I just got DoorDash and there was flakes in my Frappuccino multiple holes in my burrito. I would like to know what happens to this.

Barista by the name of Belle or Bella, with red hair was extremely rude. My drink was made hot even though I ordered iced. She had consistent attitude when we asked politely for her to remake it. When my husband went up again because the coffee was very bitter, she commented "What's the issue now?" I have never experienced worse customer service and will not be returning. The drive-through in the morning around 8am at the Starbucks was so easy to use and it was quick and the guy at the pay window was on point. I love how they put up a question of the day. Today was something about the tiger king. Great way to still interact with your customers! I will have to say it gets very very busy here and the line stretches all the way out onto the main street and that can be a hassle. There can be 20 cars waiting on the main street wrapping all the way around the shop before you get to the pick up window and that's like at 2 o'clock in the afternoon during this Covid -19 crisis. I would put a 0 if I could! yesterday we place an order 2 drinks and was excited to get our 2 kids hot chocolates! then it was ruined when we where told it's 1 per order. i looked over the terms and also asked corporate and they did clarify it was per drink! I called the store and the manager Racheal continued to say per order I then I corrected her and she then said oh ya that's correct it's per drink but holiday drinks and your drinks where not holiday drinks! I contacted corporate once again and they said no it's per drink but Racheal did not want to correct her mistake and swears she's correct! I will not be returning to Starbucks... Very kind staff never had an issue. Very fast aswell. My car broke down in the middle of the drive thru which caused a massive stir (oops) but everyone was so kind as I was freaking out from already having an awful day. Coffee, is okay. Location is great. You can, most of the time, find parking. The employee... They seems like they would rather be held captive and forced to listen to Barney's "I love you" song rather than work at this location. They often seemed dead eyed with low energy, towards customers that walk in the door. But wait till one of their male co-workers get inline. There eyes light up faster than a Christmas tree. And are willing to do a speedy service to them. Again location is great. Service is horrid. If you looking for a quick cup of coffee you have much better options close by. If you need to do work... I avoid spending money at Starbucks for a reason. It seems every time I do the customer service is bad and/or my order is messed up. Went into Starbucks today to get new Pink Drink and a panini. Upon pulling up to drive thru, my partner told the young lady at the register that I needed my panini toasted twice, I am pregnant and since I cannot find any nutritional facts about starbucks cheese I have to have food products containing deli meats/cheeses cooked until melted. If i do otherwise i am risking harming my baby. The lady then replied and said she would see what she could do, which took me by surprise because at any other Starbucks location I've been to the employees have never had an issue with my request. I got my order and to my surprise the panini was barely toasted at all, cheese unmelted, and hardly hot. I don't usually write reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but as part of such a big chain Starbucks employees SHOULD be worried about customer satisfaction. I understand that when we went it was morning rush hour (~9:45a), but I think i can speak for everyone when I say that as customers, we would PREFER to have to hold up the line a bit/wait to get our order exactly as we requested AND paid for. I am giving you 3 stars today, because the rest of my order was correct and the pink drink was amazing.... but i will never return to this location. Always busy. Drive Thru is always at least 4 cars deep. Staff is friendly and patient but it seems like they could use a better set up. There is very little in house seating which is strange given its location and the fact that they have empty space in the building. Ordered cold brew coffee they gave me brewed coffee over ice. There's a significant difference in the acidity level between the two. Cold brew, because it's steeped, much like tea it's significantly lower in acidity and because of that is much better on your digestive system it's also higher in caffeine. I don't appreciate being given (hot) brewed coffee which I assume has been in the fridge. I understand you run out of cold brew it happens I work as a barista as well but don't just throw together something and pass it off to your customer without asking if they'd rather have something else. We don't serve brewed coffee at my coffee shop because honestly it's gross. Doubtful I'll be stopping at this location again there's plenty of coffee shops, starbucks and local, that know how to handle this situation better. It's not a big deal to not have a product but don't deceive your customers that should be common sense. read more

Usually pleased with this SB b/c staff is friendly. Management needs to request the people in drive thru to pull over & wait if they order a lot of stuff (more than 2 drinks and food)! Most of the staff is amazing. They take care of customers quickly, and they have a drive thru which is great for people who are on the run or too lazy to actually walk inside. Their food is good, and they have a lot of seating inside, unfortunately, just not a lot of parking. They are still busy all the time inside, so I am guessing students walk or bus themselves to this Starbucks. Coffee and food always comes out as it should. (updated my review) While most of the staff is amazing, right after I wrote this review one barista gave me attitude about my card not working, even though I have nearly $100k on my card, I complained to half the staff over my next few visits. I made a mistake on a review I did through Starbucks Corporate and when I confronted the store manager to correct the review she refused to step aside to have a conversation, so I had the conversation at normal volume so the store can hear. I told her about my mistake in my positive email to corporate, told her about my bad customer service from the other barista, she didn't seem to care, baited me into a 30-45 second argument about proper customer service, which she was wrong every step of the way. She had the nerve to tell me to watch my language after she got me arguing with her. I told her that I needed 3 coffees to go and she blew me off and had one of her other employees help me out and she went back to doing something (arranging the counter top or cleaning the counter top, I couldn't really tell what in the heck she was doing, but it had nothing to do with serving customers) that could have easily waited. I ended up contacting the district manager about the store manager, apparently she is amazing and arguing with a customer has never happened before. That was the first time I have ever talked to the store manager and she handled my situation poorly. From what I saw she was an ineffective manager and needs more training. I came back on Thanksgiving to say goodbye to a few awesome employees they have because they do their job way better than most, also to tip them out for the last month of visits when I didn't carry cash, and that was my last visit to the location. I fear if I go back the manager is going to piss me off again and I am going to hop on to the first flight to Seattle to voice my complaint and have her fired. That is money wasted and I lot of time that the store manager isn't worth. If Starbucks even gives a crap about their brand they will correct her actions with a warning or something. I am even toying with going back to do my routine and sitting in open view so she has to confront me on a daily basis and realize how wrong she really was. I really don't think the district manager is going to do anything about it, therefor the bad review. So, I am now back to my original Starbucks store where the management and staff are 100% professional, awesome, and fast. Unfortunately, just not a lot of seating, but tons of parking. This is a fabulous Starbucks and as a former employee, I am tough to please! They are very friendly, very efficient, eventhough they are busy. I love the new café--so huge and spacious! This is the only Starbucks in Fort Collins that I can say with absolute certainty that I will never have a doubt about the quality of product and customer service that I will receive!
