He made my dirty chai with very little ice, exactly the way I like it, without me even having to ask. Every sip was smooth, perfectly balanced, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality in every aspect of their business. They even make their own ice using highly purified water with an exceptionally low PPM/TDS (he mentioned it's under 30 I think?) which speaks to the level of thought they put into every drink. Beyond the Defined, single source coffee, they also have a great selection of ice cream that my kids absolutely loved, along with delicious pastries like blueberry muffins, carrot cake, and more from a local baker. It's a wonderful stop whether you're grabbing a specialty coffee, a sweet treat, or something for the whole family.
