Starbucks - Rogers Ave. (Fort Smith) One of the first locations in Arkansas! Opened 20 years ago and recently renovated, 2025. During my entire stay, one of the friendly baristas walked up to my table and asked if I would like complimentary, "Bacon Egg Bites." "Wow, thank you so much! What's the reason?" She replied, "We made one extra." It tasted warm, fluffy and delicious. The entire staff here are friendly, upbeat and work very hard to make sure each customer inside and outside gets proper support they may need. The atmosphere was clean and renovated. It shows baristas take pride in their recently renovated store. Throughout my entire stay, I noticed every thirty minutes to an hour, they walked by to wipe down tables and windows. It is a little small but while I stayed here for a while, I did observe that this location had more Drive Thru and To-Go Pick Up orders. Not a lot of guests came in to stay a while. When you first walk in, you'll be greeted by friendly baristas. You can find to the left, five tables and ten chairs. That's about it for their seating inside. They also offer small patio seating. Overall, I would definitely return here and stay awhile. Baristas do such a great job making your stay enjoyable. Located close to the I-540 & the Rogers Avenue junction, and close to the Hampton Inn, Chipotle, and Coldstonr venues. Excellent customer service that is lively all throughout the morning (kudos to the male barista with the beard & glasses, as he was highly enthusiastic and hilarious all morning). Very clean facility, with an efficient drivethru operation. Seating area within the interior has a few seats, and can easily fill up quickly on the weekends. read more

Second time in here, I have my own reusable cup, only the second person in line and I had to wait while the counter woman caught up with the goings on with the lady in front of me, was not busy all I wanted was a refill of coffee, it would not have hurt to have excused herself to fill my cup. This store is a good size. Lots of people were just chillin out drinking their coffee and reading the paper as it should be in a coffee shop. However, the staff was busy chatting while making my latte and it took longer than it should have. Hey, I get it, we all chat at work and stuff but when it's taking more time to make 2 latte's than it should because you can't multi-task and are busy talking about classes and financial aid, etc, then wait till the customers are taken care of. I was the only person ordering anything at that time anyhow so as soon as I was gone, chat away! I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks coffee anyway which is why they're only getting 3 stars! read more

Pretty decent Starbucks... First time I got a large mocha it , seems like they forgot to put any sugar in it, and the coffee itself tasted close to hot water and flavoring. After a few more visits.. Sadly, this is the only stand alone Starbucks in Fort Smith. Part of the problems with this location are the store itself, which the workers have no control over. For it to be the only Starbucks store in town (I'm not counting the one at UAFS or Target), it is incredibly small. Almost every time I have gone inside the story, I find that it is packed with few to no places to sit, which is the chief reason I stopped going inside. One expects that the quality of a Starbucks drink varies depending on who is making it. I have a standing order and the quality of it varies wildly from very good to satisfactory to I'm having to get them to remake it once or twice. It's been my experience that more often than not, the drink is only satisfactory or has to be remade. This gets frustrating as you would expect greater consistency or better quality. For the most part, the staff is friendly, though there is a barrista or two who will give you attitude if you ask they remake a drink. I even had one argue with me in the drive-thru. Fortunately, folks in Fort Smith have other coffee options, like Sweet Bay, so I am an infrequent customer of this Starbucks. read more

Placed mobile order 9 min before arrival. They had not started my order by the time I arrived. There were 3 customers inside (including me) total and about 6 cars in drive thru. There were at least 4 people (that I saw) behind the counter. There were people that arrived AFTER I arrived who went thru line and got their drink before I got my coffee that I placed a mobile order for 9 min before I arrived. Finally, 10 min after I arrived, I got my order in a dirty cup, and it was wrong. I was already late (thanks Starbucks for that) so I left. read more

Stopped in there this morning and yay...not much of a wait! Ordered my daughter's tall caramel frappuccino and it was delivered looking oh so pretty and according to her at least, as delicious as always! Barista working the drive through was efficient enough, though not particularly a ray of sunshine. It's what we've come to expect with this location (the one on Phoenix is newer and employees are friendlier. Probably not burned out yet. Ha.). This has to be one of the least efficient Starbucks I've ever been too. (Though that's a stretch for Fort Smith, since efficiency hardly seems a concern at any of them here.) There is always one incredibly frantic (and overworked) person making everything while at least three people very leisurely take the orders for drive-thru and the counter. I always feel horrible for the one person making everything, usually a young person while older ones take the orders. Definitely not an isolated event, it's been like that with a different combination of people every time I've been here this year (2017). Otherwise, they fulfill drinks accurately, for the most part, and everything tastes like a typical Starbucks drink or food item. read more

My husband and I always come here for breakfast when we are in Fort Smith! The service is always very attentive when we order, and even if they get the order wrong, there is never any fuss in getting a new drink made, and they let you keep the other drink. read more

I don't drink coffee very often but when I do it's just to drink with friends. The Cherry Blossom Frappuccino needs to be a regular item on the menu but I think the people in this area aren't "cultured" enough to like it. I love this place! The workers are always friendly and their coffee is the best in town. Starbucks is the best place to get coffee so definitely give it a try. The pastries there are good too. That being said if you want coffee this is the place to go. My only issue is that it takes a little while to get your coffee but it's always busy there so I don't blame them. read more

Mediocre Starbucks location. Not bad, but not good either. They don't always have what's on their menu or even what's in their sandwich case. Friendly staff and as quick with an order as any Starbucks. Music is on the louder side of Starbucks locations and is somewhat cramped. I don't recommend this for a location to study, if you're in school. There are better Starbucks out there for that. It's too bad this is the only location in town. Sweet Bay Coffee Co. is a local business that easily surpasses this Starbucks location in many ways. Plus, they're local. This goes for all Stabucksucks: True Story: I went into Starbucks the other day. God only knows why I did that. Anyway, I order a shot of espresso, which cost me my life savings, had to cash in my 401K, withdraw everything from my retirement account, sign over my Social Security Benefits, join a few MLM's and pawn all my guitars. The girl took my order then after 151 minutes or so eventually served me a stinkin' latte. I had to wait in there while being involuntarily subject to listening to some strange CD they had playing. Probably from the "hip" Seattle music scene all the while looking at Teavana propaganda posted all over the place in a coffee shop. Guess they are trying to succor the British market into their fold as well? I took the latte back to exchange it for the espresso that I had originally ordered. When I finally did get the espresso shot there was no crema on it. As a coffee roaster, as I am, that's what I get for betraying myself and going to a Starbucks. I thought that after being poisoned by that cup of espresso dredge, the Starbucks eye rolling, order taking "Hit Girl" was subsequently going to have me tossed into the East River, a place I'd gladly rather be than in a Starbucks. read more
