This location is always filthy and unkept. The order ahead is always unavailable despite the store and drive thru being empty. The counters are dirty and never have napkins in dispenser. I had a really bad experience here because of an employee named Anny. She had no customer etiquette and was very rude the entire time. When I asked a simple question, she responded with an attitude. I ordered a lot of food for my and my kids and I didn't see my falafel sandwich. I pull back around and told her that I didn't see it in the bag and she eventually found it but yelled at me and said. "WHAT IS THIS THEN" I honestly didn't see it in the bag and was also preoccupied with my kids. My kids got scared when she started yelling. I tried to talk to the supervisor but he was not willing to help me and was being very passive aggressive. 0/10 experience and someone should do something about her. read more

Im surprise this Starbucks only has 3 stars currently. This is my favorite Starbucks. I usually order frappuccino from them and it comes out amanzing everytime. This apot has made my drinks the best and this comparing other stores in queens and LI. Most people working here look young, which may be why I feel that the service is very fast. I don't care for this particular location at all they are so rude and non-responsive to customers and it's a 50/50 chance still actually get your order right. Their location gives them customers not only from the high school, the hospital, local traffic and people in the area. They have a lot of orders constantly 7 days a week and are working non stop. Been amazing forever. Today I'm handed paper towels bc the new staff member couldn't find napkins. Really? No fork/ knife, napkins. This is basic for a food/ drink at a "food food" restaurant- Drive thru. There's no line, no crowd please retrain staff to ensure we meet basic need. Will go to the coffee store by my home from now on. These things can affect the day! I come here every morning and with the exception of two people it's safe to say I've never met a more lukewarm group of employees. I get it - it's early in the morning, but you'd think if you see a person every single morning you'd naturally evolve a cordial relationship. Not here.
