This Starbucks is one of the nicest I've ever visited. The seating area is very clean and the service was quick and friendly. During this visit, I had the Iced Salted Caramel Coffee. I enjoyed taking the straw and dispersing the caramel at the bottom of the cup. The entire drink was enjoyable and highly recommended. Their workers are always nice and I realize they have a lot going on and Starbucks is always busy. But I'm very shy person to ask for anything when they have already made something. but I specifically asked for lite ice at the counter and it even said on the ticket lite ice. They need to take the time to read the tickets. and then it was filled with ice it took couple sips and my drink was gone. we are paying 6 bucks for drinks and asked to tip but for what? A drink with mostly ice. Trying to save product but adding lots of ice is not good what is this Dunkin' Donuts? Awful. Just flat out horrible. First of all, the wait time was ridiculously long. My drink came out with no whipped cream, which I thought was standard for a Frappuccino. So I handed it back and she put whipped cream on. She handed me back with the dome lid and the lid was completely off, so I got coffee all over my hands and all over my car. I had to Pull into the parking lot and walk into the store to get them to put a proper lid on. It took them three times. And again, coffee everywhere. There were six employees there and they were all just standing around talking. I will not be returning to this location ever again. I cannot believe I was not offered a refund. read more

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees made me wait several minutes before even approaching me. The girl who took my order is half asleep and can't even write my order correctly in the computer. I already knew that she was one to mess up my order, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt they call my name for my order. I ordered a café latte iced with soy milk and caramel drizzle. The barista gives me a Venti iced coffee with soy milk. I told her that she has the complete wrong order and if she can make me the right order, she then makes me the order, but then makes my order hot. At this point, I didn't even care for her to make me a new drink because I knew they probably messed it up for the third time I left and I will never return back as this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. read more

I went to this location twice, on different days at different times. Both times my brewed coffee was lukewarm. I usually drink dark roast but during my second visit, the server offered to add a shot of expresso to pike. I personally hate the taste of pike. Not because it has a better coffee but because it has great customer service. plenty of parking space in the front and the back of the shop, there is a lot of space to sit inside and outside as well. There is always a few people working and orders are quick, the people that work there provide great customer service and they are very friendly, they remember the customer and the order. This location has everything I look for in a Starbucks. Fast, efficient, friendly service, making the line move quickly. Plenty of seating and clean tables inside, and no shortage of available outlets. The option to sit in a comfy arm chair or at a roomy table. A clean restroom. A nice outside patio. Delicious, inexpensive coffee (and a discount if you get the for-here mug, which I prefer to drink out of anyway). I have to admit, the fact that you can find a Starbucks everywhere you go, and everywhere you go it's practically identical inside, is pretty darn comforting when you're away from home and trying to kill time in an unfamiliar city before heading to the airport. Kudos to this Starbucks for being a place where I was able to set up shop for a couple hours with my laptop, enjoy some coffee and free WiFi. This location was nice. It was a little crowded in the cafe, but not because of people- just really the layout of the baskets and retail. It was a little confusing where the line flow really began and several people were scattered around, uncertain of where to stand. The coffee was good and fresh - which doesn't always happen at every location after noon. The condiment bar was well stocked and clean, despite the many customers in the cafe. The baristas were pretty friendly, but there was one in particular who we overheard cursing and talking pretty casually to a customer- just didn't really seem professional. Not only did most staff NOT give me the stink eye for my lackluster decision of breaking traditional coffee shop etiquette, they were actually quite pleasant and seemed to overlook my folly effortlessly. IT'S STARBUCKS, what do you expect. This location is PRIME for killing time before/after your cruise. After you have drank several cups of coffee, there is plenty of shopping nearby to pump the caffeine through your system. It is also quite busy. Electrical outlets along the wall between each table and the two we used required replacement as the plugs kept falling out. With the high traffic through here, I saw the staff cleaning as necessary without issue. I was here for over 4 hours and ordered three times, each beverage and food item was good. Staff was friendly. This is my local Starbucks, I come here weekly and never usually have any issues. Occasionally they won't warm up my pastry but I usually don't mind. Today, though, I went to the Starbucks and ordered a drink with oat milk as I don't drink dairy. By the time I got home I realized it wasn't made with oat milk and had to come back. This time around I asked for a banana loaf. When they made the drink a second time, they again, did not make it with oat milk. I asked if my banana loaf could be discounted (not asking for any freebies!!) because of the trouble of driving all the way home, and then having to drive all the way back, and them making the drink wrong a SECOND time. The shift manager Mimi was rude in remaking my drink, and would not allow my load to be discounted. I work in the service industry and I'm not usually one to complain, but the thing is I actually DID work at Starbucks, and I know they do discount items at managers discretion. I figured the trouble of driving home, driving back, and getting my drink remade incorrectly a second time would be enough trouble to allow a discount but evidently not. read more
