WOW- I've been to Starbucks all over the world and this one has the unique distinction of serving the worst drinks I've ever had on two separate occasions. I can't seem to put my finger on it, but it has to be something in between a complete disregard for what the drink recipes are and a complete disdain for customers. Otherwise I cannot fathom how both my orders were the worst versions of my usual order in completely different ways. The first drink had an obscene amount of ice. I got like six or seven sips and then it was curtains. I somehow shelled out nearly six dollars for $1.50 worth of product. Cool. Thanks. The next drink was supposed to have oat milk but it had what amounted to about a teaspoon's worth. I would have politely asked for it to be remade, but I had already wasted...and I'm not exaggerating; thirty minutes waiting on this tall refreshers drink order placed through mobile. I had already driven off and was racing back to my worksite before I had a moment to stop and drink this abomination. I don't know if the root cause of this location's problems is lean coverage, poor training, low morale or a combination of those or other factors, but there seems to be a theme here. I've never really had consistency issues with Starbucks, but this location kind of does its own thing. After both my orders here were terrible, I'll find another option when I'm in this part of town. read more

Second time coming here, both times we had to wait 10 minutes, on the second time in addition to waiting 10 minutes on a drink that should taken with one person behind us, 3-5 minutes tops, the drink was also completely bitter, for a mocha frappuccino that is supposed to be sweet that is totally not correct. Looking at the stars and other reviews, i am not surprised. Will not be back! read more

Just received order from DoorDash from Mohamed..... who laughed but shook his head as if he did not know English......but the delivery driver was supposed to be Sarah..... so does Starbucks not chk drivers or who picks up ? 2/3 spilt in bag coffee and soy made cold drink that should have been milk based..... cannot call or get ahold of anyone at store or DoorDash Just screwed out of my transaction..... both shitty companies with employees that could care less....what a Joke ! read more

I wish there was a way to notify the wait time when ordering online. Ordered a simple Americano and breakfast sandwich at 7:00am on the app. Arrived at the location around 7:20am. It is now 7:46am and I just overheard a barista telling a person in line that the wait is 45 minutes to an hour. Getting rancid coffee at the random gas station around the corner is a better than this. This is the closest Starbucks location to where I live, so I frequent here out of convenience. However, after many a mishap, it is getting to the point where I'd honestly rather drive further for better quality. Whether the wait time is WELL above average or something is wrong or missing from my order, I am regularly let down by this location. This morning, for example, I ordered an everything bagel -- and it was given to me cold. Seriously, who wants a bagel that isn't toasted?! Isn't warming up the food standard protocol? Countless times, I have received subpar food, watered down drinks, expired chips, and more from this location. I'm just not sure if it's worth it anymore. I'm giving three stars for the occasional good experience as well as the generally kind staff. Great location! It's is always BUSY! The parking lot is shared by several other businesses so parking near by can be difficult at times. The staff is very helpful and are pretty fast. I treat myself to Starbucks on the weekends and this location can be insane. If there's something going on at the Texas motor Speedway, I highly recommend using their app and ordering ahead of time and picking up. read more

Went here before looking at Christmas lights. My sister and I got the same thing, but in a grande and tall. Neither of our cups were filled up, it was lukewarm straight out of the window and we had to wait 5 minutes because the employee at the window decided she'd rather chat it up with the customer ahead of us. Please do not get this Starbucks confused with a store that sells vacuum cleaners the sound of sucking is so prevalent it might confuse you. This store rarely get your drink order right they take three times longer than they stayed on the app to get you your drink and almost all employees are incredibly rude. Expecting anything better possibly eventually getting your drink and the order being incorrect is about as likely as expecting Putin or Kim Jong-un to fulfill a promise. This location is pretty big which is great for studying or just catching up with friends. I had a mobile order and when I came in I was a little confused as to where to go, but the pick up counter is to the left while the beginning of the line is to the right. I really enjoy having this location as my neighborhood Starbucks. I do mostly drive thru and the employees are always friendly, and they usually seem to move along pretty quickly. Most importantly, as a person who is hard of hearing, I can understand them, and they never seem annoyed if I need them to repeat something. There have been some supply chain issues lately, which I'm sure are companywide. I appreciate that if they don't have something I want, or can't make a drink the way it's listed because a component is missing, they make alternate suggestions which have always worked out well for me. Who knew I would actually enjoy almond milk? Just as an aside, I would definitely avoid this whole area on race days, but that's not the fault of the businesses there, it just is what it is. read more

Consistently the slowest Starbucks. I can never manage to get 1 iced coffee within 15 minutes of ordering it. I've come 4 times over the course of 8 months and just never gets any better. I can't tell you how many times over the last few months I have pulled up to the drive thru and found out they are closed?! There's nothing online, and it's not always the same day either?! Okay I used to like this place but ugh. It was a train wreck last night. This dude gave me the opposite of what o ordered. How? I wanted a white tea lemonade (very sweet), but apparently I didn't deserve it. He gave me a green peach tea infusion thing. I've been here once and not sure I'll come back. Verbal service and drive thru was good. But for some very strange and actually stupid reason - I had to wait about 20 min for a few pieces of banana bread. Instead of giving mine right away, they decided to keep serving drive thru and lobby drink orders. Drive thru was emptying and at least 3 people came in, ordered drinks and left. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for my 'already ready' order to be given. And the girl who took my order, occasionally looks at me. The manager continues cleaning and hands out drinks, then tells me 'we'll have yours out in a minute'. I asked about my order and 'yes, we'll get it- thank you'. Please tell me why TH it should take 20+ min to get something that doesn't need to be made?? NOT HAPPY about that! read more

Always super lovely to talk to and they always get my order just right without any issues. If they're out of what I usually get (bacon Gouda), they'll give me other breakfast options that they'd think I'll like and try their best to make sure I'm happy with what I selected. This location habitually closes early. I've come through numerous times 15 or 20 minutes until closing, the lights and menu will be on and they will either ignore you or come on and say they are closed. Don't waste your time driving to this location after 8pm. read more

Aurora & team are always friendly and accommodating. The one time my drink wasn't correct, they happily remade it for me. You expect that all locations would be like this, but they certainly aren't.
