Thank you for opening on Thanksgiving Day! I totally appreciate you for opening and closing early so you can also spend time with your loved ones. The hotel warned us they only had cold breakfast which was not an issue. I made tea and of course the water taste like coffee. Your location was walking distance from the hotel. Your warm greeting when I walked in. I got a hot chocolate for myself and you accommodated my request for a puppacino at 8AM. Yes, I could have ordered for myself though the item was really for a furball who endured a long drive and earned a sweet treat. Thank you! I received my hot chocolate and was wondering if the order for the puppacino was next. There were 2 customers in the store and plenty in the driver-thru. When the order of puppacino came up, another customer said I didn't order that and was confused. I immediately went to get the treat and was happy to be on my merry way. I have a love hate relationship with this Starbucks location. There are few employees I like at this location; I won't name them, but they are usually the older ones, and the ones who have been there forever. I just recently went there on a Saturday at around 8:30am. The line was long, but went very quickly. They now hand your order to you in a coffee cup, so there isn't any direct contact. If you order food, it comes out in a basket. Also, just be a human and wear a mask to get your order and to stop the spread of COVID. I ordered a tall skinny vanilla latte made with almond milk, which taste like pure bliss. I haven't had Starbucks in 4 months and this was my first drive thru experience since COVID began in the area in March. I was also there today, a Thursday, at around 8:30am. The line was short and took a little longer than Saturday's line. My drink of blonde roast with a splash of almond milk was good and actually tasted like it was just brewed. read more

I'm not from the area and ordered at the wrong location. I ordered from the mall by accident. This man with a long curly hair pony tail was extremely rude. He wouldn't even attempt to help me. He told me to go to the mall after I said I wasn't from the area and was trying to get home. I'm disappointed in how rude this worker was. That's one angry elf! Upon entry, the staff behind the bar shouted at our party inquiring if we have masks. I replied no. They didn't offer us a mask and told us we could go outside and order at the drive thru. Then an elf sitting down drinking a beverage (while not wearing a mask), shouted at us that we had to put on masks and they are mandatory. It was very unprofessional and overwhelming to have all of the employees yell at our party. I thought that Starbucks was non-discriminatory and accepting of all. One of the more severely WASP-y things that I do is spoil myself with Starbucks on occasion. This morning we stopped at one of the most dependable and therefore more busy Starbucks in our area. I ordered a Venti Caramel Latte and an Impossible breakfast sandwich. If you haven't tried this faux sausage patty marvel yet, you're doing yourself a disservice. It is one of the better variations of faux meat and it speaks volumes for our future. The coffee had a little too much ice to coffee ratio but such is the struggle when icing coffee. The staff here are very friendly and when I come through with our dog Penny they always offer us a Pup Cup. She lives for the Pup cup and always gets excited when we visit! Yes. Starbucks is a corporate chain. Yes, I do support my local coffee shop. Yes, I still love Starbucks. If you need some yums in the tums or some serious caffeine intake, roll through the S*bucks and bring your furry friends for a Pup Cup! read more

I have been to bigger locations, but there is still a decent amount of room if you want to dine in. This place can get very busy, but your wait is still reasonable. The employees are very kind and actually converse with you all while smiling. The food/pastries here is also good if you want to grab something with your drink. read more

Love this Starbucks for a good number of reasons. The food and drinks here are basically the same as every other bucks location, but this place has a few more things going for it. First, their employees. Everyone is always on a roll when it comes to service. This location typically gets pretty busy throughout the day, and not only are they well staffed for it, but the staff themselves are always so friendly, personable, and generally awesome. I've gotten free fruit from them before, they've introduced me to new awesome drink combinations, and they've given my dog puppuchinos out of the blue! They've also got the drive thru going for them. It's the only one that exists in my general area, so it's typically the one I go to when I have my dog in the car with me. You can also pick up your mobile orders from here. It's probably the best Starbucks to go to for when you're on the go/in a hurry. There aren't a ton of seats inside - not really ideal for working at - but still pretty good for sitting for a little while, meeting up with a friend, etc. Sue me for loving Starbucks! I love this place! The employees are nice here and I've never had a bad experience here. Today I ordered a donut and it broke in half so the guy gave me another one. They make your drinks accurately and fast. I definitely recommend this place to Anyone. UPDATE: this just got better because the employees are amazing here! It's not near my home or place of business, but having become a regular when I DID work nearby, this specific starbucks holds a special little place in my heart. The staff here is awesome. Friendly and genuinely having fun at work, which is exactly the dynamic you want to see as a customer. How many times have they messed up my drink in a couple hundred visits? Never. Honestly not once. I'm not a fan of drive-thrus or patios, but I'm in the minority there and for everyone who does love those things, this place has both. There's always parking. I was literally yanked out of my 10 day long Western New York experience by walking into this Starbucks on my way to fly back home. I guess I didn't realize the poor service we had received over such a long period of time as servers and sales clerks, one after the other, regarded us suspiciously, and in one case at a St Vincent de Paul Thrift Store in Olean, with hostility, until I was greeted with a smile, a friendly question about my day and a confirmation of how to spell my name by the crew member at this Starbucks. I'll say, the quaint, small town friendliness has always eluded me. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to! They gave me a scone that was broken into 10 pieces inside the package is was shipped to them in. My husbands iced coffee was so full he couldn't put a straw in it without spilling g on himself. I was disappointed in this location. I mean I don't really think of Starbucks as my 1st choice for meeting and using my laptop. But this particular night it was convenient. Well I'm more used to the location downtown on Chipewa. I remember being able to order a lot more food options than this one offered. Since I'm a fan of Starbucks Chai tea latte (with a shot of espresso, of course), I asked the guy at the counter what he thought of the seasonal cinnamon chai latte? He was totally honest, said he recommended I mix the seasonal with the regular, and so I did (with a shot of espresso) and it was a winner.
