My family and I love Ziggi's, it's our go-to drink spot! But don't miss out on the food too because the waffle sandwich and everything bagel sandwich are so good. In my many times here, I've discovered that an iced half spicy, half vanilla bee chai with almond milk is my favorite! The mile high twist is also a great choice! Pup cups with a bone too! read more

Definitely liked the energy drink better than the coffee! This is one of the few drinks that sugar free is an option unfortunately. Coffee is pretty expensive but what isn't. Definitely use the app and don't trust the times as it usually takes longer. I suggest they have window dedicated to pick ups as when there is a line u have to wait to get to the window to actually get your drink that is sitting there getting old. read more

Nice new coffee shop that isn't another Starbucks opened not long ago in Avon. It's a drive thru location which is nice. The employees were both nice and service was pretty good for it just opening. They have an app you can download to earn points and free things. They have quite a bit to offer on the menu. Pastries, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, etc. The only downfall is the location. It's right next to a roundabout that's always busy. I wish they would've built it somewhere else. It is a nice looking building and the drink was good it's just the location isn't great. read more

There were 2 workers @10:00am on 2/22/2026. The female was a real piece of work. She wasn't friendly and was very rude and disrespectful of her coworker. She yelled at him, which is a no no and in front of customers NO NO. I understand that they were short handed, but her attitude was totally uncalled for. read more

I've heard a lot of people talk about this location not being good. It has a very long lane for the drive-through. I did not experience this to be a problem at all. It has been well thought out on the placement for the drive-through. As for the coffee, it was meeh. However, I did get a "dessert" drink-iced turtle with half the flavor. I will go back to try just a regular coffee. I also thought it was a little pricey a 20 ounce was $6.59.+ tip. The young lady at the window was very friendly. I will give it another try. Hopefully the coffee will be more impressive. read more

Avon's coffee choices just expanded! I have never heard of Ziggi's, however it does appear to be a chain. I went in the early afternoon on a Friday and the drive thru had no line at all. Upon hearing the description of the Colorado Mocha I decided this was unique enough to try. Service was fast and they were friendly. When I took a sip I was a pleasantly surprised to taste the chocolate and almond notes. It was much like taking a sip of a Biscotti.. yum! I got the 16oz and it was a bit sweet after a while, but they did put a cute sticker on top that said ' you are oh so sweet' so I was warned . I would order this again in a smaller size. I noted the reviews so I was aware that there might be an issue with entering due to being right on a round about from the north I took the 3rd exit, but coming from the south there's no problem turning left. The drive through was also a little confusing at first. However I really liked the design of the building and it sure adds a lot to that road! read more

I love their drinks. They are amazing and willing to customize too. The issue and reason for 2 stars is because every single time I get a drink, it is a mess. They hand them out the window with them clearly having stuff all on the outside and don't offer napkins. Then, they act put off when I ask for napkins. To top it off, I went a few days ago and my lid wasn't even on my drink, they handed it to me, and proceeded to see the lid come off and make a mess in my car and not offer napkins. read more

I loved the shop, however, I hate the location... This is located on a roundabout and since today was the Grand Opening Celebration they were giving out Free 16oz. Drinks. Police were there to notify people that the safe entrance is directly of road 100 rather than off of Dan Jones Roundabout Entrance... I'm certain they will get a lot of business due to it's proximity to the schools as well as a sign stated the nearby land has been purchased by the Parks Department... Hopefully everyone will take precautions when entering and exiting this location! There is a drive through, however, because of the busy traffic I decided to park and use the walk up window to place my order. The teen who was directing traffic stopped traffic for me to leave my spot after I got my order, which was very helpful! I ordered a Raspberry Truffle Iced Coffee which was yummy! The woman working the window was friendly and quick with my order whilst also waiting on other customers. The teens directing traffic were very helpful! I only saw one Handicap Van parking spot but it did at least have a spot in the sidewalk that dipped down for those who need the easier accessibility to the outdoor window. If I'm in the area I will stop in, but it will not be a place I drive specially to when not in the area and that's only because of the roundabout traffic... read more

I've driven past Ziggi's coffee shop numerous times a month since they've opened. I didn't stop due to the busyness of the traffic on the round-about. Today, we visited Avon's WW II Memorial, and afterward, we stopped by to grab a cup of coffee. The Chai Latte was very good and I'll be stopping again. Ziggi's is a drive-thru (2 lanes) or a walk-up window only. The drive-up window has the full menu. However, the walk-up window only reflects a hand-held menu with a limited menu of drinks only.Tables are on the patio for patrons to enjoy their food, coffee, teas, smoothies, and Italian Sodas. The menu has a nice variety to select from. There are breakfast sandwiches, several types of burritos, and a couple of paninis. Cinnamon rolls, cake pops, and several types of bread are also available. The Christmas beverages are out now. I am looking forward to sampling the eggnog latte. The staff was super friendly and gave me time to look at the menu. The atmosphere is lacking since the round-about is next to the coffee shop with endless traffic noise. We sat at the picnic tables with our dog, and the traffic didn't seem to let up. I'm excited to see another coffee shop go in this area. It's nice not going into Avon to grab a decent coffee. read more

I was coming back from Plainfield and remembered that this coffee shop opened recently. I thought it was a smaller Bigby location but decided to get a drink anyway. I got an iced toffee nut latte with oat milk and it was delicious. The flavors balanced well and the coffee was not too strong as you sometimes get at other places. Definitely worth checking out. read more

I recently needed a morning latte to get going in the morning and knew Ziggis had recently opened so I stopped by to try it. The location is right by the roundabout in Avon which is a very convenient location to my house and the schools my kids go to. It is all brand new and the facilities look great. The location is mainly a drive though shop with two lanes for ordering. My latte was great and very enjoyable on a cold winter's morning. I am sure I will be a frequent client and update this review as I try more options from Ziggis. read more

We were able to get our food and drink (Salted Carmel - pretty good drink) pretty quick from walking up to order. The Drive tru lane was pretty long but they have staff coming out to take order. personally i give a 5 star. i never give reviews because it's just not my thing, but the coffee choices are amazing, the energy drinks are so good. fruit punch is a 10/10. and the customer service i was given was outstanding. girl on the speaker gave me great recommendation, was very patient with me and so sweet. and the boy in the window was awesome as well, he was very nice and he made conversation with me. coming from someone who works a 2nd job in serving, this made me so happy and just made my day better. drinks are 10/10 and service is 10/10. read more
