I stop by this location quite frequently. The baristas are very nice and friendly. The night manager Nick is very cordial and helpful. He is so nice. The many workers there are very courteous. I enjoy receiving stars every time I visit my near by coffee shop. I go grab coffee every other day if not every day. I normally order an Americano black. The opening times change from time time as many businesses are experiencing a shortage of workers and supplies. This place is consistently busy and the parking is plentiful. When I enter the establishment it is clean and inviting. Will probably be back today. Love this place and the people. read more

We stopped in here late at night before starting a long drive. Needing to get caffeinated, we asked for drink recommendations. I decided not to try something new bc I didn't want to risk spending money on something I didn't like. When I received my order, Quincy gave me a second drink to try one of the new flavors because he knew it could be expensive. I now have to drive to a different Starbucks even tho this one is next door to my house. The issues seem to never stop. 1. Coffee taste like pure milk 2. Coffee taste like pure sugar 3. Lid not attached to coffee and spills all over my car. 4. The wait is 20 min because they're understaffed. 5. With all of the Corona scares we sent in a mobile order before we realized the line was going to be so long. By the time we got to the window the orders were cold or watered down. This is now my new go-to in Cordova for Starbucks! It's kind of amusing to me, as there used to be a Starbucks in this same strip mall, but on the other end. This location is way better though as they have a drive through, thanks to the TCBY that was here. I'm not sure if more people just haven't gotten wind that there's another one on Germantown Pkwy or what, but it's never crowded. That's obviously a good thing, though. It's far easier to have a quiet cup of coffee or rush through the drive through at this location than the one by Macon Road. The service is fantastic, too. Everyone here is super friendly and nice. I've had a couple double takes whenever I place my order (I get weird drinks, I know) but it's never rude or anything. Plus, as it's already been said, every table has an outlet. The one up the road only has it by some tables. So if you've gotta camp out here and work on something, you'll be set. Don't be fooled by the menu if you go through the drive through, either. They don't have everything posted at the drive through (or at least not the same things the one at G'Town@Macon does) but they still have everything. read more

This is my new favorite location! They took staff from other stores and it looks like they assembled an all-star team of baristas. They are friendly, helpful, FAST and efficient. There are 5 locations including 2 Target locations between Stage and Walnut Grove. This location I am in and out and never late for work in the morning. This was my first time visiting this location at Dexter in Cordova. I recently moved and no longer is close enough to go to my usual spot. I'm going to really miss my old location. I walked in for my mobile order. The lobby is empty, the barista is watching me as I walked through the door. I spoke the word Hello... and nothing. Two baristas are looking at me but didn't speak. So, I'm just looking at her and she ask if I had a mobile. I replied yes. Name she stated. I gave my name and she handed me my cup. I said thank you and left. Very rude staff and unwelcoming. I ADORE this store! It's fairly brand new and opened up where an old TCBY used to be. It's so useful because it's right in front of Kroger so I can get a latte before braving the Sunday grocery shopping crowd. Everything is brand new and sleek. All of the tables have outlets so people who plan on being there awhile don't have to worry about finding one. BIG BONUS: This store is the ONLY one in the Memphis area to have a Clover Coffee brewer!! The closest other stores to have one are both an hour away. This has by far been the WORST STARBUCKS I've ever been in! The girl working the cash register with short blonde curly hair spoke so rude to me when I picked up a morning bun she said with a MAJOR attitude umm those are for in the morning!! I've already had a long Ass day and I know they get the food for you but the glass door was open so it was just instinct to grab it for my daughter! My caramel Mac was given to me at basically room temp!! If I wanted a cold drink I would of asked for one! Only one guy who was working spoke to me in a friendly voice the other girl working was mopping the floor like a zombie and as I walked out still didn't speak to me. As I opened the door I made sure she at least heard me say this is the worst staff I've ever encountered! Get it together I work with the public and even on my worst days I'm not rude to others! Well, don't be fooled by the "We're Open" sign. It's only for drive-thru. I drive an 18 wheeler for work and stopped to go in and grab a coffee to go. NOPE...locked and it was raining..... really wish businesses and people thought more about what we can and can't do as truck drivers in order to get everyone all the supplies you need. This is an all-star location. The drive thru window will really stack up and they keep it moving at near Taco Bell speed. Service is friendly and they keep it clean. This is a Starbucks Reserve location where you can sample small batch special roasts not available everywhere. At last visit the desired brew wasn't ready so they upgraded us to a great cup prepared in their Clover brewing system. Great stuff! read more

I got my order quickly from the very polite server and everything was correct with my order. So it was a good experience and there was almost no wait time. I love my Starbucks in cordova. The people their are always super nice and friendly. If your drink is made wrong or not to your satisfaction they have no problems remaking it. I am their literally every other day. A lot of the barista make sure they memorize your order so they already know what you want when you enter the store. I love service with a smile. read more

This is not a great Starbucks. Convenient location, and I'm always happy to see a drive-through. But, I've been here a few times and the only decent service I had was one time from a teen boy in drive through. The other night when I took my daughter there to enjoy coffee and dessert and help her with homework, we did not have a good experience. I agree with Kris B, Music was too loud. There are honestly not that many places to sit. The few comfortable seats were taken so we had to sit at one of the high tables. It had sticky honey on it and the chairs are uncomfortable. But, the worst part, was our service. She clearly did not want to working and was annoyed with us because we asked a few questions about some of the menu items. As soon as we sat down, my daughter said "Man, she was rude." The drinks were good, and the dessert was decent. But, I'll probably stick with just drive through when I'm in the area and need a coffee. read more

I went in yesterday my first time in a Starbucks in a number of years because I'm not a fan of their coffee. But I recently saw they had a seasonal salted caramel mocha which sounded good enough to try (this along with a YouTube which strangely enough praised their tap water so I figured while I was there I'd try that as well). It felt like I waited in line forever as the employees behind the counter seemed confused and lost while they dashed around in a million different directions. When I finally ordered I got one of my drinks and I waited for a long while for my other drink which was the water which should have been the easier of the 2. While waiting I observed the employees in a scene of pure chaos without anyone really keeping anything organized. The salted caramel mocha was nothing special, but when I finally got the water it was strangely refreshing. I guess I haven't missed much in my years of not going to Starbucks. read more

They have some of the best coffee in town.My favorite thing to get is a grande caramel frappuccino and a morning bun.I would highly reccomend the caramel frappucino and the vanilla bean frappucino.If it's your first time here my advice would be NOT to play it safe because they have some very creative drinks and you should go out on a limb and try one of them . read more
