today, I'd like to point out that my order took over 25 minutes and once I mentioned it, the store barista was very rude. She questioned if I bought my drink and paid for it. I told her I didn't request a receipt. They then went back and found it and it took another 10 minutes. Once my drink was ready they didn't even call my name. I had to also let them know I ordered a lemon loaf. So disappointed in my experience this day because Starbucks is such a huge corporation and I expect exceptional service. I'm sure the locals don't think that this Starbucks is anything special, but it's actually a lifesaver. I-17 between Flagsaff and Phoenix is a whole lot of boring and without a caffeine injection, you're likely to end up in a ditch wrapped around a cactus. And that helps no one at all, least of all the aforementioned cactus. So as I was zipping along the highway (speed limit is 75 here!!), that beautiful green circular logo called out to me like a beacon. A short double latte later, and I'll have no problem staying awake to Flagstaff and the cacti can rest easy. This is the worst Starbucks I have been to in the United States. I used to be a barista at Starbucks and so every drink should be consistent no matter what store. Most of the time my drink comes out wrong. I order and iced americano with vanilla, BASIC. most of the time it tastes like sugar water with no ice! Save your money and go to cottonwood store, at least those baristas know the recipes for drinks. Or try your drink and make them remake it if it is messed up. Their store manager needs to step it up and do retraining in there. read more

On our way beck from Sedona we decided to stop and stretch our legs for a minute and get our last chance at coffee for a few hours. This location looks fairly new, although the parking lot itself is small a bit run down. Once inside the location had a good amount of seating and quite a bit of items for purchase on the shelves. We had to only wait a few minutes for help and had our drinks pretty quick. However before leaving we stopped in the restroom before the drive home and it was disgusting. I hope it isn't usually that bad, but the employees should definitely give it a check a bit more often read more
