Went to go enjoy the b1 g1 deal they were having on the app. I know this location is known to have rude employees- so I didn't expect to be acknowledged when I came in (which I wasn't)- but I will NEVER come back to this location after the way I was treated by Sharia today. I was waiting and she had left her iPad on the counter right in front of where I was standing. I noticed my name and that's when she goes "ARE YOU GONNA PAY?" I told her no- I was using the app to pay and jokingly mentioned I was just being nosy. She then said "bitch" under her breath- picked up the ipad- and THREW IT on the counter behind her. I asked her what her name was- she told me Sharia and stormed to the back. Then while 2 employees are standing around talking, another cleaning, zero people in the drive thru and zero orders, and I waited ten minutes past my pick up time for them TO HAND ME A CAKE POP. Went here for the first time today. Friendly staff and fairly clean facility. Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew and a Gouda bacon egg breakfast sandwich. Took about 5 minutes to get my coffee, which is a standard wait for being inside. Waited an additional 10 minutes to get my sandwich. They had forgotten to make it! I'm a very patient person so I didn't mind hanging out. I'm assuming it was the shift manager who asked me what I was waiting for and she got my order fixed. Not the best experience I've had. Evidently I'm not the only one who has had issues with this location being slow and getting things wrong. read more

Literally waited here for 45 minutes in the Drive thru. The line was 9 cars long and it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Worst of all, once we finally get to the window, we are told it will take even longer to make our drinks. This place should go out of business. read more

Another day, another Starbucks! I LOVE any Starbucks that has a drive-thru & this location does! It's not the easiest & most convenient to get in & out of, nor do they have a lot of parking (can you believe this location used to be a Burger King?) The folks here are friendly; however, the coffee is hit & miss on "goodness." Some days the coffee / frappacino is perfect, other days it tastes very bitter. We stopped at this location for coffee and bathroom break during our road trip. It was a short visit. Place seemed nice and clean. The cashier looked like they could care less about taking my order. Took him a few minutes to realize I was even standing at his register. When I saw the barista making my drink, there was more than a splash of coconut milk in my Double Shot on Ice. He was pouring more like it was a latte or possibly to hide the lack of espresso shots he had. I don't typically get drinks remade unless they put actual milk vs alternative. If I lived around there, I might try one more time during a drive-thru. However, not impressed compared to my typicall experience for the chain. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!! This location advertises curbside service and has reserved parking spots for curbside customers. I ordered online and selected curbside when I ordered. When I arrived I checked in on the app to let them know I was there. And then I waited, and waited, and waited. No one even acknowledged that I, or the 4 other cars also waiting for curbside service was there. 30 minutes later I walk inside and my drinks had been sitting there the whole time. I asked why they they weren't brought out to me and was told in a snooty voice, "we're too busy for that". There was no alert on the app that they weren't doing curbside and there was no sign posted at the curbside parking spots. They had no problem completely ignoring me and the other cars also waiting. read more

So where do K start.... Menu light was off in the drive thru and I had to ask if they were even open. Pulled up to the window only to see a young man playing with a broom at the window where I pick up my order. The young man hand me the coffee as his entire hand covered my lid . The service here is extremely slow. The service & attitude of the employees is terrible. The drinks have not been well made. Even as I sit in here they have a full staff & there are people who have been waiting for their drinks for over 15 minutes. The drive through isn't busy. The team of employees should be able to collaborate together & work at a faster pace to ensure drinks & items are provided in a timely manner as well as doing so with a smile. When you work in any form of customer service it is a requirement to make the customers feel welcome & want to return to the location in the future. That is not at all what this location provides. It lacks in all the areas. If it weren't Starbucks & people will come regardless I'm confident they would've gone out of business by now. Management needs to work with their employees to ensure they are passionate about what they do. Have a drive & determination to provide the most excellent customer service possible. Not too bad of a layout, and as I've not visited this location during the past several months, it's a defo improvement over the previous floor plan and 'bar'. Access to power outlets dramatically improved, but at the sacrifice of 'personal/private airspace'. The staff works hard, but always appear smiling and sharing various jokes between themselves and Regulars. They've quite a vast spread of both edible and liquid offerings, and all look rather tasty. Sadly, I'm a Simple Man: Either coffee- Black (or a Red Eye); or tea- English Breakfast/Black tea, occasionally Earl Grey; Green (plain), and, of course, Southern Sweet Tea (with three lemons); ergo, I'm not exactly the best Primary Source nor volume of information regarding all offerings. Sorry. First World Problems, huh, ain't they a bitch? Prime business location, so props to the franchisee, plenty of parking, even overflow (the Carolina Mall Parking Lot). I have never had a bad experience here. The drive-thru staff is always extremely nice, the atmosphere is great, and it is always very clean inside the store. My coffee is usually pretty fast at being made. A tip: if the drive-thru is long in the morning just go inside and get your drink. It is much faster than waiting in line. read more

Second day in a row going to this Starbucks... second day in a row that I nearly witnessed an accident involving three cars trying to get into the drive-through. They were out of iced venti flat lids today. Somewhat disappointing considering a dome lid and a very Berry Hibiscus refresher aren't a good combo. I requested a scoop of strawberries added into my drink on my app. I found out when I picked up my drink that they were out. Thankfully, I used my reward on this drink and didn't get overcharged. First and last time visiting this location! I stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting to place my order. I ordered two Frappuccino's and had to wait another 10 minutes to get my order. I was highly frustrated that I had to wait that long. As I'm heading home and take a sip of my Frappuccino, it was disgusting! The only thing sweet about it was the caramel syrup. I usually shop at Harris Teeter on Poplar Tent Rd and stop by the Starbucks that's in the grocery store, never once have had an issue at that location. Manager Katie does a great job staying moving. Watched her run all areas, moving much faster than any other employee in the store at the time, she also helped me because I paid for a drink- and was told it couldn't be made by an employee after the fact, because they were "out" , she was quick to problem solve and looked in the back and was able to find the product they were "out" of and stopped what she was doing to make the drink herself the way I ordered it.
