For a busy Saturday morning they only had two people working. It took a while to order our drinks and took even longer to get them. We were waiting over 25 minutes for both. They did have a very cute back patio where we sat and sipped on our coffee. The coffee was only okay nothing to write home about. The environment just seems so warm and inviting. We called ahead of time to make sure there was no live music for my hard of hearing grandma and they were very sweet. Their card machine went down while we were there and I spoke with the owner while she was trying to fix it and I could really tell how much love she pours into this shop. She was so apologetic and talked about how stressed she was. She was very helpful and I appreciated how helpful she was especially when my grandma asked about a niche tea.
