I thought that when you scanned the barcode on the mobile app that all the deals automatically pop up. I've never had to clarify and remind someone at Starbucks about it before. So after I paid and I tipped, I asked was there not a deal going on? That's why I scanned my barcode. The guy at the window seemed very confused and just walked away and somebody else came over and closed the window and then he brought back my second drink and just didn't say anything to me. I'm not sure if this location just isn't aware of the deals that are going on or they do something different than other Starbucks. But in the future, I'll just stick to the locust or Euclid location. This is an ok Starbucks. The workers are very nice. Is it horrible that I love this place mostly for the gay workers? Lol. Seriously. I miss my gay LA friends! I only wish two things, 1) I wish the seats were more comfy and inviting. Some nice big cushy seats and couches would be great. I came here to wait for my son while he finishes a class and I wanted a safe and lighted place to embroider. But most of the seats are hard. This is a great Starbucks location! Not all Starbucks are created equally, and this is maybe the nicest one in town! The drive through moves fast, they make great lattes, the bathrooms are clean, there is lots of room to work and or hang out and talk! The staff here is really nice. They have a decent size shared parking lot, it's right off the bike trail, and they have comfy outdoor seating! Nothing wrong here.. Keep up the consistency and good service! read more

Starbucks usually isn't my go to coffee shop, but they have good hours which is why I hop on in. This location is right outside of the Walmart/Sam's club lot. It's near the freeway which provides easy access to those swinging by. They also have a nice drive thru system. The staff is pretty friendly. Amanda and Carrie in particular are fun to chat with! Terrible terrible service. The manager on duty was doing paperwork and joking with the baristas while we waited and waited for our food and drinks. The drive-thru was busy and there was only one person making drinks. The manager kept looking at people as they waited. He kept pressing the headset button and talking other people working and shuffling paperwork. Terrible terrible service. I felt bad for the other people working. I used to love this location; however, the last 4-5 times I have been there my orders have not been correct. For example, yesterday I ordered 2 venti frappes and requested to use a reward from my gold card. I received 1 venti, 1 grande, and was charged full venti price for both. This Starbucks is probably the best one I've been to. Always fast and great service. I always order a Venti iced skinny vanilla latte with soy milk and the consistency in taste is the best here. Drive thru lines are long in the mornings and sometimes I will park and go in to order and they have a great system for making sure things move smoothly. read more

I went through the drive-thru, as I often do at any location, because I am usually grabbing something on the way to somewhere else. The voice on the speaker was a low mumble "what can I get for you?" This is not any way to greet a customer. This is what you would say to someone that is annoyingly in your presence. I was ordering 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches so I can take them back home for my wife and I to have breakfast together. I ordered the first drink and was responded to with a low grumble "anything else?" to which I said "yes" and proceeded to order the next drink. I was again responded to with the same monotone "anything else?" as though the man just wants me to shut up and go away. I ordered the 2 sandwiches. "Anything else?" I responded, "No, that's all." He told me the price and I moved forward in the line. When I got to the window, there was minimal verbal interaction...just enough for him to run my card and nothing more. The young man seemed to be annoyed with my presence. He handed me the first drink, second drink, and one sandwich. I told him that i ordered two sandwiches. He made an annoyed/confused face, said nothing, and closed the window. I put the car in park. In a minute or so, someone handed off a sandwich bag to him and he proceeded to walk back toward the drive-thru window. Stopping just short of opening the window, he proceeded to roll up one of his sleeves. Holding my sandwich bag, right in front of the window, after being treated like an annoyance, more importance was placed on proper sleeve rolling-up than giving me what I have been waiting for. Once the sleeve was in its proper place, he opened the window and handed over the bag without so much as a word. I stopped going to Dunkin Donuts on the east side because of the terrible customer service. Perhaps I will stop going to this location as well. This young man at the drive-thru should NEVER have been hired, much less put at the busy drive-thru window. I would have gladly emailed the manager or Starbucks instead of making this public, but no email addresses or comment areas could be found. (Speaking to management...) you will continue to lose customers because of this person. Today, you get one star because the coffee and sandwiches were delicious. I love starting my morning at Starbucks. This particular location is close to my work and I love that the employees really make an effort to remember their customers. (As most locations do.) This morning the barista (sorry I don't know her name...shame on me!) even noticed that I had colored my hair!! It's so nice to walk into places like this and see the employees working hard but having fun as well. I often hear them joking around with each other and other patrons but not at the expense of good service. They really make it a cozy, friendly atmosphere that makes you wish you could just hang out there all day. My only complaint is that they are usually very busy and there rarely is an open seat. I order the same thing every time I come here. Large coffee with sugar and extra cream. I dont understand why LITERALLY half of the time, the coffee comes out nearly room temperature. You shouldnt be able to chug coffee like its a college tailgate. Idiots would say, "But you're ordering it with extra cream. Thats going to cool it down." Then why is it SCALDING HOT the other 50% of the time?! Are you freezing cubes of cream to put in the coffee? Maybe take the half and half out of the fridge a half hour or so before you need to use it. read more

I went yesterday Friday 11/14/14 at around 11:45 absolutely wonderful experience and good coffee. my barista took the time making me 5shot caramel macchiato. Nice atmosphere and music is relaxing. The employees here are typically polite which we really appreciate.

I did a mobile, the app said it would take 4-9 minutes to make. When I arrived it was a little busy so I under stood why it could take up to 9 minutes to be ready. I waited at the counter to get my drink. The sign on the counter clearly said pick up moble orders here. Every other Starbucks I have been to will set the drinks there when they are ready, this Starbucks didn't. An employee didn't acknowledge me till 25 minutes later to ask me if I had a mobile order. It turned out the drink had been ready the whole time but sitting behind the counter. They didn't even call out "mobile order for tember" like other Starbucks. I did a mobile order because I was in a rush but this ended up taking 25 minutes which was quite frustrating. read more

I can not say enough good things about this location and staff. I love the personal customer service given by all of the employees. I come here often and have always been greeted with a smile. Sam, Dillon, Laurie, Amanda, Vicki and all of the staff always greet me with a smile to start my day off right. On one of my resent trips I was give the wrong item and when I came back that afternoon I didn't mention it but the minute I got to the window, Vicki did and made sure to correct things 4 hours after it happened. Way to remember your customers!!! On another trip the drive thru was backed up and it took 33 minutes for me to get to the window. I was immediately greeted with an apology that something was broken and it was taking a little longer than expected. Even with all the unhappy customers they were dealing with because of something breaking, they still continued to smile and provide the best customer service. Terrible. wanted an iced decaf coffee, ordered via the drive through. girl working there said they don't have that. So I asked for a hot decaf coffee, she said she could add ice to it if I wanted, I said okay. After two minutes at the drive through window they said to pull around to the front door and they would bring it out.
