This location is a favorite of ours, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the orders were taken and completed quickly. We love to sit outside and enjoy our beverage and the weather. I would just like it if they had a trash receptacle outside. read more

Came here for coffee and had a pleasant experience. Despite it being busy, my order was taken promptly and drink was made very quickly. Service was great and my drink was delicious. The store itself is massive and has lots of seating available. Will definitely be back for the A+ service. read more

Always my go to Starbucks for mocha and a pup cup. went there today and as I got to the drive up window, I discovered I did not have my wallet. Usually not a problem since I regularly use the Starbucks app. But I had just bought a new phone and all the passwords needed to be re=enetered and I couldn't find my password. There were several cars behind my so I offered to drive around but they said "No problem" and told me to have a nice day. I was so appreciative of their handling of my embarrassing situation. Will pay forward next time I go there. 5 Stars always. read more

This Starbucks reminds me of the restaurant "Dick's Last Resort." That's how rude and obnoxious the staff is at this location. My recommendation is to drive in any direction to get to another Starbucks where you'll be treated much better. I don't know how this one stays in business. read more

Awful rude service. Was told I was not allowed a refill because I received a plastic "to go cup" vs glass cup. Wasn't asked initially about cup preference. This location typically has had subpar service in the past but this visit and the rude underwhelming employees, make it a location I will avoid. read more

This is by far my favorite starbucks location. Great parking lot once you get the hang of it. Love that sprouts and wally is right there. super great location. Wish they wouldnt go through employees so fast though, sadly seems like everyones always upset that works there, never smiling or happy. and the extra sucky thing about that too is that your drinks then from this location will never come stirred. I place mobile orders and use to tip first- but then I would constantly get screwed cause the drink sucks and or still needs to be stirred! If im paying $11 for a drink you best give it to me drinkable. No one wants an unmixed drink to spill all over their car just tryin g to get all the layers blended by "swirling" the liquids. the cup is full people. that doesnt work. Now i just dont tip anymore unless someones nice or my drink is acually mixed. Before- i would get so mad after tipping and still have to spend time opening it up, openeing a straw, cause stir stic ks arent long enough, or use a stir stick then have to go wash my hands after, and then if im running on a schedule... just ridiculous. If i have to be the barista at the mobile pick up counter---- im not very clean about it..=== flick that brown stuff everywhere!!! try me. tip for tip am i right! So I really do like going to this Starbucks versus the other ones in the area. Its cozy and the baristas play really good music and the lights aren't super bright. Very cozy and I like studying here, but the employees today honestly just were not good. Today, a little before 6pm, I came in to get a drink and it's probably the only time I've gotten bad service outta the 30+ times I've been here. I had a personal cup for a venti size and got a pink drink. I sat there for over ten minutes before the guy asked me what I was waiting for. I'm fine waiting a while since I know Starbucks gets busy, but I was the only person waiting in line and no one was ordering from drive through or else I'm they'd would've seen my cup there (though the woman who I ordered from literally told them about it). He made my drink, but it didn't fill the cup up enough since I think he made a grande size (I watched as it didn't meet anywhere near the top of my cup) and proceeded to just add more and more ice till it was full; my entire cup was just full of straight ice, literally so full of ice my straw wasn't going straight in. I get feeling bad for taking a while to make a drink, but just completely messing it up while rushing to make it doesn't make up for it. Another reason I'm making this review is the cashier's mess up also. I specifically used a gift card so I could spend the rest of the money on it, and since I was waiting on a deposit to come in, so I didn't have enough for a venti drink in my banking unless I used the last of the money on my gift card since I had transferred things around. The cashier messed it up and didn't explain that she did, so after leaving I got a warning from my bank since they had to withdrawal from my savings or else I'd be in the negatives. I know that they're able to use the remaining amounts on gift cards and use the rest with a different card, so I don't understand why the cashier did that. Ultimately it didn't do too much damage since I will be getting a deposit soon, and I do have money in other places, but I only get so many warnings from my bank with stuff like that before they start giving me fees for it. Honestly if I had caught the card mess up I would've gone back in to get a refund before I left. Once again, I usually really do like this starbucks! It is usually sensory friendly and the staff are usually helpful and nice too, but the people today were just not it. Ignoring my order, focusing on talking to each other, messing up my purchase, and also messing my drink up too was not cool; then also I found it was supposed to be 50% off, and if that was offered today that would've been more okay if the drink was bad and I wouldn't have gotten a warning from my bank, but even then the cashier didn't offer that to me even though I gave her my starbucks scan so I paid full price for a bad drink. If I wanted coconut milk and water I would've asked for that instead of a pink drink. I would've made this a one star, but the other staff here are usually so on top of things and are so helpful and nice about answering questions and trying to accommodate certain needs and wants; but not the people working today. read more

I specifically called ahead to confirm this location could remove tax from an order and was told that they could. I went ahead and ordered coffee for a large event we had just to arrive the morning of pick up for the manger to tell me it wasn't possible. The manger was condescending and continued to repeat that it's never been done and that he's worked there for ten years. The order was also not ready when it was scheduled to be picked up. read more

The coffee n food are great! The ambience is nice I usually go through the drive thru. The staff are friendly n It usually goes quickly except for when training new baristas at one time I thought they were training the whole staff at once but for the most part I'm glad that it's close about a mile from me I wouldn't want to travel further for my coffee. read more

The quality of the the ordered product was absolutely suburb and always consistent. I love the pastries and as always, they are delicious! Sadly, the costumer service at this location was very poor. At 5:15pm the pastry display case was being cleaned and when asked if any pastries were available, the female barista did not engage or deliver exceptional customer service. She made poor eye contact and seemed very disinterested in even wanting to take my order for a pastry. Simple eye contact and a smile is so important in the customer service industry. I would love for baristas to ensure all items are given before sending customers off. After waiting in a long drive thru line I was given my bag of food. I have never had a bad experience with this Starbucks! I am a regular. I go to places where customer service is above and beyond. They knock it out of the park every single time! If I go in the morning, I will encounter Wes, who wears an old school fedora, and the lovely ladies who take care of everything. In the evening, Jamie, who loves Huskies, I usually bring my pup, Shadow, (he gets carsick, so he cannot have anything while we are driving.) The staff is just as personable. I am addicted to the Chai tea frappe. The egg bites are out of this world. Through this entire situation with the covid, they have been amazing. I have never seen anyone in a bad mood, always smiling and asking what's up for the day. Priceless place, dear to my heart and the people there are all STARS in my book! read more

One of the most infuriating thing about this Starbucks is you can cut the line. There's a do not enter part near the drive-through and people don't honor that.
