So we asked for them cold because we needed to go. They were dreadful. Tossed mine. And in a wonderful display of irony, even their large screen television menu failed while we were in the room. I will say that the coffee was perfectly serviceable. Experiences like this are why people go to chains like Starbucks for coffee and breakfast.
