This is my go-to Sbux and I frequent the drive-thru at least 1-2x a week. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I barely have to wait over 1.5 minutes at the pickup window. They make my drinks perfectly and I always know that it won't take too long to get my caffeine fix on my way to work. Keep up the GREAT work, team! This is my go to Starbucks in my land. Everyone here is wonderful and orders are always precise. Although yesterday when handed my hot pike coffee it spilled all over me and Tesla. Tessa SCREAMED at me and was upset for hours. I tried too explain to Tessa that it was not done on purpose and eventually I just had to reset Tessa too factory settings. I checked the lid and it was loose and there was two cups. The lid was also not able to set properly. Please bee careful! read more

I don't know who is in charge of this place. They want to charge you a premium price and yet always have ti substitute items on your order. It's a simple fix, you know how much you sell a week, so order what you need. Really is no excuse to be out of things. Not that complicated. Example. This Starbucks is located along busy Main Street. Parking is a little sparse but it shouldn't be a problem. I am in and out of a lot of Starbucks locations throughout the area to get work done and this one isn't a bad one at all. It is very spacious and comfortable. It is also very clean. The baristas here are also very warm and personable! In spite of the afternoon rush they still managed to make me feel like a valued patron. read more

The employees here are so incredibly nice! This location is the one I stop at almost every morning on my way to work, and you can never tell if an employee is having a rough day because they're so friendly, personable, and engaging. The drive-thru usually moves quite quickly, so I've never waited too long for my order, though the inside can be slow sometimes. The parking lot isn't massive at this location & other businesses use the same spots, but I've never had an issue finding a spot either when going in for an order. The location off 580/Main St is also super convenient; you can easily go right out one exit, or go left, right, or straight at the other exit thanks to a traffic light right there. A pretty solid Starbucks. The mobile orders are always quick for me, usually about a 6-8 minute wait. The baristas are nice and the space is open, although I haven't spent time inside in awhile. My favorites are their Nitro Cold Brews, and that seems to be a pretty popular drink, because sometimes they run out of it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to the location... the parking lot here is really cramped, and I always get anxious getting in and out of it. Otherwise, I love the Batham Bagel bites, mini scones, and of course the coffee - especially those Nitro Cold Brews as well as the Flat Whites. read more

Not a big Start Bucks fan now a days, but I needed to meet up with a co-worker to help him with a work related project. We had good coffee and were treated well. First time at this location, on Independence Day ; it was a bit busy, but we were still able to order immediately and served promptly. Our cashier, (sorry, I didn't catch her name! My cup says register 2 @ 10:44 am) she was super nice and helpful. We had 3 gift cards and paid with cash, but she wasn't bothered at all and assured us of such. Again, I wish I got her name to commend her! Service was great, coffees were real good. I got Triple Venti Macchiato & my mom got a newer drink, cocoa cloud macchiato. I usually come here when I have to study, and this is one of my favorite Starbucks to come to. Most of the other ones in the area are always crowded but I can always find a table when I come here and can spend as much time as I need here either studying or hanging out with friends and drinking good coffee. The prices are a bit steep for what it is, but then again it is Starbucks. The inside of this specific Starbucks is large and spacious unlike some other ones, and the baristas are always friendly. read more

Very disappointed! Showed up tonight at 8:15pm and there is nothing in the case! Barista said they had put everything away because they were getting ready to close. They don't close for another hour and 45 minutes. While I sat there, 2 others came in and were surprised that the case was empty. Ridiculous! Lazy workers just trying to cut out early. read more

My first experience here at this newly opened store. I love Starbucks and stop in many different ones. This is a new and industrial look. It is wide open inside but only has a few cushioned chairs whereas other have a decent amount. But, the customer service is top notch and that goes a long way! This is by far one of the slowest Starbucks ever. This is the second time I've been the only one in line and the crew was far too busy socializing to 1) take my order 2) actually make my very simple nonfat latte. My recommendation is to head into downtown Dunedin and grab a great coffee from a small locally owned coffee shop. That's where I'm going from now on. read more

Located on a corner so it is easy in and out on a busy street. I opted for the drive thru as I drive a huge truck and the parking lot spaces are on the smaller side. The drive thru was a squeeze too but I made it without any mishaps. Ordered my cold brew and they had it ready by the time I made it to the window. Location is great. Staff is very friendly. But, don't go here if you are expecting to buy any bakery items. Visited this store every day for 2 weeks and they were always out of bakery items. A couple times I was forced to get something I didn't want because I had already paid through my mobile app. Still don't understand why you would be out of croissants (of all varieties), Bantum Bagels and even scones at 8 AM when you are a morning offering business. A good chunk of the staff here is inattentive. Out of the 6 or 7 times I've been in here, ordered and sat inside, I've gotten the wrong drink 3 times, waited 15 minutes for a cup of water, and had an order completely forgotten about -- all while the staff is either goofing around or not paying attention to anyone at all. I've watched so many people walk up to the counter and say "I don't think this is what I ordered" or "Did you guys forget about my drink?" This Starbucks is great. The customer service is awesome. All the guys working were hilarious and playful. They also made my drinking very quickly. It's a decent size with plenty of seating inside and outside. There is only one back wall with cushioned seats but plenty of normal chairs. All in all it's a great place to go on a coffee date or just go to cram for an upcoming exam (which is what I'm doing now.) read more

I was embarrassed when I spent 12 dollars, gave him a 50 because that was all I had and he took my stuff back. He asked if I had anything smaller and I said "no." I apologized and started to leave and he said, "I will do it this once but won't do it again." I explained to him that I forgot my debit card and had Christmas money in my purse. I still gave him a tip because thats the type of person I am. He kept going on and on about me giving him a 50 and they don't take large bills due to security reason. I offered to leave because he was making me feel bad, but he ignored me. Then he handed me my stuff and turned and left. I told him to have a good day and he ignored me. I am writing this sitting in my car outside this location right now because I'm that upset. I have never been treated rudely at a starbucks and will never visit this one again. He could have simply said he won't do it or he could have been much nicer about it. Management should teach their team to treat others as they want to be treated! read more
