We go to this Starbucks everyday. The employees are friendly and the majority of the time our drinks are prepared correctly but we are disgusted with how they take care of the patio area. Most days the tables are dirty and tables and chairs are in disarray. They took away the outdoor trash can so sometimes people will just leave their trash on the tables. Your typical Starbucks place, it's very cold in there. I was sitting down and waiting for my drink and it felt like I was in an igloo. The drinks come out good as usual, even though I just get black cold brew, can't go wrong with that. This is the SECOND time I have had a disastrous experience at this location...sadly it's the only free standing starbucks in Clermont so I feel like they don't care how they treat their customers. First time was through the drive through...3 breakfast sandwiches, 2 vanilla lattes & a psl....2 sandwiches were frozen solid, vanilla lattes were regular and the psl was a gingerbread latte...how bad can you screw an order up? THAT BAD. Second time I decide to go inside...holiday drinks are bogo & the girl scans my card and uses my free reward and I end up paying for both coffees when one was supposed to be free...I continue on to tell her that it's wrong & she simply looks at me completely dumbfounded & does absolutely NOTHING about it. If you order online and pick up the coffee it won't be ready , if you come to the drive thru expect at least 10 cars ahead of you. And if you are like " that lines too long I'm gonna go inside" guess what that will take forever too. The one positive is the customer service. Service isn't great. But, coffee and tea is great so I think it is worth it. Little pricey but for a good caffeine boost it's fantastic! My personal favorite tea is the mango black tea a little sweet, but delicious. My favorite coffee is the iced white chocolate mocha it's delicious and gives a good amount of energy on a hot day when you don't really want a hot coffee. For kids and people of all ages I highly recommend the frappucchino's (the java chip is a must have) Not only drinks but food is great too I recommend the lemon pound cake. In the mornings or during busy times I always mobile order before going or in the parking lot. So much more efficient. The workers are polite and work fast. I've never had a bad drink from there and I go pretty often. Clean serving and seating areas, and they clean often in their own areas as well. Shout out to the baristas at the place, as it is usually very busy, especially the drive thru. My coffee order is consistent every time in flavor which is great. Downside, which isn't their fault, due to the popularity of the coffee shop and it being the ONLY Starbucks in Clermont, is the drive thru line. I worked at a Starbucks for several years and I'm usually the only person That can make my drink the way I really like it but the drink I got here this morning was amazing as was my husbands, and my daughters! It seems like every time I go into this location there is a line (whether it be drive thru or inside.) It always takes a minimum of 10 to 15 minutes to get your order and the baristas are certainly lacking that Starbucks charm. The staff seems very complacent and has zero urgency. read more

This is my go to Starbucks but recently the service of the staff and the accuracy of the order has diminished. My order has been wrong 3-5 times I've been here last. I always get an iced Carmel latte with Carmel and almond milk. One time they used cinnamon syrup instead of Carmel, another it wasn't iced, and the most recent time they used regular milk. I am not a very picky person and that's why I waited until the 3rd messed up order to write a review. Also, I saw someone's drink that was messed up and the customer asked them to remake it and the lady gave the biggest attitude. This locations consistently gives me a poor experience. I typically visit during my lunch break and over the past 3 months have visited at least 2 times a week. So inconsistent, I've been getting my coffee there for a long time and I usually get a small side of steamed milk for free with my espresso shots and today they wanted to charge me for the steamed milk it is a very small side of steamed milk I get this because I do not want the latte as it's too much milk and not enough espresso shots. I've also had many experiences there but yet I still go back this is the final straw. Love this Starbucks. The staff is always super friendly, and it's nice and clean inside. The drive thru is always great when you are in a hurry - they are really fast, even in the morning when there are a bunch is people in line. Saturday morning I stopped in to redeem my reward points for my regular French press dark roast coffee. I also added money to my gold card and was told I could not redeem my "reward" with what I normally order. Some reward as they just like the airlines but with coffee? I ordered and paid for my order which changed from $3.75 to $5.25 in one escalation this year. A third more and the service I received was after 25 minutes they noticed after my prodding they had forgotten my order. The manager brought me a gift card for $4 and said her sorrys. This seemed to just piss me off the more. They did not comp even as much as my order, sad really. After taking this you might ask will I return? Sometimes they do good, but most of the time they're slow and confused. Maybe it's more complicated that I realize to make coffee?
