This would allow for more employees to be on duty, but that's not the case. As least now they all have plenty of elbow room. There are far fewer tables for customers to sit at with the reconfiguration. That space was taken over by an expanded mobile pickup area. Anyway, my most recent order was quickly prepared for me.
