Our fourth time here was the worst. The hostess stand could not get it together. We are fine waiting, but it was just a really unorganised experience. Then when we did get seated, no one came to greet us or ask for our drink order or anything for over 30 minutes. We finally had to flag down someone to see if there was a server assigned to us. When she finally did approach us, she seemed bothered and didn't even greet us, didn't apologize for the wait, nothing. She really seemed like she hated her job. The food continues to fall short of the mark. We live two blocks away and popped in for a takeout order of Short Rib Bolognese. The noodles were just mushy. I liked this one. The fries were thick cut and crunchy. I ordered the Steak Sando. It is a short rib sandwich with fried onion crisps. I asked for the Thai cole slaw on the side. The short rib in the sandwich was rather dry. I ate half of it and I couldn't bring myself to finish my sandwich. I switched with my boyfriend, who ordered an Italian Stallion.
