Coffee is mid at best, service is what you would expect at a Starbucks. The ambiance is mid.

I ordered on the mobile app for a grande pumpkin spice latte, my first of the season, and there was no pumpkin at all. it tastes like someone used the last of the pumpkin topping to make up for the lack of pumpkin syrup. I did at least get the decaf espresso and oatmilk, so thanks for that, at least my heart won't go crazy. read more

First off, this place is the best Starbucks in Fort Wayne! The customer service at this Starbucks is simply outstanding. All staff members are friendly, approachable and always eager to assist. I have been going to this Starbucks for over 6 months daily and normally order on the app with no issues. I took my daughter inside and ordered and she had difficult choosing her drink. Dylan personally took the time to assist and ask my child questions and gave her recommendations, which my child orders every time. Every time I step into this store, I am greeted with a pristine and well-organized space. This place is amazing, I'm blessed with such a great store to go to. Thank you!!!! read more

I wish I could say that this Starbucks was amazing and the coffee was the best I ever had.... We drove there this morning in desperate need of some caffein.. Nothing - I mean absolutely nothing indicated that the place is shut down for what ever reason... No sign - no nothing. We where not the only ones driving to this closed location. I like this location because it is extremely convenient but it is ALWAYS messy! There is always litter, crumbs, napkins and etc littering the tables and floors. Let's face it, most people don't know how you pick up after themselves, but the employees should take some pride in their workplace and tidy up the place- especially since it takes like a minute to throw away the litter and wipe down the table and sweep the floor! Other than the littered tables the place is pretty standard for a Starbucks. The other thing I've noticed is that their Batista's are extremely quiet when calling out a patron's name. They seriously mutter your name so if you're not paying attention you miss your order. read more

The coffee and staff here is fine, but I'm not a fan of this starbuck's physical location. This Starbucks location is up on a small incline, and close to busy adjacent parking lots, making it difficult to go through the drive thru without blocking traffic. The parking lot is also very small, and there are not very many places to sit inside. I like Starbucks but I avoid this location just because of its inconvenient location. read more

During my most recent visit to Ft. Wayne, this location became my location of choice. During each of the 3-4 visits, I was assisted by different employees each time. The service was friendly, quick and accurate. I usually go to a different location but I'm glad that I "found" this one. read more

Have to give three stars due to the wait. Honestly- it's every time I come in town. And this drive thru has no escape route if you change your mind or decide you don't want to wait in line 20 minutes for an iced coffee. This is probably the Starbucks I go to the most, simply due to the fact it is on the way to work. They do a really good job here, but be prepared to wait. There is always a line and it takes 10+ minutes in the morning to get your order. For that reason alone I was debating between giving them 3 or 4 stars, but I believe I fault them too much for keeping busy. This location and the one on Lima always make my coffee the best. The Starbucks on State street is not as consistent. Overall, I'd definition recommend but just not if your in a rush. read more

We go here a few times a year when out shopping and need a bit of a pick-me-up. It's a Starbucks, plain and simple. Just like the McDonalds next door, you get what you expect...a Starbucks _______ (fill in the blank.) It's nothing to write home about, but it's a cut above the average cup of joe. Never had any problems, and service has always been fine. In the summer we may sit outdoors and watch the cars slowly creep by. Sure, sometimes the line might be long, but since most people are addicted to caffeinated drinks these days, that doesn't surprise me! read more

It's Starbucks they all taste the same but I will say they are fast and customer service is on top. I prefer to go here and they do get your order right as long as you tell them specifically what you want because they just tend to go straight to the next part of your order and I've rarely been asked if I want a drink hot or cold or with whatever toppings come on it. I have three favorite Starbucks and this is one of them. The staff is always friendly and willing to modify any drink that I order without any gruff. The store, always packed remains very clean and stocked. There are plenty of tables and chairs to sit down and enjoy you're beverage. The store is open to the mall and has a very good flow order to pick up line. Remember, if you have the app you can do mobile ordering and escape the long line. The menu options are pretty big too and seem to be fresh no matter what time I've ordered something. Keep in mind they aren't open very late due to the mall closing at a certain time. I frequent here when I mall walk and it's always fun to try their seasonal drinks when they are released and see the fun new cup designs. read more

One of my go-to Starbucks stops, mainly because it's conveniently located between my home and work. I'm always there when it's incredibly busy, and the parking lot can be a nightmare to maneuver. Horrible service! I went though the drive-thru and they did not have my drink order correct. I sent it back and the guy had a serious attitude problem. My husband and I stopped in about 9am this morning. He does not usually go with me to get coffee. He wanted something sweet so I was in front of the case telling him what some things were, as The person at the register looked at me, no greeting like good morning or how can I help you, a woman walked in front of me and started giving her order. Without a flinch the guy started with her. When he finished he then said how can I help you. I gave my order and my husband had his danish warmed up. They do not brew decaf coffee!!! He said they could only filter it. What? So my husband had water. I ordered a blonde roast. I had some money left on my groupon. Because it did not have a barcode they would not take it. The redemption number is printed on the front of the groupon. They did not key in the number. Then I did not get my coffee. I waited and waited. Two people who ordered after me got their drinks. I went to the counter. He said I already gave it to you. If you gave it to me why am I complaining. I did not hear my name called. He said well I set it up there. My husband said he called out Blonde roast, someone picked it up and walked out with it. I asked someone for my coffee. They made me one right then. He then made me another one. One person was at the counter everyone else was working the drive up. I will not go back there. I will give this remainder to my sis and move on. Starbucks you SUCK!!! read more

I had the worst luck today, my car broke down at the window as i paid for my coffee, obviously i was more than embarrassed especially because i held up the entire drive through. I did what anyone would do in this situation and panicked. The workers literally jumped on it faster than i could all offering me suggestions on what to do, and trying to jump my car just anything to help me stress less and get the situation resolved. They even paid for everyones order behind me eventho i was the reason the line was held up. Talk about a random act of kindness, i couldnt believe they didnt even hesitate to jump up and help me. I've never had a better experience in a terrible situation. There wasnt a single person that didnt offer their help or knowledge to me. I've never felt more blessed in my life, i appreciate all of you so much. I always have great service at this starbucks and im just so glad even in something like this they kept it up. THANKKKKK YOUUU ALL SO MUCH. and they gave free cookies to my mom sister and i, they were very good by the way. haha i just wanna say thank you for showing me there are good people in the world and im never switching up my location.
