The compliments were endless--everyone's already asking when Prufrock can come back (ideally every day!). They offer both a coffee cart and trailer service, which was super easy to arrange, and we'll definitely be booking them again in the future. After our event, I finally stopped by their shop in Carmel, IN--and wow, it did not disappoint. My wife tried one of their holiday specials, the white chocolate raspberry. It had a very good flavor. However, it was definitely not hot. In fact, it was barely above room temperature. A stretch to call it even warm. You can order the drink hot or cold and we ordered it hot. I've attached a picture after she had a few sips. She said she had to drink it quickly, before it got any colder, and couldn't wait for me to take my picture. We come here quite often. This is the first time we have been served a drink that was not to temperature. We did notice a lot of new faces for the wait staff. It was also much slower than normal to obtain our beverage. Both these factors may have caused the drink to not be up to par with regards to temperature. We will not let this experience taint us from returning. We will come back again and give them another try!
