I ordered a tall "Pink Drink" thru the mobile app. The drink was ready when I arrived I paid over $5 for the drink. After about 6 sips they a straw the drink was empty. Over the last few years this location has really gone down. They refuse to serve dark roast after 1000; they claim it's company policy (can get it at many other locations). Noise level is very high and cleanliness is less than good usually. read more

It's tasty but it's literally just sugar on sugar. This is a good coffee chain but I don't like too many things. I did try some stuff from Tiktok recently and it was cool they were willing to let me experiment. This in an average Starbucks. It is fairly new and has a drive thru. The design is weird and the restaurant is awkward to maneuver. The line starts on the far side of the restaurant. You have to twist and turn to get through occupied tables to get to the line. Once you get past that, your coffee awaits. If you are in a tremendous hurry, you might want to go somewhere else. The coffee is ok. I don't do the fancy, calorie rich drinks so i fare better at a different spot. I generally get a basic dark roast and go on my way. Came here on a Saturday. Had 5 cars in the drive through. Wound up spending 45 minutes -- Yes, 45 minutes, in the drive through. We would have left, but felt we had already wasted enough time & surely it wouldn't take that much longer. After roughly 30 minutes, it was our turn to order & after 15 minutes of waiting at the microphone, they never took our order or said a word to us. At this point, we went inside and explain that we had been in the drive-through for over 45 minutes and spent 15 minutes waiting at the microphone. The workers offered no explanation and did not care at all. We placed our order inside (1 drink) and continued to wait for 30 minutes inside. We wound up leaving an hour and 15 minutes (total), after we arrived, without the drink. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never return to this location. read more

Rainy October morning. The drive-thru line is wrapped in circles. Sigh, but oh! Pump the brakes. The line is moving and I mean moving. This location isn't on pause they are rolling the customers in and then out. No slow motion here. So after placing the order I'm up to the window in a flash. Then at the window. Despite all the car crazy-ness the barista is very happy, pleasing and pleasant. No attitudes here, those busy little bees are working and getting our desperately needed fixes to my palm. read more

I come to Starbucks all the time. I love Starbucks!! However the past 2 times I've been to this location it has not been a good experience. The employees are always super nice and customer service is great, but this is unacceptable, especially when I am paying anywhere from $5.75-$9.00 a drink!! Yesterday I went during lunch hour so it wasn't that busy. I order my usual, a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso iced, and upon receiving my drink, I thought they gave me the wrong one! My drink looked like all milk with a drop of espresso, and when I tasted it, it confirmed what I saw. It tasted like milk!! I come back this morning because I work the Saturday shift today. Not many people are in line at all, nor are there that many people in the store. I understand a rush, but this is the second time, 2 days in a row, when something like this has happened. My drink today was a tall PSL. I got my drink that I payed $6 for just to realize it is 3/4 of the way full. I won't give up on Starbucks, but maybe on this location. The biggest thing I will mention is the line - it can be rather long sometimes, but it's worth the wait to me. Store is constantly overburdened with orders which means that wait times are very long. I waited more than 10 minutes for a simple cup of tea. They have a mask mandate sign posted, but no masks to be seen except behind the counter. Finally, you can't have cream or sugar unless you bother the already overworked baristas. The snail paced service is not due to COVID. There's been a note on the door for several days stating the cafe lobby is closed due to a lack of proper scheduling. Do not call them to cancel your order. You will be instructed to call their office in Seattle to cancel any online order. I go to this Starbucks all the time as Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop. I do like this particular location but I have learned to go to the drive thru instead of inside. I have for some reason gotten better service that way. Who knows why but In my experience it seems this location sees it as more of a priority to serve the drive thru customers first and better. One time inside, they forgot all about my order. I had to remind them after about 15 minutes of waiting. They are super busy a lot which I understand. I usually have a good experience at this location before going into work. Today at around 0620-0630, the female clerk working the drive through had really poor customer service and a bad attitude. She had a very rude demeanor unlike the pleasurable welcoming service I usually have. She did not use any greetings. She seemed bothered having to provide adequate customer service and was not polite at all. She displayed a Poor attitude compared to others who seemed to be performing diligently at work. I could hear her complaining as I waited at the window for my coffee. I never post complaints but it is necessary for the image of Starbucks because they usually have really good customer service. The Starbucks in Collierville is so ridiculous! Not one vehicle sitting at the window. I was fifth in line to take my order. It takes them at least five minutes to take an order.
